As a new resident to the area we were in need of a reliable auto mechanic shop for our two VWs. My husband found Mid Atlantic's listing and called as the 6-year old battery on our Tiguan started to fail. He was able to get an appointment for the very morning. When I arrived the next morning I was greeted by super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shop was clean and a comfortable place to wait while my vehicle was being serviced. I would definitely recommend Mid Atlantic to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.

Great service! I needed new tires and they walked me through several quote options. They were able to fit me in for an appointment quickly and offered a loaner vehicle when the wait time was a bit longer than expected. Super friendly and didn't make me feel stupid when I asked questions. I will definitely use them in the future.

I stopped by mid- Atlantic tire pros because my tire pressure sensor light kept coming on I thought maybe I had a nail in my tire or something but when the tech Cody put my car on the lift he saw my tire was in bad shape not safe to drive on I had no idea. The tire I needed had to be ordered so they put my spare on for me and got me an appointment when the tire came in next morning to replace it. Ben helped me find a tire within my budget since I wasn't expecting this expense. I appreciate the time and care they put in to help me get on the road safely. I would recommend them to anyone in need of tire help.

We satisfied with our new tires and the work performed. The young man who performed the work was very professional and accommodating. He went out of his way to add the extra tire pressure needed for the weight of our trailer. Everyone in the office was very friendly and thorough meeting our needs. I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Tire to others.

Mid Atlantic Tire is a great, local run company that goes out of its way for their customers. When my car had to be towed after hours, I had it towed to Mid Atlantic, knowing that it could take days for them to fix it since I obviously had no appointment. However, the next morning when they received the vehicle, they said they could look at it that day.
They were able to look at it, diagnose and make the repairs all by the end of that day. I was very impressed by their prompt and friendly service. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful business!

Mid-atlantic is a great tire service place! I got two new tires at the beginning of July 2021. I also got an alignment. It's been a month so far and everything has been smooth on the road. I've been driving a lot this summer and haven't had any issues. They are very helpful and provide great service. Would highly recommend going to Mid-Atlantic!

My first time bringing a car here was July 28, 2021. It was delightful from the time I booked the appointment through pickup. I had tires, brakes, and an oil change done. Prices were good, service was timely and fantastic. I appreciated the up-front conversation about what was needed and I will definitely be coming back.

I took my car here to have tires mounted, balanced and aligned back in December 2020. I have never been more impressed with a tire service center as I have been with Mid-Atlantic Tire. The road-force balancing and complimentary Nitrogen fill are premium services that I appreciate. Ben & Terry are the most friendly and helpful customer service associates I have ever encountered in any automotive type business.
I highly recommend doing business with this establishment. I typically distrust car service businesses and I do the majority of the maintenance on my vehicles, however I would not hesitate to bring my car here again for service due to the high level of quality provided.

Mid Atlantic gave me one of the best experience when I needed a repairs on my tire and brakes. The employees were courteous and friendly. I got an appointment the next day. They were upfront with the estimate and the final bill was very close to the estimate. They gave me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to sit there all day. Their service is fast, efficient and practical. I would recommend Mid Atlantic for repairs.
