These people have had my car for six weeks. I did not hear from them for over a month, until I called yesterday. I was told that the person handling my claim was gone for the day, but he would call me the next morning. No call. When I called back, I was told that he was out - and would get back to me when he could. When I expressed frustration, without raising my voice or being combative, I was told that I need to "simmer down." I was content to let them do their work for well over a month - supply chain issues being what they are.
At this point, this should have been resolved weeks ago and I do not appreciate being jerked around by anyone. Let's not even go into the multiple days which Metro let my car sit in the lot - despite communication from myself and my insurance - before doing any estimates. They claimed they had no idea where the car had come from. Frankly, I don't know what's going on here - especially since every other review is about the great communication and speed of this establishment.
They told my insurance provider that the parts to repair my car are in, but now they might not be? Regardless, it's been six weeks and I cannot find anyone at this garage to give me a status update on my vehicle. This place was recommended by my insurance company. I will not be giving them any further business in the future. This does not seem like a company that is organized or interested in basic communication. Lord knows what they've done to my car.

I was recommended to metro collision but a friend and they didn't disappoint! Denis was amazing from start to finish, always calling and updating me. Highly Recommend Metro Collision Repair, Inc.! I had put off getting a side panel/bumper replaced because I was afraid of the cost and the hassle. Finally broke down and went to Metro on the advice of a friend. Within less than 36 hours, I had my car back, repaired (better than new) and spent 1,000's of dollars less than I had expected. Their staff was courteous, professional and communicative. They even detailed the exterior and interior of my car, much to my pleasant surprise! : )
