It was my first time using their service. I was really happy with the work that was done on my car! I would recommend Metro Auto Glass to anyone who is looking to get their glass work done.

Great service from Metro Auto Glass on our 2018 Volvo XC90. I was provided with a fast and price competitive quote. I was able to get an appointment at my home in what I would consider a very reasonable time. Turned up on time, was very polite and friendly, was very neat and tidy. They were able to handle and recalibrate the windscreen on our modern car plus provide a diagnostics report to show all the safety features etc. were working again. A lot better service that having to deal with the dealer

Sandy replaced my cracked windshield on my Mazda3. He was very responsive to follow up questions I had; offered great customer service and communication. He stands by his work!

The service was fantastic. Broke my rear windscreen at a stupid parking area and called these guys on a Sunday. I was lucky to have found them on Google. I got an appt booked for next morning and the quote was given straight away on call. The prices like most mentioned here seemed quite reasonable. What amazed me most was the way the fix was carried out.

The technician arrived at my residence and the complete boot of the car was well cleaned first. I don't think I would ever have been able to clear off the glass pieces my self. (They specifically asked me not to worry about it and assured they would clear it up for me when called ) Then the new windscreen was installed in just few mins. Overall it just took around 30-45 mins for the whole process. Like their page on FB and you get to ask for a discount too. Highly recommend their service.

Emailed several companies, only Metro got back to me with a quote in less than an hour. They respond to your email questions instantly. Provided me with a next day booking, the technician arrived on the minute of the booking, not a second late. Told me it would treasure an hour, it took an exact hour. Excellent service. And price? They were over HALF the price of the biggest competitor in the game, and ironically, they use that competitors glass supply! Unreal service. Next time I need an auto glass service, I won't go shopping, I'll just call Metro. Don't bother shopping yourself. Thanks again!

Windscreen got chipped on a Friday arvo and in the heat had spread to a 1 metre crack by Saturday. Spoke with the Metro team on the Saturday morning, they'd ordered in the glass and had it all installed by the Monday afternoon! And at a very reasonable price too, and with lovely service both on the phone and with the technician in person. Thanks team!

Family Owned Business We had a windshield replaced in July. Yesterday there was some water leaking during a heavy rain. We called the company, and they were able to fit us in early this a.m. After examining the windshield, Sandy determined that it was actually the sunroof that was leaking, not the windshield. He showed my husband exactly where the problem was, and fixed it in just a few minutes. Thanks so much. We will definitely recommend this company!

The front windscreen of my car was smashed during a storm on Sunday evening. I contacted Metro Auto Glass on Monday am, and they arranged for someone to come to my house by Tuesday am. Not only did they do a high quality replacement job. they also cleaned the outside of my car which was covered in storm/tree debris! Fast, on time, good value, an excellent service, plus also taking that little extra step to go beyond what they are meant to do. Definite 5 stars.

DO NOT This service! Worst windscreen replacement service ever! Left wiper arm loose see pictures almost killing someone in the heavy rain on free way also destroying arms and windscreen. Denying fault or refusing to repair. Will be taking legal action. Joke of a company.

My front driver's window got stuck in the down position during the rain and the team at Metro Auto Glass came to my home the next day, fixed my window so that I could drive safely and coordinated with a local dealership to replace the mechanism and door panel over the holidays. I can not recommend these guys enough! They were friendly and responsive and handled everything from beginning to end with professionalism and a smile. 10/10 recommend!

The team from Metro Auto Glass are the best! Quick service, great communication and update along the whole process. It may what is often a stressful process easy. We broke our rear window on our Renault Clio on a Saturday, got the quote straight away and booked in for Monday replacement. They arrived on time, super friendly, cleaned/vacuumed the excess glass, removed the old broken bits and installed a new screen in under an hour! I would highly recommended them.

The drivers side power window in my truck wouldn't go up. Not so great when it's raining or you want to secure your vehicle. Sandy came out to my house and put in a new regulator assembly. It worked but needed some adjustments and he came out within a few days to make it right. He cleaned, vacuumed and shined up my floor mats before leaving. Sandy is a great guy and deserves the business.

Metro Auto Glass made it super easy to get my cracked windshield replaced. I emailed them for a request and was able to set up an appointment for the next week. They were able to come to my work and get my windshield fixed in under an hour. There is one thing I would suggest to this company. When I was emailing the company back and forth, they did not have a digital signature at the bottom of the email so it worried me a little that I might be getting scammed. Other than that, they were perfect!

Just had the windshield of my Jeep Commander replaced. Sandy arrived on time and did an excellent job. This was my first time using Metro Auto Glass, but it won't be my last.

Sandy at metro auto glass is the man! He did a great job on my install. My Rain sense was off after he left but i called him and he made sure to get right back to me to fix the issue. mistakes happen in life and that's life but its not the mistake that defines the person its how they fix the mistake! Thank you sandy for everything! I recommend using him for all you window issues!

I called metro auto glass. came out in a reasonable time frame. With reasonable price. Ive used them more than once with glass repair. And another time with windshield replacement. Sandy was very professional. Highly recommend these guys.

First of all we agreed on a time which he did not make, but that wasn't the worst of it. I told this Merchant I would come to him (to avoid paying the tax) and he stated it was the same price (on the phone). I can come to you, the phrase same price was quoted. How ever when he got here, he acted like it was my choice. A smooth line for an unreliable service. Wouldn't recomend this place at all. Mike
