I am new to the area and used to having my 2018 Mercedes Benz AMG GLE 43 serviced at my Mercedes Benz dealer in my hometown. I am also a woman, skeptical of shops that may take advantage of women. I was apprehensive all around. I took my car in for brake replacement. I knew that the pads were slightly worn per my MB dealer service assistant. Interestingly enough they called and advised I needed rotors as well.

I called my hometown MB service assistant, shared the quote, and they confirmed that the quote was reasonable and appropriate for my car. I also contacted the MB dealer of Miami, inquired about the cost for replacement of brakes AND rotors. They quoted $3500 for brakes and rotors all around. They confirmed that when brakes are replaced, the rotors MUST be replaced also.

My hometown MB service assistant confirmed that because my car has the performance package it is the MB standard. So the $2200 quote received by Mercedes Services provided was appropriate AND considerably less than the dealers quote. I approved the work on my car. Still with skepticism. Then I received a call after the brakes and rotors were replaced; they found a seized caliper that required an actuator as well. for an additional $1100.

I considered completing that work at a later time, they shared the risks, and I mentioned if this could be covered under my extended warranty. They called, waited for the insurance company, and confirmed it was covered. Marcus and Calvin were amazing throughout this process, and my skepticism. I will definitely take my car here again. I will continue to offer reviews as they work and care for my baby. I appreciate their integrity and their level of standards when maintaining my car " Riena Del Sol".

These guys are fantastic! I brought in my '05 BMW Z4 for some oil leak issues, and they were able to give me a clear diagnosis for everything. They also caught a transmission cooler hose leak that would've turned into a disaster if I didn't come in in time, as well as bad serpentine belts. They charge a fair rate for fantastic work ($100/hr labor), they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and they took care of my issues in no time at all (took 2 days for 15+ hours of work!). Also, they offered me a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty on their repairs.

They were also incredibly helpful, informed, professional, and were able to give me a valid reason for every repair they needed to perform. These guys are good, honest, hard-working mechanics and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anybody.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Unacceptable work! Went there to get service done on my Mercedes, ended up paying more for absolutely less of the service! Highly recommend Calvin and his Mercedes Service team! We needed a repair as we just moved to Miami. Calvin took care of our problem quicker than expected, it was not an easy job cause the trunk of our BMW X3 was very locked, but at the end it was perfectly fixed and without charging us the extra time. Calvin explained everything along the way and was quick and easy to communicate. I couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism, work, and customer service. We will definitely come back for our cars maintenance!

I would not use this place i took my Audi there for a simple oil change which I was told was 159.00 ended up costing 262.46. Not only that but my hood is now bent one side closes the other side is 2 inches from closing. I took the car back the next day and the owner tells me it was like that I and said it was the Audi dealer that fixed my car 1 year ago.

I took the car back to the Audi dealer and was told my hook was bent because something was left under my hood and the hood wS shut without removing what was left under the hood. I called the owner he told me he takes pictures of ever job I asked where is the pictures he told me he deleted it. I would not recommend taking your car there he is not willing to accept responsibility for his mistakes and argues you down do that you can't get a word in.

I have contacted a lawyer what he does not know is I took a picture of my car before I took it there. This place does bad business. I will be taking him to court if I could post pictures everybody could see i was not a liar look on BBB reviews I have posted all the pictures before and after. He deleted his pictures after the job. This guy is a big liar and I have the proof. When I came with my brother he did good work but when I came by myself he did and told me lies my pictures will prove everything in court

Brought my 2017 BMW 7 series for engine light and Service. Very happy that I found them. They explained to me everything provided a written estimate. Honest and professional. Great prices, Highly recommend. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Absolutely fantastic service. These people are straight forward have me a written estimate of exactly what car needed and their prices are very affordable especially if you drive an European car in Miami. Don't waste your time elsewhere.

I went to them to make a few necessary repairs and they also diagnosed the need to replace my intake Manifold for a 2007 ML350. Expecting to get excellent service at a better hourly rate, I actually had to pay over $300 more than the dealership retail. Because they were already working on my other issues, I went ahead and approved the work, but I am not going back.

Their service level was nothing special, just average. Competitive and fair rates are more important than service level, so I'll go back to the dealership. The dealership will keep my truck purring like a kitten without the outrageous markup.

Extremely satisfied & pleased with the service! Got an accurate quote & did not have to pay a dime more than was told. Staff was courteous & owner was very professional & knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this place! A lot cheaper & better personalized service than going to the dealer!

I was able to sell my C230 for above Blue Book bc of how well the car had been maintained here, and the new owner takes the car for service here as well. So happy that I can keep buying and confidently driving my favorite brand of car due to this gem of a place.

Par excellence service, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I took my father's car in for service. Short wait time and the diagnostic was done quickly and I was explained everything that was required. Once the car was ready, I got a call and the price was the same as I was quoted. So no surprises there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mercedes Services and will DEFINITELY BE BACK!

What a great alternative to Braman BMW! Anyone that has a late model BMW knows how much ANYTHING needing repair on a BMW is. Well, I needed a new battery. I was quoted $800 at Braman. Not only is the batter very expensive, but the process of changing the battery requires the reprogramming of the electronics. In other words, you can't go to Pep Boys, purchase a battery and pop it in yourself. MercedeServiceS has the computer programming necessary to handle this and much much more.

They did it in a very timely fashion and for considerably less than Braman BWM quoted me. I found MercedeServiceS very professional, paid attention to detail and had be back on the road quickly. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this to other BMW owners that get sticker shock at the retail BMW dealer's service charges. Thank you Calvin and everyone at MSS!

Wow. Trust Philip's review. This place is the worst. I set up an appointment for 9am to check my BAS light. I explained to the owner when making the appointment I'd wait for the service. He said it would take about 1.5 hours. I arrive and there's only 1 guy there. He says the owner told him to service other cars before mine and my car wouldn't be looked at for about 2 hours. Unbelievable. Shady and unprofessional.

I went to this place couple of months ago, because my Mercedes need it alignment. I wanted to check the place out due to the good reviews. I called the previous day to make an appointment and I was told that the regular alignment will be 89 $I went there at 9 in the morning and for my surprise there was only the owner at this time, I asked him where are the mechanics and he said they are about to show up.after 30 min of waiting only one guy showed up, I was like OMG what kind a shop is that with only one guy and one boss LMAO.On the top of that the estimate suddenly changed from 89 $ to 175 $because thats what they charge for camber alignment, but they didn't mention anything like that on the phone, then i just left and found another place that did the job perfectly. Felt very dissapointed that I lost one hour of my time and had to drive that far, this place its located in one of the worst areas arround Would not recommend to anyone, these people are shady and unacknowledged, plus the shop looks very messy.

I've been taking my BMW 328 Convertible here for service for about a year after my warranty ran out - brake pads, bad sensors, dashboard warning lights, faulty headlight bulbs, fluids and tuneups. Everybody who works here is super nice, totally professional, they work fast, and they don't do any work until you approve it. They also have WiFi, so I work in the waiting room on my laptop while they work on my car. They'll also order you you food delivery at a local Thai place. That's super cool. Can't recommend enough. I'm a customer for life.

I had been servicing my Mercedes CLK 350 at the local dealership after I purchased my car.
