I was very pleased to have Ever look over the services done and updates given to me for my JCW Mini. I didn't make an appointment, but they did their best to squeeze me in anyway which is impressive with how busy they seemed to be. I explained what had happened with my car to them (to keep the story short: overheating due to the coolant system thanks to another company ) in which they found and corrected the issues (full coolant system flush & thermostat replacement) as well as finding another leak within my coolant system (heater hose) that saved me a bunch of potential hassle and headache later down the road, if it wasn't fixed.

Its great piece of mind to know they did numerous tests even after fixing the initial issues. I also had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced while it was there in the shop. Not to mention, Ever took the time to personally wash my vehicle, which is always a nice add in for vehicle services. I must say, i couldn't be happier to have my car back and in good working order.

She feels great. My experience with German Motors was smooth and flawless. Customer service is awesome. I would definitely recommend their service to any family, friends, or german built car owners. They work on everything, old and new. Thanks again to everyone at German Motors. I understand why you have been in business so long.

If I could give 10 stars to German Motors, I would! German Motors is the only place I trust to work on any car I have or will ever own (even if the car is not German made). I have been their customer for more than 20 years now. The owner Danial Eros and his entire staff have always gone above and beyond and have provided the best customer service I have ever had.

When they fix something, I know it is done correctly. Whereas other mechanics elsewhere often take advantage of people (especially women), no one ever has to worry about that happening with German Motors! Their pricing is reasonable and in my experience has always been less than dealerships. You won't find the same quality service anywhere else! Thank you for always taking care of my cars and me!

Very quick response after dropping off at my appointment time with repair list and started as soon as I have the okay for what to repair.

Excellent, competent, and fast service! We brought our Mercedes Sprinter Van in to be serviced due to a check engine light. However, the check engine light wasn't causing any error codes to come back. They were 100% upfront about this. We decided to do a transmission service anyway to see if that helped things. It did! Thanks to everyone at the shop for getting us back on our way.

I had another great experience from German Motors on the replacement of my suspension stabilizer links and mounts. From dropping the vehicle off first thing in the morning to picking it up after lunch, the staff was so friendly and even gave me a ride to work & even picked me up to get my car. That to me shows a lot and eliminated the inconvenience of taking your car to the shop. I am very pleased with my overall experience as well as the quality of work. I definitely recommend this place as a trusted & overall mechanic of choice!

Went for an overall vehicle inspection and oil change for my new BMW 550i, was taken care of in a timely fashion and was told of all the necessary repairs my vehicle needed to keep it in top form. Now I look forward to these guys to take care of all the work needed for this beautiful machine.

Brought in my Porsche Panamera in to replace the rear brakes & stabilizers and mounts and was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. From the friendly staff, to the diligent and hardworking mechanics, this entire experience was very convenient as they accommodated my work schedule. They even took me to work & picked me up to pick up my vehicle. I definitely appreciate that and highly recommend this place to service your vehicle. 5-stars!

I have had 3 mercedes vehicles in the last 21 years and they have all been serviced at German motors. The last visit involved a oil change and a fuel pump leek that was filling my garage with gas fumes. the repair estimate for the fuel pump leak was $1300 as it involved replacing the pump. Disappointed in the amount, I had no choice but to proceed with the repair since it was a must.

When I went to pick up the car, Daniel (owner) informed me that upon further inspection, the repair did not involve replacing the fuel pump but instead a cracked top repair, and that the price was only going to be $500 dollars. This is why I won't take my car anywhere else. I trust Daniel and the staff and I'm always pleased with their service. The only negative that I can point out is that I was a little disappointed that there was no coffee in the waiting area. That should be an easy fix. Steven C.

I brought my car in to figure out where a leak was coming from. They diagnosed it was a leak in my water pump. German Auto replaced my water pump and my car has been running great. Great service, warranty and Mercedes parts. I love German Auto and all their employees. Customer for life.

Brought my ML350 for a Service B a couple weeks ago. They did a once-over of my vehicle and found I needed new rear brakes and rotors. They sent me a picture of what needed to be done for full transparency. Their estimate was 20% less than the dealership estimate. I brought it back for brakes and I'm glad I did. Great service, will be back.

First time caller and finally customer. Found them to be professional, knowledgeable staff and technicians. Found my issue quickly, provided a corrected course of action. Labor was fair and appropriate. Overhaul experience very positive I will be using them again and highly recommend there services.

I don't recommend. Not dealer prices but still expensive nonetheless if I'm being real. Scheduled my diagnostic at 8am only to be waiting around the whole day not receiving a call when I had to walk back there to find out what was going with my car that's when the service rep finally started pricing everything out once I asked about the status of my car.

A simple Diagnostic should not take the whole day. Just wasn't a good experience for me & I'd rather much take my business elsewhere for my BMW needs to be completely honest

This was the first time I used German Motors, a friend recommended them. The entire team was very friendly and knowledgeable. They serviced my Porsche 911 and did an excellent job. Has my Mercedes bumper repaired there and owner said we have very fine mechanical workers too. My son in law just had a bad experience there after paying $1142 it still wasn't fixed so he took it to Contract Automotive and found out sensors were bad on his BMW another $800 but it is running good. He had to tow it out if there after loosing faith in mechanics. Google BBB German Motors before you take your car here. The owner told me we get a lot of business from the Strip tourists.

I've been going here for years. Although they are almost always busy, Everyone is always friendly (even when you can see the stress)! When things don't go right or smoothly, Daniel and his wife always stay true to their reputation of high integrity and make things work out. They never disappoint

I need a whole new engine. But, I seen it coming with 180 miles on it. Andre and his team took care of me and made me feel comfortable and at ease with there friendly spirit. I took my BMW in based on a recommendation from a friend. I needed an oil change and a diagnostic for some jostling. I dropped the car off at 8 and made a point of telling them that I needed my car by noon because I have children to pick up from school. I was told that the oil change would be complete and they would call me with the diagnostic results by noon. Noon rolled around I didn't receive a phone call. So, I showed up at the shop to pick up my vehicle.

My vehicle hadn't even been serviced! I was "next". I told them I needed my keys because I had to go and I reminded them of the specific conversation regarding needing it done by noon. They handed me my keys and asked me to reschedule. Sorry, German Motors! I will not be back. I could have taken my vehicle anywhere in this city, but I chose your place of business even though it was slightly inconvenient for me. Now you are last on my list because I was last on yours.

If I could give this place and Danial 100 stars I would. I tracked down my dad's 1985 380SL. Dad sold it in 1990, and we found it and bought it back. It was in bad shape but "home". I drove this car to my junior prom. I am now 53-years-old. Danial brought it back to life. Having this car back in the family, and working, means more than words can express. My kids, all in college, can drive it. Thank you for Danial and his team.

Flat out, THE BEST shop around. They are not only knowledgeable, but current with technology and an open book. Once you drop your vehicle off, you will begin to get detailed updates from the techs working on your car. I've been there a few times with my Audi Q5. As we know, good cars take up keep and that costs money. But that's what it is. Without a doubt, I trust my cars will continue to run the way they were built due to the work done by everyone at German Motors.

I spoke with Daniel (the owner) today as I was picking up my car. He is super kind, personable and knowledgeable, but gives direct and equal credit to his team's knowledge. I couldn't recommend German Motors enough.

The initial experience was positive. This is why they earned 2 stars. My car had an amber light alert which justified a diagnostic. I also had a pull with the steering and I opted for an alignment. The prices were revealed and I agreed. All good so far. The car was returned to me after 3 hours and was told the results of the diagnostic. It revealed the need for two bolts to fix the alignment and the need for a sensor replacement in the steering column.

They did not have the two replacement bolts in stock so the alignment was not repaired. They also needed to order the sensor. All understood. The service representative said he had to order the parts and would get back to me later in the day with the pricing. Two days passed and I had to call and follow up with him. I received 3 different quotations on the same services.

Each with different information and prices. The representative turned me over to Daniel, the shop owner, to explain the situation. He wanted to charge me for a new alignment to replace the two bolts they did not initially have in stock. No problem with the sensor price or labor. I DO take exception to being charged for a service never performed. When I asked questions about the quote, Daniel interrupted me twice!

Not OK to interrupt anyone. HE had to make his point and cut me off and explain why they thought their prices were fair. He could have absorbed the cost of the alignment and had a customer for life. Service is everything. Being late with promises, interrupting a customer and being inflexible lost me and will earn reviews on every review site. I am owed a reimbursement of services not fulfilled. We will see if the owner has any integrity.

I recently moved to Vegas and could not believe the extortionist prices of the BMW dealership compared to Beverly Hills. It was absurd! So I started calling around to get a vibe and quotes from other German car repair shops. The minute I spoke to Whitney on the phone, I knew I'd found my new car fam. I had never serviced my BMW anywhere except a dealer! I've taken my car in twice now and felt totally taken care of while paying a fair price.

Work has been reliable, the staff is knowledgeable and awesome / great communicators. They let me work from their lobby to wait for the my repairs that were fast and good. I highly recommend German Motors!

My Mercedes was fixed nearly same day, and I assume wasn't an issue they see quite often. The price was very fair for being located in such a high traffic area, and my car honestly feels tighter after a simple lube / inspect. I plan to return not only for the prices but the professionalism. German maintenance is expensive, but not here.

Great Facility, uses premium parts. Sean was able to accommodate me with special requests I asked for. Reasonable prices as well. Anytime I'm in Vegas I'll take my CLK 350 there.

I just had a long and expensive experience with Frank European motors! I don't have enough time or energy to explain the horrible experience with FEM, nonetheless German Motors was exceptional their customer service was par with their automotive skills! They have all my future business! And I will make sure I tell all my friends and family, thanks German motors for taking this extremely upset customer to a very happy customer

As usual German Motors especially Bobby The Chief Mercedes Mechanic and Sean the Service Adviser took good care of my ML Mercedes. I feel very confident that when I arrive for service I'm getting the best first advice and then service! I bring all 3 of My Mercedes to German Motors and found that I save money over The Dealer's prices while receiving the best possible service at German Motors!

I paid over $900 to have my BMW 528i repaired yet I was told to that the lack of performance was due to two hoses which allegedly showed smoke. I was also told that the spark plugs needed to be replaced AND the camshaft had oil leaking. The last item alone would cost over $1600. I paid only for the hoses to be replaced yet the drivetrain message and performance problem persisted.

The young lady at the front desk said they test drove it and there were no problems. They checked again when I brought it back and this time it was the fuel pump - another $1500 repair. I took it elsewhere to have the replacement done for half the cost. Buyer beware!

Fixed my alternator within basically 24 hours & even gave it a wash. Thanks guys

I appreciate the diagnosis for my sons vehicle the prices for the parts on the other hand was highly inflated. I was quoted $1564 for two headlamp modules another dealership was able to get me two certified Porsche part modules for $700 total. And I was quoted $4200 for two headlight assembly's and I purchased two from the Porsche dealership in chandler Arizona and shipped to me for 1900 for two. Lastly I was told I would be charged two installation charged one for the ballast install for $125 and to remove and replace the headlamps to install them at $187.

It literally takes one minute to remove the whole head unit and the module is under the unit. My sons vehicle now is working fine. If anything goes wrong I'll use them to diagnose the problem but will go elsewhere for repairs *UPDATE* The owner is trying to deflect the true situation. I totally understood why they wouldn't allow me to use the debit card which was in my wife's name. I went to the atm and retrieved the money. The fact is they tried to triple charge me for repairs. They are overpriced. Get them to diagnose and do repairs elsewhere

My car was in accident while on vacation. I searched the internet and luckily found these guys close to my room at the Palazzo. They were able to get me back on the road for the cheapest possible price. They were life savers. Ironically, it is a year later and we are in Vegas again for my wife's birthday. My car busted a belt and I didn't think twice before bringing back to German Motors. The owner is a good honest guy.

After some obvious back and forth Daniel reached out to me over the phone in order to clarify some things on his end. In anycase, I'm glad that he did get the chance to reach out to me personally after reading my review and things were all said and done in order to clear the air as it's better later than never
