W211 E Class Mercedes Had multiple problems with my brake system; stiff steering;ABS light on plus a bunch of codes showing on my dashboard. Dealer gave me an insane quote to fix. Was on the verge of junking the car. Decided to give it one more try at Mechanics Direct and never regretted it. They fix my car for a reasonable amount and it's driving like new again.

Wanted $2595.00 just for suspension pump not even the block valve if it was the block valve after the pump is installed it would be extra. Picked up a pump ome for $269 with the block valve and the bracket installed it in my driveway on ramps just under 1 hour, could not understand why he wanted $1,500 for the same type of pump when I explained it did not have to be a brand new BMW part so I saved myself $2,500 very happy did not give away all that money very easy quick repair. Thank you.

I looked up many mechanical online and read the reviews. Mechanic Direct has the best reviews. I went to them for service and couldn't believe it. Less than 2 days my car was ready. I am very happy with the service I received from Mechanics Direct. It was also great to have an Acura NSX specialist within a few hours of where I live. Communication was great and explanations were clear. I'm pretty happy with the results for my relatively large service they completed including disassembling the transmission. Services: Engine repair, Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Steering & suspension repair

We have been taking our cars to Mechanics Direct for over 20 years. Mitchell, the owner, is extremely honest and competent and he has trained his staff to give the exact same service. He will tell you, you don't need something done right away, he always does his best to keep the price down. He has even given us loaner cars, hooked us up with a rental, gotten us inspection stickers and windshields, etc. They always go above and beyond and do a great job.

Mitch and his team at Mechanics Direct were life savers. They took their time to understand several key issues I was having with my NSX and although some of the parts were aftermarket installed, not by them, they did a great job working with the 3rd Party aftermarket company (shout out to Chris from Science of Speed) to fix all the issues reported despite them not having done the work before. I bring my cars here occasionally and these guys at Mechanics Direct always do an outstanding job. They are pricey but you get what you pay for. I feel like my cars run like new after getting it back every time and the loaner car service make it so convenient. I highly recommend these guys if you want service done right to your automobile. This place is wonderful! Not only was I able to drop off my car quickly, they gave me a free loaner car so that I could continue my day as I needed. Their customer service is wonderful, the diagnostic was free and repairs were quick but done well. I greatly appreciated the fact that they walk through all the problems your car has with you, accompanied by pictures and videos of what they're talking about.
The icing on the cake was that I was able to bring a list of repairs that my dealership said I needed. Apparently, all the repairs the dealership said I needed were false. This places saved me over $2000. For the repairs I actually needed, Mechanics Direct gave me more than fair prices. In general, I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. I'll definitely be going back if my car has any issues.
