This place is right by my house. I was really happy with the customer service. I was worried about affordability and turn over but they were efficient and I will be back for any future needs. This place has fantastic service times and an extremely knowledgeable staff. First time I went was for an emergency tire change and it went even more smoothly than I would have ever thought possible.Definitely recommend for any/all vehicle maintenance. Quick and excellent service. I was turned away at my regular mechanic because he said he didn't know how to do a transmission fluid change.

Let's talk about a part of the vehicle that most car owners wish they never need to use - the air bag system. Most every modern car comes equipped with an air bag system, also known as a supplementary restraint system (SRS). After use, the air bag will need either repair or replacement. In the case of a collision, the air bags will deploy and protect the driver and passengers from further harm.
Let's talk about AC repair and service. Most of us we don't give our air conditioning a second thought as long as it's making cold air. But it's a complex and expensive system that we should think about before it starts blowing hot air. The refrigerant in the air conditioner contains a special oil that lubricates and cools the A/C parts.

WOW! An amazing experience! Traveled here from Kansas to apartment shop for my daughter who is relocating and my husband was unable to join A part was dragging under the car so we popped in to see if they could help. I really cannot count the number of times these brothers have taken care of me, my family and all our various vehicles. We have been loyal customers for more than 20 years! They have done everything we have needed on cars, trailers, used car evaluations for purchase, tank drops, and all the basics. They are very trustworthy and will give you a honest answer on everything and a reasonable estimate on what it will cost to resolve it. They are super busy, so plan to wait a day or two longer than you might somewhere else, but it is worth it!

I have used McCullough Auto Care for more than10 years. I needed a reliable auto maintenance service because I commuted weekly to Birmingham. One of the nice things about these guys is they listen when I mention an issue with the car, go over their inspection results of my car and review my bill in detail. I have never been disappointed in their service or the cost of the service I received.

Have been going to McCollough's for decades! Once I found them, I knew they were honest and professional. Not often one can say that about an auto repair place. They have helped me keep my older vehicles safely on the road for longer than I could imagine. I have always been treated with respect, no matter how large or small the issue, which is excellent and reassuring for an older woman. Highly recommend them!

Brian and the team were fantastic with handling my issue. In fact they discovered a major error which occurred when I had my last oil change done at a quick oil change place, which turned out to be the cause of my issue. They took pics of it and wrote out an explanation for me to give to the previous oil chance place. Because of their extra effort, I am getting reimbursed for the error. I highly recommend Brian and the team!

McCullough has been my family's go-to mechanic for decades. Don't know what I would do without them - just a super-nice family that will take care of your cars. Their service is important to us because once we get a new car, we like to hold onto it for years (10-12). Highly recommend. Quick and excellent service. I was turned away at my regular mechanic because he said he didn’t know how to do a transmission fluid change. This was my first time ever going to McCullough auto care, and I was very happy with my service. They were able to see me immediately and were patient with me considering the circumstances. Eric was great, and even matched the prices of another mechanic down the road. I will be back! Would recommend!

Eric at McCullough has been taking care of my family's [multiple] cars for over 10 years now. A Volkswagen, a Nissan, and 2 Acuras: They've done minor repairs all the way to major transmission replacements. Eric is trustworthy, honest, and tells you what really needs to be done versus what can wait. Their prices seem reasonable (although in fairness I haven't been anywhere else recently b/c I'm so pleased with them), they are timely, and always communicate what the car needs in detail. I can't recommend these guys enough!
