This place is really nice, the people who work here are helpful and polite. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They were cheaper than another local place and beat my insurance price. They did extra things to try and save me money. They got me in in a few days and fixed the window fast.

The people here are friendly, accommodating, and professional. They were able to help me within a short time frame and went the extra mile to be sure I would have transportation while my car was being fixed.

The folks at the glass shop done an amazing job, and went right to work to get my vehicles glass replaced. Highly recommended to any and all that may need services that they provide. Hats off guys, keep up the good work

As a standard hazard of UP winter driving some passing logging truck sent a rock through my windshield. I live in Watersmeet, which is an hour away from any window repair option, but I passed up going to Safelite in Ironwood and drove 10 minutes further to Atlantic Mine because 2020 has been a rough year for small businesses and I wanted to give my insurance company's money (and my deductible!) to a small business instead of Corporate America. Matt's contacted me within an hour of my insurance agent calling them, and called back within an hour from that call to provide the needed follow-up regarding the first call.

When I arrived, 15 minutes early, my tech was waiting for me, came outside to greet me, and began work on my vehicle immediately. I asked him to install a new headlight I had purchased as one of mine had recently went; he said no problem. Inside, the waiting room was more than comfortable and the coffee was better than anything you will find in the UP aside from a Contrast pour-over.

The work was done quickly and professionally by the same tech who greeted me. The only downside was the Trump signs: taken down, but not stored out of view of the public. The owner didn't seem like a "storm the capitol" type of Trump supporter and I was a Republican before Trump so the benefit of the doubt should be extended given the excellent service provided by the business. It's still never a good practice to combine ones political beliefs and ones business, especially when one excels at the business as Matt's does.

I needed help to see if my dims/brights headlamps were adjusted properly. I needed my backup and running lights checked. All headlamps were fine.. They did this willingly asking for nothing in return. Awesome people that serve this community.

Very friendly and efficient. They ordered my glass in two days and had it installed in under an hour. Their watering room was comfortable and pleasant. Workmanship was quality. I'll return for other services in the future.

My car was backed into a few weeks ago and when I went in for a quote they took my car back right away while I waited and got me a reasonable quote. We set an appointment and a week before, they called to ask if I was interested in a loaner vehicle while mine was being fixed up. Had it ready and warm when I arrived the next week to drop mine off. Later that day when I came to pick it up, they had not only fixed the issues but detailed the entire interior! I am so impressed with their customer service and the work they've done - could not suggest them more! Thanks folks!
