We are Portland and Bend Oregon's premier independent, family-owned European automotive workshops, specializing in diagnosis, repair, maintenance and performance for your Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes, MINI, Porsche, Sprinter and Volkswagen vehicle. In order to provide the highest level of care and service, we have invested heavily in not only factory-specific special tools and equipment, but also in our team. Matrix Integrated Inc. began in 1995 as Matrix Engineering, a part-time venture specializing in Volkswagen club-level race car construction. Our first shop was a fairly small 2500sf space in Tigard Oregon, comprising of one lift, a fabrication area, a clean room for engine and transmission building, parts room and office.
At Matrix Integrated, we've invested heavily in specialty tools and sophisticated diagnostic computers to communicate with your modern vehicle. This combination of equipment, along with the expertise of our technicians, results in the most comprehensive diagnostic strategy. This leads to not only the most accurate repair, but also to keeping you and your family safest on the road.

Huge shout-out to Logan! Logan was instrumental in ensuring a smooth purchasing experience from a local Porsche dealer. He was able to fit me in on extremely short notice, was kind, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. My deepest regret is not meeting the team in person! Being 400 miles away, Logan and the shop were my eyes and ears on my potential car purchase, and on a wonderful recommendation I placed my faith in them to give me their honest opinions. Logan was very forthcoming both with factual information and with his personal opinions, for which I am incredibly grateful. Big thank you to Logan and the whole staff for taking care of me!

Matrix has always been incredibly helpful in my servicing. I've gotten oil changes and small repairs and their team does a stellar job in communicating information clearly. They accommodate my schedule pretty well and I haven't had an issue at all. I'd recommend Matrix to anyone looking to get their vehicle taken care of!

Based on a recommendation, I brought my BMW here for potential performance upgrades and maintenance over a year ago. I couldn't be more impressed with the consistent service Logan and crew provide. The work is done in the time quoted. I've had a range of service work completed and communications about status is timely. Thanks for always answering my questions and the inevitable tangent questions! There's a genuine vibe of people who like cars, and will take care of mine while she's there.

Dec. 20, 2021. I just got my M/B C300 serviced by Matirx Intergrated Downtown location and I'm very happy. From check in with Jesse and work done on my car with Logan. It is difficult to find truly good customer service even when things go well. When the situation does not go well (in this case due to circumstances out of Matrix's control) it is almost impossible to find a company that is truly committed to their customer's success. I cannot overstate how fantastic Jeremy, Jesse and the rest of the Matrix crew did with taking care of this customer.
They went above and beyond, even at their expense, to make sure I was well taken care of. Supply issues with a new suspension for my sprinter caused many setbacks and several ongoing logistical issues in into play. Jeremy and Jesse never missed a beat and made sure I was happy and well taken care of. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have a Audi Q5 that the engine gave out due to bent valves (confirmed by Audi Beaverton ). Knowing this and knowing that the engine was going to have to be taken apart I went ahead and purchased all new quality performance parts that could be replaced at the same time. Over $6k in just parts, I contacted matrix and before I even finished explaining I was cut off and told that "that's not something we would get into".
Money is not an issue I just wanted a reputable Audi shop to work on my Audi. Not sure how they consider calling themselves Audi performance specialists when they turn away such work.

Absolute best car service. I have a German car and it's well looked after here. I leave feeling confident that they have looked over everything. Communication: Beyond Impressive. Call backs within the hour. Getting me in: They do their best to work with me and get me in as soon as they can. Personable and very Professional. I trust them. I don't think they would do work they didn't need to.

Matrix Integrated is the best German Auto Shop around. I had taken my 2011 VW Sportwagen TDI to a couple other shops in the Portland area and the service was always okay but bill was always way above what was quoted. Then I came across Matrix Integrated and I am so happy I found them. All their mechanics and office staff are nice, helpful, informative and they always get my car back on the road at what they quoted and in a reasonable time frame.
I like that they explain everything before and after they start working too. The kind of attention to detail that Matrix offers each time is exactly what I want for my VW. Thank you Matrix Integrated!
