If our name didn't give it away, Mast Brothers was started by three brothers in 1969! The Mast brothers ran a popular local body shop and noticed that their clients had to pay an arm and a leg to get their cars towed to the shop. Not wanting their customers to overpay for a tow, the brothers decided to take matters into their own hands.
My sprinter RV battery died in Bandon and AAA would not cover A jump as my sprinter has duels on back. I contacted Mast (I'm from Fl ) They came out about 20 minutes and jumped my rig, Huge prompts to Trevor he made it work. Driver was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. My request for tow service was called in and scheduled the day before it was needed but did not get entered in the company's computer. I called when the tow truck did not arrive. Employees were courteous and sent a truck immediately.

Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We were charged $700 for a 1/4 mile tow and when I called to ask questions about specific charges he was rude and nasty beyond belief, wouldn't let me talk then threatened to hang up on me when I tried to talk. We were extremely overcharged and treated horribly. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible customer service Mike is definitely rude and highly un professional. My dad passed out on the side of the road due to covid. These individuals picked up his diesel. As I was dealing with them in regards to getting my dads truck returned to my mother Mike was extremely rude. In an email from Mike in the subject line he tited the truck JUNK.
Thank God the wonderful company my dad worked for stepped in and was able to get the truck out. We had a local guy tell us this company has a horrible reputation and after my experience I believe it. We lost my dad and these individuals didn't make the process any easier.

Who do they pay to write positive reviews on this racket?! My car was impounded there for ONE day and they charged $556 to get it out! That was aside from the fees the sherrif charged me. When I asked them how they sleep at night this jerk said "just fine, I'll be happy to make the price higher for you if you would like." Totally crooked punks at this business!
