My company has done business with them before so we sat in the park lot since 7am hoping to be first in line and when they showed up late, put 3 cars before us so its 8:40 now and just now getting service so i will be looking for another tire shop that may want our business. Sorry Mr Martin but good help is hard to find!

I came in with a problem and there was a lot of goofing around and I left with the same problem after paying money and being offered to pay for a new problem, I am not satisfied. I didn't even get my tire pressure checked unless asked.that is not a place of environment that I feel comfortable with. I won't have a problem heard and resolved.

They have all the business because they are efficient and have expertise. The owner, Mr. Martin, helped change my tires, even with all the employees he had on staff. The head mechanic (tall black man) runs the shop extremely well. Listen to whatever he says.i watched him problem solve on a dime. Great experience

These people are lazy! I called right at 8:00am to get a oil change and I talked to a guy name Galvin, he put me on hold for ten minutes! I hung up and called back 20 minutes later and he put me on hold for another ten minutes! I hung up and called back at 9:00am and he said the soonest for a oil change was Thursday! I'm calling on a MONDAY! I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager I and I said no way your the manager!
Then he put a white guy on the phone and he also said the soonest is Thursday! I said thats ridiculous and I said I'm gonna report you, Martin Tires 6917 Main Street Lithonia! He said to what the police, I said no for what, I don't call the police at all! I said I'm gonna go on yelp and he got mad! After that I hung up! He sounded like a redneck anyway!

On December 10, 2018 I took my car in to get serviced, based off of the diagnosis the mechanic Chris gave me on December 3, 2018. He said it would be $350 to fix the issue I was told I was having, by him. Once he replaced whatever part that he replaced, he never test drove it to see if he fixed the issue. I left work, caught a ride with a car service to pick my car up and pay for the repairs.
I get in my car and couldn't even make it back to work, because my car was doing the same exact thing that it was doing before I paid them to fix it. So I call Chris and he says he didn't test drive it after he got done, bring it back in and he will see what the issue is. I take my car right back to Chris and he calls me to the back to tell me, he missed the actual issue when he checked the car, he's sorry and it will be $184 to fix the actual problem.
I don't think they should still be in the vehicle repair business, please only put tires on, because I was a 10 year customer for tires and never had an issue, until I tried the mechanic out in the back. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN PUT TIRES ON YOUR CAR, CAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED. #NEVERAGAIN

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. hardworking friendly black men. willing to go above and beyond to make sure you as a customer is more than satisfied. very busy place with the locals and the grouponers. don't try to offer you or add on anything extra like most shop. very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. $19 oil change and tire rotation.

People wonder why mechanics get a shady rap. Well, it is simple. Prior to our last vacation to Amelia Island, I had both cars serviced. During the inspection phase, the guy tells me my rear breaks are down to 30% and need to be repaired. I told him we would hold off and have it checked upon return. So, fast forward 7500 miles and several months to yesterday. Took it in to have my oil changed and they did a brake inspection. Imagine my surprise when I was told my back brakes are at 80% and doing fine. Shame on you W. T. Martin Tire Company
