Mark's Auto Body

After being rear-ended on st.pattys day I found Mark's Auto Body through my insurance and have been so pleased with the whole process. Kyle and Karita were so helpful and kind throughout the whole process as this was my first accident that I had been in. I got my car back after a week and a half and it looked brand new. I noticed that there was a slight thud from the rear right side after a few days of having my car back and they were more than happy to take it for a test drive and to look at it again when I brought it back to them.

After about 5 mins of looking they found the cause of the noise and fixed it within another 5 or 10 mins and its been perfect ever since. I was so pleased with their hospitality and work, I cant imagine going anywhere else in the future. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs car work. Great people and great work!

I had some significant body damage after an accident and Mark's Auto Body did a wonderful job with the repairs. The staff were all so kind and so helpful and kept me up to date during the entire process. They made this as easy and seamless as possible, and I am so grateful. In addition to the wonderful staff, the work is outstanding and I am really happy with how it looks.

Our daughter was in an accident while away at college. We live 2 hours away. I researched Mark's on Google and BBB and chose to have them do the repairs. They took great care of our daughter, did quality work and communication was excellent. Also worked with the insurance company and Enterprise car rental to make sure she had a rental. Mark's was recommended by a close friend. Car needed alot of bodywork, and Kyle and Karita were clearly advocates for doing it right from the get go, including advising on avoiding short-cuts that insurance wanted that would not likely work. Looks and works good as new. Having satisfied customers clearly matters to them. Its nice to have a place to take your car where you feel you can trust them on both price and quality of work.

Mark's Auto Body was a pleasant experience. My car came out great, service was exceptional. Just mind the hill when you come up, it might not seem like an entrance but that's how you get up to the office and garage. Would use their service again (but lets hope I never have to).

From the first phone call until I drove the car off the lot, the service was exemplary! The staff was professional and put me at ease as I looked for a body shop recommended by my insurance, that I felt comfortable dealing with personally. Kyle, the owner was welcoming and explained the process and time frames for completion. I needed another slight repair, as not to interfere with the work he was performing.

He did not pressure me for the other work. I ultimately allowed him to fix the other issue. Excellent customer service, quality work, COVID-19 considerations and a Great experience! Highly recommend!
