Services
We can balance any engine rotating assembly as well as snowmobile clutches and industrial components (fans, clutches, impellers, etc). Our Fentech, digital-controlled balancer is shown here with a 302 Chevrolet small block crankshaft. The "Weight-A-Minute" engine balancing software puts high-end technology at the operator's fingertips.
We have the capability of boring, sleeving, and resurfacing cylinders. MMM Company is experienced in rebuilding crankshafts for marine, ATV, snowmobile, and motorcycle engines. We can install seats and guides, weld, machine, install thread repairs, and do a multi-angle valve job on ANY motorcycle head. We can also balance clutches and secondaries.
Our shop offers expert rebuilding services on starters, alternators, generators and combination motor-generators for automotive, heavy-duty, agricultural, industrial, marine, and small engines. We maintain a large inventory of repair parts for 6, 12, & 24 volt systems to get your unit back into service quickly.
Magnafluxing, straightening, regrinding, polishing, and balancing are the services provided by ASE certified machinists. Our Gleason Submerged Arc Welder is capable of building up a rod or main journals as well as worn seal surfaces. We can build up any seal or bearing surface shafts from punch presses, electric motors, farm equipment etc.
