We brought in our Class C with a grocery list of issues, every concern was listed separately and an update on each one was noted in their final paperwork. I can say everything worked on our first boondock trip and I can't thank them enough for looking into everything and fixing what needed to be fixed. A+!

Our water heater went out on us in the middle of our travels. I left a message with Major RV and they returned my call promptly. We were on a tight schedule, they squeezed us in the next day. They repaired our water heater and we were back on the road the same day. I'd highly recommend this RV company. Service: Electrical

Camped in Bay View right next door. Needed a few things to complete our campsite and also to fix a couple over - winter problems with the camper. Wow, this is the place to go. So far I've never been to a store that has more of a comprehensive selection of items for sale. From pillows all the way down to trailer axles and everything in between. The people are VERY knowledgeable and super friendly. We'll stop here the next time we come to the Cape, absolutely. THANK YOU!

We were in need of a new toilet for our RV. We called just before leaving on our trip hoping for a miracle. The staff was helpful and friendly on the phone call. Verified the dimensions/specs for our particular rig. When we arrived enroute to our destination to pick up the new toilet they were again just as friendly and helpful in person. Highly recommended. Would absolutely do business again! Wish you had a location closer to our home!

After a breakdown, our Travel Trailer was transported to Majors. They repaired the wheel, bearings and axle and also repacked the bearings on the other wheel. They came to our rescue after another national chain RV dealer failed in performing service. We will return for all our seasonal service! Service: Brakes

This place is AMAZING! They have EVERYTHING! And if they don't have it, they are great about telling you where you can find what you need- even if it means sending you to a competitor. They have all the right COVID safeguards In place, but even so, their store was super warm, friendly, and inviting. I'm new to camping- we bought a new-to-us car that came with a pop-up (I know, right?) and I'm absolutely *thrilled* that they are just a few minutes away from us.

First time for service. Used my extended warranty, Majors RV did the leg work, made the repair very easy, very knowledgeable about the trailer & what needed to be done to make all the repairs. Made an appointment dropped my trailer off a day early & it was ready when they told me it would be. Can't say enough about how well I was treated. Well worth the trip to have any work/repairs done to your tailetr.

I really don't think anyone would need all this stuff done on a regular interval oil change. You want me to pay you labor at an exorbitant rate to try and find things wrong so you can charge me to fix them. I just had another lube, oil, and filter done at Campers Inm for $110.00 Now for another example. I needed a new fridge, my old one died. Majors wanted, get this, $7400.00 to install a new one. It was $5400 for the fridge and $2000 to install. I went to Campers World the fridge was on sale for $3100 and $500 to install, LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE!

Outstanding customer service! Impressive! Our RV refrigerator died over a holiday weekend. We were traveling from California. Major's fit us in and replaced the fridge promptly to get us back on the road again! Communication was awesome. They kept us informed and even followed up afterwards. It was definitely a "WOW" experience. Their reputation was known 2 states away!

A week after installation: Joe called to make sure the new refrigerator/freezer was working properly. Wowie zowie! Other companies could learn about excellent customer service from Major's!

Camping in Bourne and had a water leak I called the night before and spoke to a very pleasant lady she hooked me up with a morning appointment on Sat in Memorial Day weekend. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. From the tech to the service people. Everyone and I mean everyone went above and beyond to help me on short notice. Recommended most highly. I now found a place that I will be taking my RV to be fixed.

In 1998 I rented my first RV. Took the kids to Florida and Disney. It's been one of my favorite memories. Well. last December one of my sons helped me get a nice used Winnebago. Well. like boats and houses, we all gotta put money into our units, but what do I do? I called Major's RV as it was the closest RV shop to me. Phone skills were excellent and they were very engaging.

I told them about how much I knew about RVs and they never made me feel like I was stupid. And better still, they didn't take advantage of my naivete by billing me a ton of shop hours. In fact quite the opposite is true. Chris and Joe along with Elizabeth helped me in creating a plan to get my RV to tip top shape. They showed me how to save money by fixing things that I thought were over my head. ie. a windshield washer bottle replacement and head lights replacement.

I am completely happy with these guys. So much so that I will consider them my base of operations. They have parts up the kazoo as well. Solar, kitchen, bath, everything and more. I was in the automobile business for many many years and know how service can be. I was very impressed and have found MY RV service center. Thank you Major's RV!

Had some major chassis work performed on my class A motor home at Major's RV. Sway bar ends and plugged up grease fittings. Mike is a mechanic's mechanic. He takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. Of course, this adds up when it comes time to pay the bill, but I was able to get on the winter work schedule and saved a few bucks on the shop rate.

I also store my coach there on and off season in their fenced in and gated lot. Major's is closed on Sunday and Monday, but they will leave your rig outside the fence if you need to access it during those days. Everyone at Major's is helpful and friendly. My only issue is that you sometimes need to pester them to make sure work is done on your time frame.

They can get blocked up in the summer with repairs on transients and the regulars can get lost in the shuffle. Dave tries to accommodate everyone that walks in the door and this can overwhelm their staff during the summer months. It's best to schedule major work at Major's during the off-season.

The staff at Major's RV Service Center specialize in customer service. Always friendly and helpful, they are also great problem solvers. Major's has helped us retro-fit some aspects of a campervan. Their Service Center is also well-stocked with accessories.

I've used Major's for years. Recently, I felt that there was a disparity between the quoted amount for repairs I needed and what was billed. I presented my concern to Debra ( clerk of the works ) and a few days later got a call from --- DAVID MAJOR! We chatted and came to an agreement that satisfied both of us. Thus, I feel that Major's is an honorable company. The only downside is their hourly rate which has steadily gone up over the years, but then, what hasn't?

Majors RV has always been the best of the best. Not to be compared to the "other camping place". There customer service, parts department and techs are all top notch, and when it comes to making sure your RV is at the best possible running condition no other place even comes close. The parts section is awesome and just plain fun to look around at all of the cool RV accessories they have in stock.

I have been there many times and they have always had what I needed. If your looking to get the highest quality work done on your RV, don't hesitate going to Majors RV. If you don't care about your RV, then Majors RV may not be the right choice for you. Make Majors RV your first and last call, you will be happy you did in the long run, trust me.

This was my first RV service experience. The Service folks were very helpful with their recommendations about was was necessary and what was only advisable. The invoice was actually less than the estimate because they discovered a cut-out valve for the water system that I did not know was there. I had to delay my pick-up for a couple days and there was no problem with that as well. One caution however. It's difficult to walk through their parts store without seeing something you want!

We had our brakes and suspension checked and wheel bearings serviced. They quoted us a price beforehand, and the final bill was on target ($475). Since they were closed on Monday we used their drop off service. The entire visit went well. The staff is extremely friendly and kept us informed through the process on what was being done and when. Overall, we were pleased with Majors and although they do seem pricey we would use them again. For anyone who feels they're expensive - check out what marine services charge on the Cape!

The people at Major's RV Center were great. I had a hitch put on a 2015 Honda CRV. As far as I can tell, there are no issues with the work. It was completed in a timely fashion. Chris was good to work with. The only issue I had was they scheduled me for 8:30 AM. I was prompt, but the door was locked. The signage did not clearly indicate if I was to go to the front or rear of the store. I cycled between the two and finally asked a mechanic where to go. It was resolved, but took a bit of effort.

We recently called Major's RV Service regarding a problem with our 50 amp electrical and the same problem with the generator. Since we were only visiting in the area, we were pleasantly surprised when they were able to get us in as soon as we could get there. We were in and out within two hours with confirmation that our 50 amp shore power was working properly (two campgrounds must have had faulty shore power poles), but that the transfer switch still was not activating from the generator.

We opted to save that fix for a later date. All in all, the entire staff and owner were easy to work with, cheerful and prompt. Thanks, David & staff - we'll be back if in this area again!

I had a hitch gate put on my Ford Taurus. The staff were very friendly and were always asking me if I need anything. This was my first ever having work done by them and I was very pleased. The only negative was that they said the install would take a between an hour to an hour and a half. Well it ended up being a little over 2 hours. But they did say beforehand that putting a hitch gate on a Ford Taurus can be tricky. So all in all, it was a good experience and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had work done twice to address a hot water heater problem. The second time a few weeks ago they replaced parts, the bill was close to $300, after spending the same amount last summer to fix a problem. Within two weeks the hot water heater failed, when I called for an appointment to have them check it out the best they could do was two weeks out, when I would be gone. Message: 1) don't have them do any work without a written estimate, 2)understand they will not walk any extra mile to solve a problem they may have caused. Dave is nice yet providing a good customer experience is not on the goal sheet of anyone else who works there. I would not go back for any service work.

We bought a 2001 Class C motor home two months ago, and needed to do a fair amount of mechanical work, but also wanted to do quite a bit of elective upgrades as well. The staff at Major's was knowledgeable, professional and responded to all of my requests in a timely manner. Ultimately we got did the mechanical repairs first because they really weren't optional.

So things like brakes, tires, batteries and leak repairs all got done first. We felt that Major's worked hard at helping us sort out the difference between what we really needed to do right away, and what we could wait on for the moment. The work was completed in the time frame promised, and the bill was in the range of the estimate that had been given prior to beginning the work.

The RV was returned to us clean and neat. Stage two included elective upgrades like replacement of the awning, light-stripping the awning, installing flat screen TV with multiple mounting positions and Sat dome, replacement of interior lighting, installation of roof fans. The work was meticulously done, and none of it was easy. Wiring had to be placed where none existed, the lighting replacement was so well done the new stylish lights look they rolled off the factory floor with our motor home. Awning and it's lighting was done perfectly.

This work was done in the time frame discussed, and bill was for the expected amount. The RV was returned to us clean and neat again. Stage three was for a number of electronic items, such as installing back-up cameras and monitor, speakers, misc wiring. Again the work was done meticulously and did NOT look like anything other than factory installed.

And again the RV was delivered in the time frame promised, the bill was what we expected and again it was clean. Could we have done any of that work for less money ourselves? Of course. But we could never have come close to having the details be so perfect. Also to be considered is we are working people, and we want to spend our time off having fun in our RV, not fixing it. Major's RV saved us a colossal amount of time and work upgrading our motor home and it was worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on our extensive experience with them these past two months.
