Mainline was beyond professional from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional and the workmanship flawless. I was surprised to receive daily updates on the progression of the repair and the work was finished on time as promised. My interaction with all the staff felt more like a high end resort than an auto body shop. We hope to never need repairs like this again but if we do, it will always be Mainline.

They did a good job - very efficient and informative. No complaints, although I thought the front-desk personnel could have been more friendly. Maybe a re-fresher training course on customer service. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

BUYER BEWARE! PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICE! THEY" DO NOT HAVE GOOD SERVICES! THEY SIMPLY DONT DO THE JOB!Wow, what a horrible experience. I took my vehicle in for a repair last week, and was met by a gentleman, who was very kind and seemed to mow hwat was needed to fix my issue on my vehicle. needless to say, total scam. They not only charged me over, they broke my front fender and I had to take it to another autobody shop.

When Itold them, they shrugged it off, I believe the owner, very arrogant, and told me, " this is just how the business works MAM find another shop we don't want your buusiness ", I was charged a fair amount, they actually. didn't charge too much but now I know why, the second body shop said they did the minimum so that I can not see the repairs that they missed, had I driven this car I believe it would have been very dangerous. luckily I was wise enough to have heard this from another kind gentleman who was leaving after I paid my bill whom whispered to make sure I go to another shop and that the man had just had an issue, with his fender bender and dent.

I will post photos when I have a chance but as I frustratingly wait for my car now. I am just finding time, NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGIAN. WOW. Horrid. I hope they read this and refund me for the inadequate job! The team was not professional or friendly, awful with my insurance company and absolutely no help thus far, even profane - Jay K

I'm extremely satisfied with Mainline Autobody. My 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 needed extensive work to say the least. Their entire team kept me informed during the process. Truck runs well and looks brand new. I highly recommend Mainline Autobody.

Mainline was at the top of the list for AAA's recommendations and it's now my choice as well. From start to finish their customer relations and excellent work were superior. They told me exactly what they could do and how long it would take and they were spot on. My car came back to me looking better than it had in years. Definitely A+

Bernie Flamm was great to work with. My automatic trunk door hit my garage door and Bernie gave me a quote quickly, made great recommendations, and booked me an appointment the following week during holiday season. Lack of communication by Jason, I haven't bothered mainline at all for 5 weeks. I was promised and CONFIRMED the day of pick up, then the pick-up date got moved to the next day. Hours later mainline sent a text claiming a part is missing after bodywork/mock-up was confirmed a week before paint. So the date got changed once again for three days later. Honestly, I think they damaged my car at final inspection. I would not recommend this company if you want professionalism and honesty.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I have never experienced such gross negligence in my life. Every time I called they said it would be 3 more days. It's a month later and I still don't have the windshield for my car! A windshield, pretty basic. It came in BUT the didn't order the parts that they needed to install it. I called at 4 and was told she'd call me back in 15 min. 24 hours later I had to call. I'm finally told my car has the windshield in and I can pick it up in 10 min. 35 minutes later they finally bring it around.

I get in to leave.lights on my dash board are light up that weren't there before. Now it's been taken back. I can't with these people. I NEVER leave Yelp reviews but this is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I took my Toyota Prius into Mainline Auto Body to have the right rear fender repaired. I had the most pleasant experience meeting Bernie, the business owner. The customer service he, his team, and his staff provided was outstanding. They were respectful, and have a deep knowledge of their field. I would recommend this business to anyone who has a need to have auto body work done.

Wow! This team of industry specialists have got it down. They work hard to process your vehicle through a claim and they are super diligent in all aspects of repair work. I most recently had an outstanding experience through AAA Insurance, their team of professionals lead by Bernie and Shanna, helped to efficiently process the needed parts for Front windshield replacement, updated me when to bring it back for the repair, and delivered my Subie back to me in record time with super shine! Thank you Mainline!

I've given Mainline a few opportunities to fix my vehicles. They never disappoint. Last time insurance totaled the truck, but they were very professional in how the treated me and the situation. This time I needed some trim replaced in my 2021 F150. They got the part ordered and installed in a very timely manor. Only place I'll go for auto body.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Seriously I brought my car here because of the reviews. I should have just taking it somewhere else! I will never recommend this place! Who runs a brand new vehicle threw a car wash machine let alone a BLACK VEHICLE! Super disappointed it had so many scratches on it and it's more than obvious it was ran threw a car wash machine!

I literally told them if you are going to run it in a car wash machine don't even bother washing my vehicle, but apparently people here are ignorant! Like i told Jason at this point I just want to get out of here! It wasn't Jason's fault at all I spoke to the front desk ladies but apparently they don't pass on messages! As well the scratches on my vehicle were more noticeable than what they fix!

They were more worried about the scratches on my vehicle than what was fix. Now I'll be paying out of pocket so they can buff out all the vehicle and get it detailed correctly so many scratches are noticeable now that's it's park in my garage! Super ridiculously as well I'll be calling State Farm

I had a horrendous experience with Mainline when i lived in the area. My truck was hit while parked in front of my house and my insurance suggested Mainline. I was young and unfortunately i trusted them. Without getting into to much detail, they absolutely botched the repair of my truck. I took it back a few times with no luck. I ended up having to take it to another shop and they laughed at Mainlines "repairs".

This happened some years ago so maybe they're better now. I'm still bothered by they way i was treated, so i felt it was necessary to give them 1 star. I guess i can thank them though, because now i know to do my research and check all of their work prior to signing off.

I've used Mainline for multiple repairs and their staff is always kind, efficient and capable. Jason is amazing! Give this man a raise. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for being a great human. Customer service with compassion and professionalism. God bless

I have a 2006 Sonata that had bodywork done over 10 years ago. Since then the paint had faded and I was frustrated. My hats off to Mainline and the General Manager, Bernie, who took the time to research the records. They reminded me of the Lifetime Warranty that was in effect. They promptly scheduled the needed paint fixes and my previous frustration has turned to joy and praise.

The paint match and added bodywork was amazing and I am very pleased. Thanks again to Bernie and your staff for the professionalism, education and added customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone!

First I will say this place is extremely busy so be prepared to wait a little. The work they do is great and customer service impressive for a body shop. Hope you never have to come but if you are in need this is the place!

Unfortunately, we had need of some bodywork due to an accident. You will not find a more professional and excellent company than Mainline. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the receptionists, to Shanna, Brandon, Hector. all of them genuinely care for you and for you to have an amazing experience. Every detail is thought about -- from the quick "take a look" booth where they actually give you an idea of what to expect, to the text updates on the progress of your car.

Their shop is immaculate. Mainline went above and beyond my expectations -- and from the other reviews below, I can see I am not alone. The organization of this company is spectacular, their leadership team should be hosting conferences! They are a credit to our city -- hope you never need Mainline -- but it is great to know they exist in case you do! Jon Stone

My first impression when pulling up in the driveway was wow this is an Autobody place, it's really nice. Walked into the reception area and was greeted with a nice hello how can I help you. The reception area is very clean with a big tv and free coffee. Sat down for a few minutes and was greeted with another hello my name is Jason, how can I help you.

We walked out to see the car and was like oh I think we can just pop that back on with no charge to you. Allow me to take the car to the back, Jason brings the car back within a couple of minutes and it's fixed. I highly recommend this place. From cleanliness to friendliness

Brandon Gill and the Mainline Autobody were awesome! They repainted my bumper cover. Great price, great work and excellent communication. I highly recommend them. Brandon was great to work with. Very customer oriented and knowledgeable.

Obviously the goal is to never visit this company, but whaddya do? I was referred to Mainline by USAA, and checked Yelp before I made a decision. The reviews looked very good, so I made an appointment for a Friday afternoon. My plans changed that day, so I called and asked if I could come in just after opening. They said no problem, and within 15 minutes of showing up, they had started a file on my car, began insurance proceedings, inspected the car, and offered me a tour of their facilities! Wow.

I was expecting a polite, "We can try to get you in for the work in about two weeks.", but instead, they said, "We'll take your keys now and get started on it this morning." Again, wow. The front office arranged an Uber ride (on the house), and I was back home 45 mins after my arrival. Over the next 12 days, I received daily text updates on the status of my vehicle, and they finished a day ahead of schedule.

When I arrived to get my car, my paperwork was ready for review, I received a point-by-point inspection of the work, and my car was cleaned and vacuumed. The body work and paint job? Excellent. All around superb service from the crew at Mainline -- A+ Cheers! RS

Exceeded my expectations. Clean, friendly, good work. Worked seamlessly with my insurance I expected a body shop to be dirty. The lobby is more like a hotel or doctor's office than a car repair shop. Very nice and clean. The people are so warm, friendly, and helpful. My vehicle looks like new where the repairs were made. Overall a very positive experience. I would recommend this place if you are in need of repairs.

Just got my car back today. This is the third time I've used Mainline and I would not even consider another shop to take care of my car. Super professional. Super job. Highly recomended.

I had a repair to my 2017 Cadillac CTS. I took into 2 other body shops for estimates before going to Mainline. Spoke with Bernie Flamm and explained what I would like to see done as far as repairs. He listened and came up with a repair plan that worked for me. Scheduled repairs, they reserved a loaner car. My car went in on Tuesday and completed by Wednesday.

I picked up car, Bernie went over the repairs. They had detailed it and I was more than pleased with the overall service, professionalism and expertise put into the repairs. Joe Hinkens had given me a grand tour of the shop initially and to say they are State of The Art is a understatement! Curtis Schwartz was another person who made this repair so easy and made sure all was completed as promised. The staff was more than helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall, this is a 5+ run operation. Highly recommend.
