Magnum Collision

I was referred to this shop by an old friend. Best advice he could have ever given me. Unfortunate circumstances has led me to this body shop twice within the last 10 months and each time they have done a phenomenal job with repairing and painting my bumper. The first incident was a result of my own and although it was during a time when shipment for parts was very slow and on back order, Corey (one of the Service Advisors) always managed to keep it with me and I appreciate that.

I was able to get my car back before the holidays and did not have one complaint about their work, NOT one. What they did not know is that I am very particular and not too many shop services meet my satisfaction. However, it amazed me too see them do such a great job in a time when COVID caused a lot of complications for many businesses. A few weeks ago my car was in another accident caused by a Nissan Dealership employee and the I demanded to Nissan for Magnum to be my shop of choice for the repairs caused by their mishap.

I got my car back on Monday and once again I was very pleased with their work. Corey kept me up to date every step of the way. Whenever I stopped in for a surprised visit, Corey, Jennie, or anyone else that worked at the shop, never denied my requests to see my car anytime during the process of getting it repaired. The customer service here is outstanding and I can not thank these people enough for their hard work, professionalism, and dedication when taking care of my darling "Cherry" (my car's name). Thank You Magnum Collision! You're the best!

Upscale, professional establishment! Outstanding work and delivered on time! Price was affordable as well. Corey the manager, went above and beyond to help with my car and explained everything to me in detail. I also was having trouble finding a rental, he hooked me up with an awesome rental company that was a similar caliber to the car I drive. Corey promised me 10 days and they delivered on time and my car was detailed, waiting on my arrival. When you drive a luxury vehicle you expect quality work, and that's exactly what you will get with Magnum Collison.

I had a great experience with Magnum, my car looks fabulous again, and I'm very pleased with the level of customer service from Jeni, specifically. She was able to get my BMW 6 Series in for repair weeks ahead of the original estimated wait time. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Magnum. Be careful on the other, more sour reviews. The world's supply chain is messed up right now. Jobs that used to take a week or two, may now take longer with delays on parts, staffing, shipments, etc. Set your expectations correctly. I can say Magnum was not only super responsive during the whole process, but had fantastic customer service every time we spoke.

They were always there to work with me and the insurance companies and they handled everything. Yes, it took a long time. But what doesn't right now? Go try to have a house built or do major work on something. I should also say the day I got my car back it looked just like the day I purchased it. Incredible work, attention to detail and everything was repaired perfectly! Definitely recommend them.

We took a vehicle to Magnum that ended up not being repairable. Corey Morrow did our intake and made the process seamless. Even though they didn't make the repairs, he still worked to assist us with resources to help us settle with the insurance company. He truly went above and beyond. Vehicle repair after a collision is not the service you hope to need, but I would absolutely take my car to Corey at Magnum in the future.

I had a great experience with Magnum Collision and in particular with their service adviser Corey Morrow. I was rear ended and had to have some body work done to my car. I really baby and take care of my BMW and wouldn't trust just anyone to do the work. Magnum was recommended by a friend who had their BMW repaired by Magnum. From the very beginning Corey was helpful and made all the arrangements needed to get my car repaired.

He coordinated with the insurance company and made sure I got only genuine BMW parts AND that I didn't have to come out of pocket for any expenses. The car came back beautiful; they even detailed it before I picked it up. I am extremely happy with the work Magnum did and can't recommend them highly enough.

I hear they do good work but I didn't get to find out due to all of their shadiness. Corey is nothing short of a salesman trying to make a huge commission. I wound up taking my truck somewhere else and the work that I received was just fine for half of what Magnum was charging. Not to mention I was told that they weren't even gonna be able to give me an eta on my parts and that it could have been months before I could get my truck back. Corey had me wait over a month for an appointment just for an estimate.and while my husband was there he observed two folks come in off the streets and received estimates as walk in.

I dropped my vehicle off on 10/20/2021 to be repaired. I had to be the line of communication between them and Liberty mutual to get the appraisal approved because apparently they were too busy to even handle that part. After getting the appraisal approved I was told me car would be ready 12/24/21, then 1/5/2022, then 1/14/2022, and then 1/24/2022.

Today is 1/25/2022 and I just got my car back after 95 days. I think their customer service skills are horrible. I initiated every phone call to know the status of my vehicle. Overall, this has been my worst experience ever when it has come to body and paint repairs. My car looks amazing by the way but I'd never come back to this place again if they were the only option on earth. Also, prior to me getting into an accident I had a headlight out that I was headed to get fixed.

I mentioned it when I dropped my car off and you would think after 95 days the least they could've done was repaired the broken headlight but that wasn't even completed when I asked prior to them fixing my car. New management is definitely needed!

After having my car repaired here after an accident 2yrs ago, I have had nothing but lingering issues with my car ever since. I had to take my car back a year later after I realized that they didn't seal everything correctly. Now I am having corrosion issues due to my tunk being wet for so long. If you are looking for auto repair, I would look elsewhere, unless you have a high end sports car they could car less how they treat your car.

Magnum has been a headache since I've dropped my Honda Civic off in September. This company's unprofessionalism is unbelievable. Receiving an accurate update about my car was like pulling teeth! No one ever knew anything or had an answer! The rare times there were answers, the answers were totally fabricated! These people hate their jobs and it shows, these guys were uncooperative with the insurance company and me!

They constantly added parts to the estimate but never actually used those parts, well for my car at least. I feel this company is a complete scam and I wouldn't recommend Magnum Auto Collision to my worst enemy. After 2 months my car is deemed a total loss out of lack of options! Please do not waste your time with this business, if you want results please don't bring your car here! 0/10

This body shop was recommended by another body shop recommended by my insurance company. They repaired the vehicle using manufacture's standards. They also repainted brake calipers to their original color and stenciling. I would highly recommend this shop for hi-line cars. Update: Ran into an issue with the repair performed by Magnum. Specifically the rear spoiler no longer operates properly.

I have made several attempts to get someone from Magnum to respond to my emails and personal contact on resolving this issue. They were presented a per forma invoice for the cost of repairs. It has been over a month since they were advised of this issue. Hence my downgrading my overall impression of this company.

I worked with Cory over at Magnum and the experience and service was great. He kept me up to date on the regular and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. When I got my vehicle back it was immaculate. Not only did the crew repair my rear side panel and bumper damage but it came back detailed and beautiful inside and out.

I would totally recommend anyone to them. There are apparently very few shops in Atlanta that are Land Rover certified. So if you are looking for a good place to get yours repaired. Magnum is your place.

Sam and his team are excellent. They manage the work and clients with patience and a smile. They kept me informed at all times. I had a deep door ding and paint chip in my Range Rover. I visited a number of body shops. They all agreed because of where the chip was and the high metal flake in my paint, a portion of both doors had to be painted. It wasn't until I visited Magnum that I felt completely confident and comfortable to entrust my car to them. They took the time to carefully remove the trim pieces ensuring not to break any of them. Honestly, no one would ever look at the doors and believe there was paint work done. I hope I won't have to visit Magnum again but I will recommend them every time! From the moment I walked in Jon Elias took very good care of my situation until completion. There were 2 very clear products that Magnum holds in high regard, professional experience and the final product of your vehicle. As I had to deal with insurance, rental, fear of my beautiful car never being the same, Jon kicked all those fears to the curb.

Within minutes we walked around the car to inspect the damage, sharing exactly what was likely going to be needed for the repair - while at the same time quickly spotting issues with the insurance companies repair quote. Seeing that my insurance company priced out a few large re-manufactured parts to go back on my car (because its cheaper for them), Jon explained "we don't do that here, you will get OEM back on your car - we're going to take care of you don't worry". Making sure that the value, parts integrity, and simple look and feel of my car would be restored helped me relax; I was very confident that Jon would take care of everything.

Enterprise is also located in this shop to getting back on the road was very easy, return as well. Now waiting on insurance to adjust their price was lengthy but Jon fought that as often as he could, so I didn't. The day came to see the finished product and it looked as it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. Detailed, clay bared, shampooed carpet + trunk, even the engine bay! Crazy clean! For ANY body work of any kind, I strongly recommend Magnum. I am very happy BMW pointed me their way. Thanks again guys!

Talk about a company's fall from grace. My entire family have been loyal customers for over 10 years with nothing but fantastic words for Magnum. However, this last repair was an absolute implosion on all levels of business. If you are looking for a shop where your "contact" is never available to speak, voicemails/emails are only responded too when it involves money, and rarely will you get an update on your vehicle then this is the shop for you.

We learned after 3 MONTHS the vehicle was far from completion and shoddy repair work had been completed after it had been dropped off at a dealership for an electronic harness they claimed unfixable (with proof in hand we later learned this harness was damaged by MAGNUM). This is far from the status they claimed the vehicle was in. The entire repair should have only taken 1-2 weeks!

For example, shop poorly repaired a SAFETY ITEM with butt connectors and did not perform repairs that were paid for by my insurance company just to name a few. Additionally, no one could provide me with answers and a manager was never available until we refused to pay the remaining balance. Instead of working with their customers to resolve issues they would rather differ fault and strong arm you to get the remainder of your money.

I have plenty of saved emails, pictures, and voicemails displaying this horrible excuse of a business. PLEASE AVOID THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE! There are several other deficiencies throughout this experience I can expand upon if desired. I have attached photos of the vehicle upon pick up at the dealership. Instead of admitting fault, Magnum has claimed I am responsible for the pictured damages.

I have proof of photo legitimacy as each photo is time stamped and I have a Toyota receipt showing pickup date/time. Please feel free to contact me directly for additional info/proof or a reference to a great collision repair shop who finished our work properly in 2 DAYS.

One of the biggest challenges in dealing with a repair to your car is finding a place that actually delivers on promises without the delays or miscues that are all too common. But how do you find a trusted resource without all the guesswork? You look at what others are saying.

That's how I personally found Magnum. Cars are my guilty pleasure. I've owned several exotics (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren.) over the past few years and I'm a true pain in the rear when to comes to insisting on perfection. So, when I had a need, I started researching like crazy.asking around.reading reviews and yes, actually driving by the shops to see the real life place in action.

I chose Magnum and let's just say this review is a long time coming. Their first exotic of mine was a Ferrari. I was doing a few upgrades. Work was immaculate! Needless to say, I came back for more.and more.and more.they have done personalization and / or repair work to just about every exotic I have owned since then. Each time, they have completely blown me away.

From my initial call, to the quick and professional greeting the second you walk in the door, to the quality of the work AND the time frame to complete it all.plus at delivery I'm treated like an APPRECIATED customer and actually thanked for my business. How's that for delivering a sentiment that seems to have been long since forgotten in today's business environment?-They APPRECIATE you.

Absolutely blown away by this place. I actually feel like a friend when I show up. I have my small circle of shops that I use, each in their own niche, for my cars, and Magnum is my exclusive go to place for body/paint/upgrades. This may be the longest review in history but it just may be the most important one you will ever read about getting your car repaired or upgraded for the best price, highest quality for work and with the least amount of hassle.

All too often, we only see reviews about bad experiences with businesses. In this case, I want to share my highest praise for Magnum. they are the business that the industry should look to for example. Here's pics of my Huracan with the Novitec carbon wing they just installed for me yesterday. Looks absolutely factory. Magnum actually makes you car look BETTER than OEM. Truly love this place. I wish I could give 20 stars!
