The M shop referred me to BMR shop & my car got fixed perfectly. Their customer service is fantastic & I highly recommended it!

The best mechanics I've ever had. Do not hesitate to bring your BMW or MINI to the M Shop.

Firstly, the number here on Yelp is forwarded to their actual phone and the forwarding isn't working. So, no help there. I was able to find the actual number on Instagram and a receptionist did pick up that phone. I told the receptionist that I was interested in having a BMW evaluated for purchase and she told me they only had available appointments later in the month, but then acted like she didn't actually want to help me. So, I said great, when can we make it happen.

She then hesitated and asked me if I had used the shop before. I had actually been in before for an evaluation for a steel brake line install on my M2 but the shop advised against it so I didn't have the work actually done. I mentioned this and she said that I wasn't an existing customer and that she couldn't help me. Incredibly rude service, lied to me and then told me to go away when her tactic of saying that the appointment was going to be later in the month failed. Definitely avoid, as even if you wanted to go here and aren't an existing customer they won't help you!

Joe and his wonderful team have been taking care of my Mini for years. They are ethical, kind, reliable and lovely people on top of it all. It may be stressful to deal with car troubles but to be honest I actually look forward to seeing these guys! My 2009 has 156 thousand miles on her and she's still going strong. As a single woman I need to have a team I can trust and these guys are just the best.

Took my E34 M5 to this place and just love the service here. Everyone is so knowledgeable and doesn't treat you like a noob which I appreciate. They walk you through it all and don't push things on you. Came in for a oil change and they let me know how to keep the car running properly where as my old mechanic I'd have a hard time getting in the phone when my car was there. This guys. Easy.

The M shop is the best and most reliable spot I've ever taken my mini to! Not only are they knowledgeable and honest, it's obvious they take pride in their customer service and value the people who trust them with their cars. I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks for being the best, M Shop!

I came here to fix my 2014 BMW after I was rear ended. They went above and beyond, I would highly recommend this place. This was during COVID so this review is long overdue, but thanks so much guys!

Joe did a good job on my BMW. He is known in the community and highly recommended. He will put you in the right path and is trustworthy.

The staff at the M Shop (particularly Cassie and Paolo) were proactively communicative and provided a clear assessment and plan for my car repair. They had me scheduled in a timely and convenient manner and provided advice tailored to my situation with explanations for why they were suggesting certain work be done. I would highly recommend the M Shop to any of my friends/family and will happily return to the shop in the future.

Took my '16 328 here for a brake fluid flush and for a general scope inspection; car has 53k miles. Jon was really thorough and informative and the job was completed quickly for considerably less than the dealer charges. They sent a detailed report of what was found in the inspection and he gave me recommendations for future preventative maintenance. Good shop

If you have a BMW you don't need a dealer you need the M shop! Always so detailed and informative about my 325i I know my car is on good hands whenever I bring it for service or regular maintenance. Pricing is extremely reasonable and they won't push you into anything they advise you step by step on what should be done first if your budgeting.

I recommend them to all my friends and family with a BMW. This shop isn't close to me since I moved but worth the drive for the great service and trust I have with them.

I met Joe when I was looking for a location for our Purist Group Toy Donation event right before Christmas last year in 2020. Joe was generous to donate his time and space to open up his shop for our event on a Sunday. With his connections and ours, we collected a truck load of toys to donate to the Sheriff's Youth Foundation. I have yet to take my car to Joe to get it serviced, but after get to know Joe and saw his shop, he is very knowledgable about BMWs, new or old or vintage. Being a BMW enthusiast myself, I can tell Joe does really good and honest work.

So far this place is the place for my mini. Took long time to get a sat appt though. Few weeks in fact. Hate to see what happen if my care breaks down. Another few weeks to get in? Prices are very reasonable so far. Service is affordable. Not much of place to hang out though if you need to wait on the spot for your car.

It was almost a two week wait for them to see me but worth the wait. Everyone here was very nice. Paolo helped me and he was polite and took safety precautions due to COVID. This place seems very honest. I'm a woman and a lot of times at shops they will try to sell me stuff I don't need. Paolo just let me know that my front breaks would need replacing soon but not immediately (which I was already aware of). I am definitely bringing my MINI Countryman here again.

Great service on my M series. Knew exactly what I was concerned about, checked and found the problem. Quickly emailed pics of all bad parts asking for authorization, knew what parts to use to fix the problem from occurring in the future (not always just OEM replacements). Also found some additional "time bomb" problems and fixed those as well, showing interest in doing good work.

Then they emailed pics of the old, damaged pieces after they came off the car. This is a full service shop, competently dealing with the engine, suspension, and engine accessory issues I had, with fair cost (much less than dealership) and honest communications. Paolo, my service rep, in particular was excellent. These guys seem able to do most, perhaps all, reasonable BMW repair and performance work.

Only downside - you need an appointment, and they are booked up for several weeks in advance. I know why they are booked up now! They get a 5-star rating from this BMW enthusiast.

Very professional and helpful! Took care of the car during Covid-19! Had a few issues with a Mini Cooper and they diagnosed and fixed the problems. Appreciate their communication and friendly staff. Good pricing as well! Highly recommend Thank you M Shop!

I'm happy I found this place. You can't trust just anyone with a BMW. I had taken my older BMW to some random mechanic to get worked on and he just didn't do the job correctly. I found the M shop online and it had great reviews. I've been taking my BMWs here for over 3 years now and i have never had an issue. My brother also brings his BMW here. Great shop!

Joe and the gang are the only place I trust to go with my 75 BMW 2002. These guys know bimmers, old or new, and I highly recommend them. They maintained my car when it was stock and have helped me build out a hot rod with an engine swap. They do it all. These guys are honest and hard working and are very up front with repairs and expectations. Joe is a true enthusiast and if he's not in the shop you'll find him at a vintage BMW show. They live and breathe this stuff.

I'm lucky to be a patron of the M shop. They know all the weird little quirks inside old BMWs. I really appreciate the availability of used parts from time to time. The report they deliver is more thorough than any diagnostic ever. Ready to read a book about your cars bill of health?

The M Shop is nothing less than amazing! My wife and I have been taking our BMWs there for many years now and we have never had a bad experience. Joe, Paulo, Jon and the rest of the crew are not just nice, not just good, they are truly trustworthy. More often than not, they have recommended holding off on a repair because it was not needed. There is nothing better than being able to trust your mechanic, and there is no other place I trust with my car than the M Shop!

These folks have been taking care of my car for over eight years now and they have *always* done an excellent job. They are thorough, honest, always perform the work within the quoted price and time frame. I will always remember the time when I showed up late one evening with a dead battery and Joe replaced my battery even though the shop had already closed.

These folks are truly the best in the business--I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone who owns a BMW or Mini. The only thing is that they are very busy so call them in advance to make an appointment.
