How do you know if you need an Auto AC Repair Service? Well, how hot is hot? But before we just add more refrigerant to your AC system we need to know why it's missing in the first place.

So first take a deep breath, yes it's true it could be something big like an expensive catalytic converter replacement or it could be something as simple as a loose gas cap. The great news is it's much more likely to be a loose gas cap. So first thing first, screw on that gas cap and turn your car on and off a few times and see if that fixes the problem.

My Lexus ISF had a valley coolant leak which requires extensive disassembly and know how to repair. Steve and crew fixed it without any additional damage. He did such an awesome job I had him replace my transmission and rear differential fluid. Steve is way more knowledgeable about Lexus and Toyota vehicles than dealer. Labor price was better than expected. If you have a Toyota or Lexus there is no better place to get it service than Luxury Motorworks.

I took my 2007 Lexus IS 250 to Luxury Motorworks for an oil change a couple of months back. My experience was very different than with any other mechanic that I had before. Steve exceeded my expectations with his nice and professional attitude and he addressed all the problems that the car had at the time (including the ones that the previous mechanic missed).
Their prices may not be the cheapest, but I found out the hard way that car repair is like heart surgery. You need someone qualified to do it right. The fact that they specialize in Lexus and they know what they're doing should matter more than anything. Bonus points for nice waiting room, organized working area, loaner car and easy drop off/pick up.

I've been servicing my 2002 Lexus GS300 at Luxury Motorworks for around 15 years and my car still runs like new. Even though its a far drive for me from Irvine, it's worth the trip because I trust Luxury Motorworks will do a good job on my car and be honest with what repairs need to be done. I highly recommend this business.

Luxury Motor works and Steve, the owner, are awesome! They started servicing and caring for my 2007 Lexus soon after I bought it. The knowledge and professional service I have received from Luxury Motors are second to none. I feel like I can call Steve about any car concern and he will tell me exactly what needs to be done. Today he just finished fixing my side mirror.
I had accidentally run into the garage door when backing out of my garage. OUCH! He calmed me down when I went in to show him. He ordered the part and called me when it came in. My car was fixed in two hours. While it was being repaired, I had a loaner car. When I picked my car up, the mirror was like new and the car had been washed and was sparkling clean! Where can you find that attention and service? Thank you Luxury Motor works! (and Steve)

My family and I have been taking our cars to Steve and the crew for over 15+ years. Steve is a man of the utmost integrity. That is not easy to come by these days. Once he's inspected the car, he will call to let me know what is needed along with pricing. After I give him the green light, he'll let me know when the car will be ready. Great service, every time I bring my 1995 LS430 over for a service or to fix some issues (due to old age) it comes back finely tuned and felt like new. The price is always fair and the service is on-par with what Lexus once offered in the early 90s. Steve takes great care of my car and ensures that I can continue to enjoy my old but reliable car for a very long time :)
