It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The windshield was replaced in a few hours. I have worked with Luther Collision before and each time I have been very happy with the work that was done. Everyone is very helpful. Service: Auto windshield replacement

Today was my first appointment at the Burnsville location since buying my car here. It went seem less thanks to advisor Mike! Oil change and tire rotation. I also had Lance coordinate a small door ding repair at this same appointment, Thanks to Scott who did the repair it looks brand new again! I love my Santa Fe 2021! I will definitely be back for any service needs!

Due to the cold weather had a bit of a misalignment on windshield install but a quick phone call to Sara and Todd (Owner) resulted in a scheduled reinstall. I have to say its flawless the 2nd time around (20ish degree warmer weather), sincerely appreciate the pleasant experience from an out of state customer. Service: Auto windshield repair

I have used Luther Collision and Glass Bloomington twice now and have been satisfied both times. First time I was rear ended in the parking lot and they worked with the person's insurance with no issues. They kept me up to speed regarding the extent of the damage and how long it would take to be fixed. Once they had fixed the car, the interior was detailed and the rear bumper looked brand new!

Very satisfied with this experience. Second time I had a cracked windshield and they were able to replace it at my work place. Shane came out to replace it. Shane is super professional and friendly. He kept me up to speed on the process and how to take care of it after he was finished. He is the most respectful and informative employee I've ever encountered regarding remote work on my car. Overall, Luther Collision and Glass Bloomington will always be my go to regarding bodywork or glass replacements.

I brought my SUV in for a ding repair - they did it in the promised amount of time and it looks like new! The added perk here was that they basically detailed my entire car, inside and out, and it is so shiny and like new again, too - that was a real treat. Great job, kind people. I took my car here to have some rust repaired on my lift gate. After driving it home I noticed that there were scratch marks that weren't smoothed out before painting, along with some sort of sand/dirt all over my trunk. When I went back to show the manager, Ryon Brody, he acknowledged the flaws in their work, but then proceeded to try and down play it by saying. - "only 1 out of a million people would notice that" - "why do you care about the scratches?" - "it's a body shop, what do you expect?" I took my car to a body shop to fix a flaw, not to fix one flaw while causing a different one.

Personally I work at a body shop myself, (only took it here because of warranty) so I know it's not hard to smooth out scratch marks before painting. In the event that we did not sand out the scratches, and the car was delivered to the customer, we definitely would not argue or hassle over fixing our mistake. After a couple visits and phone calls later, the general manager, Mark Wall, finally agreed to fix the flaws in their work.

After picking my car back up, the repaired spot was done right, no scratches under the base coat and overall looked great. I was however disappointed to notice lots of scuff marks all over the rear of my car along with a nice scratch on my rear glass. And lastly the sand/dirt aftermath of the repair, that they agreed was unprofessional to leave in the car, was very poorly vacuumed.

I took video of the whole car before I dropped it off for the second time, I can easily see that the rear glass was not scratched prior to dropping off, the scuffs are too slight for the camera to pick up, but easily noticed in person. I have access to a vacuum along with the capability to buff out the scuffs on the rear of my vehicle, so I'm not mad, just surprised and dissatisfied with the lack of care that was used with my vehicle.

As for the scratch in my rear glass, the managers at this Luther location have made it clear that customer service is far from a priority, and I'm done spending my time arguing with them. The only pleasant encounters during this whole process were with the receptionist, Taylor I believe, and with a service advisor from Luthers dealership, who called to ask how my repair went.

In the unfortunate event that my car requires work again, and I'm not able to have my shop fix it, I will be taking my business to another shop, one with a higher standard for initial quality of work and customer service.

The people at Luther were open, honest and extremely helpful. They also did a stellar job on fixing my truck. They stayed in constant contact, answered any questions I had, and kept me up to date continuously communicating with me. It was a refreshing experience, in which they treated me like a real person. Brian and Ryon were so great to work with! Hopefully I won't need to return to a body shop, but if I do, I know where I'm going to send my truck. Thank you to the staff of Luther Bloomington, you did a FANTASTIC job!

I had a crack in my windshield from drivers side all the way across to the passenger side. Most places were scheduling a week out. Luther Collision and Glass was able to get me in the next day. Sara Miller, Customer Service Rep, was very friendly and kept me well informed while I waited for the repairs to be completed. I had a great experience and highly recommend Luther Collision and Glass.

I have been here twice in the last six months for service. The first was for dent in the back of my mini van. (Thank you cement pillar.) The second was for a broken door window. (Thank you thief.) Both times service was fast and friendly and I was happy with the final result. I can say I would be happy to not visit them again though.;)

I sent my estimate in on 8/18/19 and was told I would hear back soon to have an appointment scheduled. SCHEDULED, mind you. After dozens of phone calls and emails to a universally unhelpful staff, they have simply stopped returning my calls and messages, and as of today a full month has passed and they still have not attempted to reach out to schedule an appointment.

The insurance company made the check out to the shop so I felt I had to make this work, but now I will have it reissued and find a new shop. The worst of the worst, avoid them like the plague!

So to start off I did not buy my car from Luther. It is a Toyota 4Runner but I take it to Luther dealerships for maintenance and thought I'd go to their collision place for at least an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and (I think carfax tracks where you get repairs done) so I killed two bird with one stone. The technician I worked with was named Mike Nelson and he made the whole process very smooth.

He explained to me everything that he was going to do and more importantly the chance it could cost more the deeper he examined the car. We scheduled it for two weeks out, which was smart because all the parts were ordered and in by the time I dropped my truck off. It look Mr. Nelson less than a week to complete all the work which was a pleasant surprise.

I will totally be taking my truck back here for any type of repairs and highly recommend this place every one is friendly and they are up front about everything. Thanks again guys! Ps the headlight and number where fixed can't even tell the damage

I needed my windshield replaced and the company my insurance provider recommended couldn't accommodate my timeline, so I reached out to Luther Collision and Glass and am I so happy I did. If you ever have the opportunity to get Ernie to do a replacement from them, you will not be disappointed. I'm a meticulous engineer by education and a do-it-yourselfer farm kid that watched the entire installation.this guy is good! Highly recommended!

If you want high quality repair that is expensive and completion dates they never meet, then this is your place. My minor repair was supposed to take 3 days, as promised by their guy Jason. Instead, they had my car for 8 full days (1 day due to Memorial Day Holiday). Their work is high quality but their customer service is extremely poor. Even though I've been a customer for 18 years, I obviously was not important to them. I will never go there again.

My friend's teenage daughter hit my truck while it was parked in front of my parents' house back in my hometown, striking the back corner of the bed, breaking the tail light, and crunching the end of the bumper. I had a similar experience a couple of years before on the passenger side, again while parked, because evidently my truck is more cursed than a pirate ship.

When it happened the last time, I took it to Luther Collision because their company deals in Toyota, and I was very satisfied with their work when I got it back. This time around I had some different circumstances to contend with. My friend's insurance was covering the damage, Luther wasn't in their "coverage network, " and I had just over two weeks before I moved out-of-state for a new job.

I played ball with the insurance company and took it to one of their "network shops" for an assessment of the damage. I was underwhelmed by the service, and they couldn't get me in until after my new job started. Frustrated, I drove over to Luther with a copy of the other shop's estimate, showed them my damage, and explained the urgency of the situation.

Their shop advisor listened, put his experience to good use, and penciled me in for early the next week. When I got my truck back, it had several new parts not mentioned in the other shop's estimate, but that Luther had deemed necessary to get my truck back to the way it was before the loss. Luther was direct-billing the insurance from then on, so I was out of the middle (gotta love that).

My truck looks great, and it was done A WEEK ahead of when I needed it! In summary, the first time I went to Luther for body work, they did a great job of getting it right. The second time around, I couldn't be more pleased with both the quality of their work, and their terrific customer service. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing collision or other body work on your vehicle, they're certainly worth your consideration.

I was backed into back in January. Before that happened my driver side low beam was out. The accident occurred in the same area of my car and when the repairs were finished, the light would still not come on. I was told that it was a control panel issue and would cost a thousand dollars plus to fix. Today I had some maintenance done on my car, and without mentioning to them that I was previously told it was a control panel issue, I asked them to fix the light if it wasn't too difficult.

I got it back, working, and was told all it required was a computer code to be cleared. I was charged $19 for the light and that was it! No thanks to the Luther Collision Plymouth for wanting to charge me another $980+. The work they did do for the collision was fine, but it makes me very leery, especially as a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, to ever want to do business with them again. Definitely thankful I decided against the control panel and didn't get taken advantage of.
