Unfortunately we've had two auto body repairs necessary in the past few months, but we went back to Lovetts a second time, and would go back a third if necessary. Service: Body & Trim

My truck had pretty bad damage to the front right side of it, called around to a bunch if different body shops and they said 4-6 weeks. Then I called Lovetts Body Shop and they checked it out, brought it in a week later and it was done in 10 days! They were all VERY helpful and made this so simple for me. They did a great job fixing up the damage and it looks brand new! Thanks again for all your hard work and making us very fast and clean!

My insurance company referred me to Lovetts after I was in a car accident. And WOW! I am impressed. Scott was great. He made sure I understood what was going on and always communicated with me. When I saw my car after it had been repaired I was floored. It was SO clean and gorgeous! It looked like a brand new car. I'm happy I came here and I would come here again if I needed anything else.

Did a great job repairing paint damage as promised and handled everything with the other driver's insurance. I had a complex 3-layer pearl white paint on a new BMW, and I can't find any difference between the original and new paint no matter how hard I look. Price/quality was so good I'm having them repair some minor damage on my wife's car next week. At this price, there's no reason not to repair minor damage on your car out-of-pocket.

I found this place because my original dealership did not provide the customer service that is expected. My splash shield was completely torn apart in front of my car and how do you minor dent in my bumper. I did not want to drive this around for two weeks to wait for an appointment elsewhere and make the issue worse. When I called, Thomas was very nice and was open to me coming in the next day to take a look at the issue.

He was able to help me the very same day. they went out of their way to pick up the part from the dealership needed for my car in order to get the work done within a matter of an hour or so. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend to any family or friends in the future that are in need of any body part repair. Something that I didn't expect to do was leave A personal item behind where I was waiting that is not cheap, and they even called me back to let me know I had left it behind. Very appreciative of that!

Thomas was great to work with. He managed my insurance company and took extra care in taking care of my car repair. Hopefully no never need a never repair, but if I do, I coming back.

I can't say enough good things about Lovetts Body Shop! I had such a positive experience working with them after getting into an accident that left me with a car that had it's entire front bumper on the ground. Thomas was so helpful and walked me through the process of how they work with insurance, their estimation process, timelines, and even gave me some helpful tips of how to deal with the insurance company.

When I picked up my vehicle, it honestly looked better than it did pre-collision! Warren was the one I talked to when picking up my car and he was so kind and helpful, walking me through a quick summary of everything they did. I especially appreciated all of this as someone who doesn't know a whole lot about cars and had never been involved in an accident so didn't know what the heck to expect. I felt like I was in good hands form the start. I'll definitely be going back to Lovetts for any body shop needs in the future!

I took my truck to this body shop for an estimate, and a week later they still have not sent the estimate to my auto insurance. They never answer the phone or return voice mails, so I have no way to find out why they never sent the estimate. Fortunately I found out about their lack of customer service before leaving my truck there to be repaired.

After my accident I was looking around for a shop to repair the damage, I was lucky enough to find this fine shop 3 blocks away from my home. I called and spoke to Thomas whom was very polite and pretty much guided me through the process, this was my first time! I am very happy with the results my car looks so good! Thank you for everything so glad I found this gem!

I had the best experience here. I ran over a can of spray paint I called to get a quote and they got me in right away! They said if I waited too long it would be harder to get off. They had it ready in a day, and I don't feel like they overcharged me. Their work was impeccable, and their friendliness and hospitality made a stressful situation much easier.

Lovetts has repaired my car twice now and both times has gone beyond expectations. The staff is super friendly, professional, and answered all questions I had. I went to Lovett's today for an estimate on some minor damage I did to my car. Warren was efficient, detailed and honest in the quote he gave me and despite being a young female who clearly had no idea about cars, helped me figure out a solution that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. He even helped get some of the scrapes off for free. You can tell they actually care about their customers and providing quality service. I feel relieved to have found a great body shop in Phoenix that I can go to in the future.

The entire right side of my car was scraped up when I went into a pillar while trying to avoid an oncoming car in our condo's garage. Lovetts did an amazing job both working with our insurance company, and doing the body work on the car. If you need work on your car, I highly recommend Lovetts. The car looked brand new! The guys over at Lovetts took amazing care of me when I went to have my rear bumper replaced. Warren was very helpful and communicative with me on what he thought the best course of action was for the repair. I happened to be able to leave my car there that day and it was looking like new two days later when I picked it up, much faster than I was expecting!

I was quoted an amazing price for the work that didn't change a bit by the time it was completed. Warren was even kind enough to give me a minor discount on the work as well! Overall extremely satisfied and I'll be going back for any other body work I need done.

In January, my 2013 Honda Civic got into a collision with another car. The grill fell off, my headlights were scratched up, my hood was bent, and much more. Keep in mind I've had this car for a couple years now and it had gotten into previous accidents, so I wasn't too concerned with the appearance of it. I found this place on a whim, and went to them because of the 5 star reviews they had.

I was not disappointed! This was the first accident I got into so I had no idea what the process was going to be like. They walked me through all of the steps, and after the initial consultation I gave my insurance company their information. After that the process was very easy on my end, and they were able to work with my insurance company. I had previous damage on my passenger door and they were able to stretch out my insurance money so I could get a brand new door as well.

I was SO impressed by how the car looked that I got all my windows tinted, and I just got new wheels today (car was fixed in March). I upgraded my insurance to full coverage because of how new my car looked after they were done with it. Even my friends and family were impressed by how the car looked. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place. It is a small shop, but don't let that influence your decision because they do amazing work on cars. Thanks to them, I am now planning on driving my car for many years to come. It went from being my "dingy car" to my new investment.

So grateful for a beautiful job done by the Warren and his team at Lovett's. They went above and beyond and returned my GMC Acadia to me in the timeframe promised. I had a flat tire on the freeway that destroyed my rear and side bumper. Communication was great. He even reviews the repair order line by line explaining what was done. I had three dents in my car due to shopping carts / other car doors. One in particular was on a wheel well in a tricky spot. Warren answered my call on a Monday, told me to swing by and an hour later he had assessed the damage, scheduled paint-less dent repair for a Tuesday and quoted me a fair price. When I returned to pick up the car it was like new. I will return with any other similar or more complex work that needs to be done.

I was involved in a minor collision in which my back right bumper was scratched and had paint transfer from the other car. I went to Lovetts to receive a quote. I was greeted with fast and friendly service. My car was taken care of immediately and within 30 minutes, the damage was completely removed. I would definitely recommend Lovetts to anyone - for small or large repairs.

My car was hit by someone with no insurance, luckily they coughed up the cash to fix it and Lovetts did a great job with the repair. Warren from Lovetts provided great customer service throughout my repair process and kept me informed of progress along the way and got me my vehicle back quickly and with quality work. I got work done there in March and now in June it's still looking good. I recommend Lovetts and will use them again.

3rd time that I've used Lovetts! Again, spectacular customer service and FLAWLESS work! Sean was my guy this time and was very detailed in the work he did! He actually went above and beyond with a few extra things that neededd attention that I didn't even know could bee fixed! In the same year my husband and I bought our Forester, it has been in hit and runs twice in two different parking lots. This will be the second time we take our car to Lovetts to have work done. The first time they did such an amazing job repairing our car that we decided to have them take care of our car again. Keep in mind that they do book up. The man who assessed our car this second time around Thanksgiving told us their soonest opening was Christmas Eve (which we were not able to make, so we scheduled it for later this month).

The office is pretty small, but I love the small shop feel of Lovetts. There was even a small dog running around when we visited. Overall, a pleasant experience so far! I understand why they get so much love on yelp

Well I wanted to update my review from last year but low and behold Yelp has done it again to an excellent business and dropped reviews. oh well. my suggestion people is to place your reviews for businesses on Google! Either way, I had my second amazing experience with Lovetts! From beginning to end! Quick, efficient and took any worry or concern right out of my hands!
