Lloyd's does customer service right. Haley was an absolute gem to work with on the phone. She handled my issue promptly, worked with my insurance to get the claim reassigned to Lloyd's and had me scheduled in just two days for the work to be done at my home. Michael was my glass tech and did a great job. My rear window was completely shattered and he worked on it mostly in the rain (in my garage) to get it complete for me.

He kept me informed through the process and cleaned up all the glass pieces that had been scattered about. I am so happy that I chose Lloyd's and will be keeping them on speed dial for future needs.

I had one crack and 3 chips in my old windshield that had accumulated over the last four years because I didn't want to make an insurance claim. I decided it was time and called Lloyd's for a front windshield replacement and they came out to my home on the same day. Their tech, Michael, was awesome. He got the work done quickly, vacuumed the vehicle and wiped everything down. When he was done, he left no evidence that he had ever been here except for the shiny new windshield. Gr8 job folks!

I called in and received a prompt estimate, scheduled an appointment for the same day. I dropped the vehicle off and they called me an hour and a half later. Check out process went smooth. Very professional service and installation. The down side is my wife wants me to fire up the grill. Service: Auto windshield replacement

FORT WALTON BEACH BRANCH: If there was a 6 or 7 - 10 star option, I would choose that rating! Captain America (aka Brian Dunford) was an extremely professional installer! I told him I was happy with the last company that did a windshield for me, but the attention to detail, prep work, and workmanship of Brian far surpassed anyone! I watched his whole process and was amazed!

His customer service was also unmatched! I really enjoyed the conversations we had as well! I won't spoil their signature gift for customers, but that was totally unexpected as well! Lloyd's Glass, please give this man a raise or promote immediately! He deserves every penny! I am definitely sold on Lloyd's Glass for all future work, and I will be asking for "Captain America"!

Took my 2018 KIA Sorento for windshield replacement on 22 March. The business area and waiting area were clean and well supplied for customer comfort. All employees were very polite and the work went quickly. I have used them once before for the same service on a different vehicle and I have always received exceptional service from this company. I highly recommend them for anyone needing auto glass service or repair.

I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 am on a Tuesday morning and expected it to take most of the day to replace the windshield and calibrate the sensors. I got a phone call at 10:00 am to tell me it was ready. The job was done in just 2 hours. Fast service, friendly people and quality work. I couldn't ask for more. Service: Auto windshield repair

Nice, clean facility. Staff is courteous. They also contacted my insurance company along with me on the line and got that taken care of for me. That was one less step for me to do. So after the installation of the windshield, I looked at finished work, and it looks good. It has been only one day since installation. There is lifetime labor on leaks. I don't foresee any trouble so I will assume all is good for life of car. I am satisfied with overall experience. I recommend them.

I had my windshield replaced and a couple months later it started cracking from the top edge. It now has multiple cracks all the way from top too bottom. they told me it was my fault. The technician said I hit the windshield from the inside at the very top next to the ceiling felt. It is virtually impossible for anyone to hit the windshield on the inside in this location.

You would have to take an ice pick and go straight up. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me the same thing even though neither of them could find a spot where the windshield had been hit. Any decent company would make this right!

Critical: Quality Missing fasteners, adhesive all over paintwork and cladding disheveled and gooped with adhesive to try for a quick fix. Plus real rough on the clutch pulling in and out of the shop. Not what I expected on a repair over $1200. Service: Repair windshield

My sunroof exploded randomly as I was traveling out of state and when I arrived for my vacation in Pensacola, I immediately went to work trying to find a place that could replace the glass. The local Ford dealer didn't seem to have much interest in helping me and couldn't assure me the work could get completed within a week. I found Lloyd's and they got it done right away. And I can now continue on with my road trip without any more interruptions or fear of rain!

I bought a 2022 Ram 5500 and in less than 72 hours the windshield cracked. I had someone look at it and they said it was a chip but there was not one to be found by me. I called Lloyd's and they got me in within a few days, the people upfront are the first ones you deal with on the phone. Their professionalism and courtesy are unmatched. I believe they would have gotten me in sooner but my truck was so new they had to contact the dealer to get the glass.

When I arrived I parked around back and walk to the shop. I was met by a very courteous technician. I explain my situation and that I had an appointment. He promptly went to look at my windshield to see if he could find the chip. He did not see a chip but took be directly to the technician that would perform the work. I explained the to him and he explained a few possible situation that could cause the crack.

He said he would have me a definitive answer after changing the windshield. I was told about 5 hours to replace the windshield and calibrate all the sensors. They set expectation for time then over delivered. It took about 3.5 - 4.0 hours. The staff was great while I waited and they even offer you drinks while you wait if you choose to stick around.

Just prior to leaving I got a chance to meet the owner. Met with a smile and firm handshake, you will see where the staff learn their customer service attitude. If you need anything done to your windshield and you in Pensacola, stick with a local business instead of the major ones. You will see that you get better service with the same availability of product.

I had my windshield replaced in South Florida a few months ago and it started to crack. My son heard Lloyds Auto Glass adds and he wanted me to go here because of the free steak. I have to echo the positive reviews here. I went in person to the 6310 North Palafox location in Pensacola. Greg met me and his customer service was 110% explained the whole process of installation and what to expect from insurance.

Because no one in the area had an aftermarket windshield Greg was able to order me an OEM replacement that day, Monday. Wednesday morning I got a call that the windshield was in and I could come in immediately or they would schedule me for mobile service at my convenience. Again, customer service at the shop was 110%. I stood outside the garage bay and watched the installation.

These guys treated the car with kit gloves. They were meticulous and used the most modern tools. Jake and Taylor took pride in their work and their results were much better than the job done 6 months earlier in South Florida. They vacuumed the car and rinsed it. JR was even out in the bay and talked to me and made me feel appreciated too. I just signed the paperwork and before I drove off, they delivered the steaks. 4 frozen choice sirloin filets coming in at a total of 2 pounds.

I am very weary of going to any business for the first time and I am an extremely critical customer, but they made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. They recognized me when I returned to have the installation done. They worked looked dressed and talked like professionals. I left with a great feeling that the job was done right.

Refreshing to see such wonderful customer service! From the moment I called and spoke with Lori (very sweet) who was able to get me a next day install; to the tech, Alex, that came out. Alex went above and beyond! Willing take the time to show me items (some my curiosity) to actually finding the break in my window wash line (I figured it was the pump) when removing the windshield cowl.

I made a quick trip to auto store and was able to get fixed prior to him finishing windshield. Very talented gentleman with great customer skills and truly cares about the job he's doing!

Technician Allen called prior to coming to replace windshield and was right on time. Install was very professional and Allen did a great job at cleaning up after the install. We were in town for vacation and staying at a rental property. We were set to leave the next morning to drive back to Ohio. Unfortunately, the back window of our mini van was damaged in the driveway that afternoon (hole the size of a soccer ball and thus almost shattered all the way across). Everyone was closed by the time we discovered it. Lloyd's was recommended by our family who reside in Pensacola.

We called first thing in the morning and they made an appointment for 2:30 that same day. We were so impressed and thankful for your incredible customer service and quality of work! We worked with Kim for all the coordination. She was kind, empathetic to our situation and professional. We were impressed with how quickly you got us in and the car looks brand new and we couldn't be happier with the results! I want to thank the folks at Lloyd's glass for getting back to me and fixing so promptly. I requested an estimate before they opened via the website and received a call from them at 8:05am. Andy the installer was at my house by 9:45 am. He has been very professional and nice. My morning started out pretty bad, but they helped to make it better.

Yes they are more expensive then Safelite but Lloyd's could get to me today when I needed them. Safelite couldn't get to me until Tuesday of next week! So thank you Lloyd's glass!

Never a problem with any of the windshields I've had replaced at Lloyd's. No mess, no leaks. Couple days after having last installed we had downpours for several days and not a drop of any water anywhere that it wasn't supposed to be, outside. All the employees treat you like family and your outa there really quick even you you don't have a appointment. I do recommend Lloyd's your auto glass work.

Fantastic group of people! They took a look at my cars issue and fixed the problem quickly. A national company who specializes in auto glass told me prior to looking at the car it would cost me upwards of $750 to replace my glass. JR and Ian actually took the time to look at my car and found the real problem and fixed it. It was a simple issue that didn't require replacement glass and a huge bill. Every staff member I came into contact with was very polite and accommodating. We will only use Lloyd's from here on out. Thank you all!

When a rock cracked my windshield, I thought. it's going to be such a headache finding someone to repair my windshield. Barry Litner can advertise all he wants. If your installation goes well, fine. But if you have problems, forget getting help. The only way i stopped the water leak was to go to another glass company. Stay away if you want quality work and follow up.

I requested lloyds auto glass for a repair on 10/14/16 I tried to use a local and what I thought was a dependable company. Two days after my repair the inside glue started to fall in. I then had to take time out of my day to get this correxred. One week later my front windshield strip fly's off almost hitting another car. About a month goes by then my side molding stirps start to pop up.

They keep fixing this issues however this is time out of my day and it should have been right day one! Today 3/8/17 I am driving out of town to Orlando and my passenger side molding stirp fly's off hitting the roof of my truck and hitting the car behind me! I call lloyds of course I'm upset this is unheard of this my safety that was being put at danger due to the poor workmanship.

I was told it doesn't cause any safety concerns. I will be out of town for 9 days traveling this exposes the side of my windshield to possible road hazards this is totally unacceptable. I asked if they will pay for another company to fix my issues and they refused telling me when I return they will correct it. I inquired a bout my nation wide warranty but because I'm not moving it will not be honored!

This is long over due, but we were on a 62 day road trip with allowed us to spend four wonderful days in Pensacola. Well, after getting our truck washed we noticed a four inch crack in out windshield. This was like late in the day on 27 July. I did a check of nearby auto glass businesses and Lloyd's glass was not far way. I called them and told them of my problem.

They said the opened at 8am the next day and would get right on replacing the windshield. I was told it could take up to 1.5 hours to replace. I arrived a bit early and they had all my paper work ready for me, and took my truck right in.no delays. To my great and pleasing surprise, the work was done in 45 minutes and I was out the door and ready for more sightseeing with my wife.

How great is that. They were very professional, a neat and clean office and work area, and very friendly.oh yeah don't forget the fast service! Thanks again Lloyd's Glass folks!

I had the windshield replaced there for my ford truck because of a bad rock chip As soon as it was replaced it started leaking. I had to take it back times and my wife was called a liar before taking it elsewhere. Another glass company said the windshield was installed incorrectly. I finally have a windshield that doesn't leak. This has got the the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend to stay clear because their warranty and customer service ends when you pull out of the driveway.

My wife stopped by to get a window fixed! Thinking there was some type of mechanism failure, the tech took the door apart he found that they screw fell out. This was causing the window not to roll up and down correctly! He replaced the screw and reassembled the door! He came out and explained the cause and sent her on her way! No charge! This shop is awesome and helpful! I would recommend them if you are looking for a shop with moral value, quality no ripoff shop!

Our RV sustained a major windshield stone chip that rapidly developed in a major crack. Lloyd's were friendly to deal with and got the glass delivered in a few days. Installation was technically challenging but they took their time to make sure it was done properly. Windshields were nearly 30% less than when I last had them replaced in California and they charged the same for labor for two as the CA charged for one. Highly recommended.
