Lloyd's Auto Air Conditioning

I was told to bring my van here buy a friend who said they were the best in town. It wasn't running well and having trouble starting so i barely got it there before it died. They were very friendly but i got it back in almost the same shape and $150 later. They said they replaced two parts that i had already replaced, didn't charge me for them but charged me for the labor and basically wished me luck and gave me a guess about a part they couldn't replace. I understand i must pay for their time but its hard to pay that and have nothing fixed. I barely got it to a friend's house to wait for a new appointment with a new shop.

Called on Friday to get in and they were able to see me on Wednesday! Amazing Experience and Scott was so easy to work with. They didn't overcharge either. 10/10 recommend Thank you!

Always absolutely amazing service! They are transparent about what needs to be done on your vehicle but give you reasonable options. I was going to need some work don't on my car that was more than what was in the budget. They priorities what was needed fixed now and what could wait the next few months. I really appreciate their honesty and fair price.

Was so happy with the service. Les Schwab quoted me $1300 for parts before doing an alignment even though the parts had already been replaced. Took truck to Lloyd's and cost me $103 and had no issues, plus the said an hour to hour and half and it was exactly one hour 15 minutes. This is my new place for auto repair! Scott and his team were absolutely AMAZING! I am quite the honest person, too, and don't use flattery to hype someone up. When I mean that they were amazing, those are honest words. From the moment I called to ask for a quote on new tires, Scott was extremely kind, understanding, patient.helped walk me through over the phone figuring out what kind of tires I had on my car.he gave me a quote, helped get me an appointment as soon as possible.

When I met him and his team at the shop, it was the same thing. Scott was just as kind in person as he was over the phone. And the guy who took my car to put new tires on was just as kind. They were great about communicating when my car would be done and everything was done in a timely, professional, customer friendly manner. I will continue going back in the future!

I read a previous review about someone saying it's like trusting your dad taking care of all your car needs, and that's exactly how I felt. You felt safe and taken care of, not taken advantage of. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

We had to replace the engine in our 2011 Explorer. Everyone was super helpful. I appreciated Scott telling us right upfront that it would take several weeks to order the engine and he kept us up to date on most of the progress.

Took my vehicle for an oil change. They did the oil change but when I got home I noticed oil in my parking spot. Little drips. For about a week until I decided to jack my car up and look. The oil plug had been stripped. I'm not going to blame the mechanic because it could have been like that for a while but any competent mechanic would have known that it was stripped.

And instead it was just overlooked and nothing said. If simple little things like that are being missed and not brought to Customers attention I wonder how more in-depth work is being done. Next time tell the customer the oil plug is stripped. Or maybe you guys just wanted me to come back who knows.

From out of town, was recommended to this shop from my father for a coolant leak, as I was pulling up my fuel pump went out and I coasted in the parking lot. They told me I was priority and would have it done by the end of the day! Top quality, and efficient work, with a great price!

Lloyd's does business the way an owner operated business should. Honest with what needs work and fair prices. Though it is out of my way, I prefer to bring my business to them instead of the bigger, shinier places in town. I've never been dissatisfied with their work on my older Dakota or Middle-aged Subaru. They get you in sooner than the dealer and charge less, too.

Update: Once again, these guys came through for me when my Alternator went down during an arctic cold snap. Can't say enough about how much I appreciate them. Very helpful, friendly and reliable! Amazing! We damaged a brake line on a Friday afternoon. These guys took us in and made the repairs at an extremely reasonable rate and had us on our way in two hours!

Other places told us we'd have to make an appointment but we were only here for one day. These guys are great! Friendly and very helpful with reasonable pricing. Thank you so much!
