I have used Lito's 3 times now and they have always gone over and above in customer service, communication with the insurance company, honest and fair priced work that was all quality! Arranging the rental car for me and having it at the shop for me to pick upon bringing my 2010 Sports Edition Camry after I hit a lost cow in a rural road one foggy night a few days before Christmas was just the beginning of making a difficult time as easy as possible!

The car was finished with factory replacement panels/parts and the paint match was a bullseye on the front end which included hood damage, headlight damage and the entire front end of the car. With the car being a few years older the clear coat is faded and all paint ages, with metallic aging even more so that makes changes making matching more difficult but my classic car friends who really know paint said it was a great job and it looks all brand new now! Hitting a cow is not your average accident and I was thankful to only have a broken foot but this mean there was damage under the car as well in ways that most accidents don't reach or affect.

So this was a different repair in the busiest season (Winter) of the year for auto body shops and also during Christmas shopping days, so getting my car back timely was really appreciated! Everyone was friendly, thorough and very professional and made the whole accident and repair less stressful.

Recently brought a AAA claim to Lito Auto Body. The service was outstanding! I forgot the persons name that greeted and priced out the estimate. She is amazing. Knowledgeable, fast efficient and a great communicator. Loved the text messages. My car was repaired on time and the work was perfect. You cannot even tell that there was damage I have used this company about 3 times now and they have been consistently the best!

My '73 Landcruiser FJ40 had the normal rust in the usual spots as most of these do. I took it to another shop and was told they could not work on it as it was not in an accident. When I took it to Lito's. Carrie let Ron the owner know who quickly stated he can take care of it. He took some photos and said he'd get back with an estimate.

When I got home 20 minutes later the email was waiting for me. He gave me a quote and a timeline (which was very short). I returned the Landcruiser to him and two weeks later it was finished. Not only did he and his crew repair all the rust spots, but also repaired and painted the front bumper and grill which had surface rust. My Landcruiser came out as if it had just rolled off the assembly line. She is just gorgeous. The price and timeline were great. I'd highly recommend Lito's for any repair. They deserve more than five stars.

Fast, courteous, friendly! They contacted the insurance company, ordered the necessary parts and within a week I had my Toyota repaired. I highly recommend Lito Body Shop.

I have had them take care of several of my vehicles. They just finished my wife's truck, and she is as good as new. They are fast, and helpful.

I am so happy with the customer service and the quality of the work that I had done at Lito Auto Body. They were easy to work with and did the work in a timely manner. These folks know what auto body repairs are supposed to be like! Everything went smoothly and on time;kept me informed as the work progressed; handled all the paperwork with the other parties insurance company, and did everything the way it should be done! I've been in the car business for 38 years at a high line car dealership, and the level of professionalism met or surpassed my expectations. Excellent job! Definitely recommend them for your automotive body repairs!

I got in a car accident and Lito Auto Body fixed my Honda Pilot right/front-end damage well and it was hassle free. Pleased with the whole process. Looked great after and my insurance communicated directly with them so there was no stress.

My insurance sent me here to get body work done from a minor bump which left a hefty dent in the rear right side panel of my car. I regret having the work done as Lito returned my car in WORSE shape than before. They fixed the dent, sure, but they lost a stock chrome strip that went along the bottom of the rear door closest to the damage, left that same door LOOSE and rattling against my car due to removing the door hinge and INCORRECTLY putting it back on (I had to get another body shop to tighten the hinge because it got worse over time and the door was about to fly open during driving VERY unsafe).

I also had third-party rear parking sensors that no longer work since Lito worked on my car (I checked for a simple disconnection). And the whole rear bench seat was loose, I mean you could lift up the whole cushion (same body shop that fixed my loose door said they didn't lock it back in correctly). TERRIBLE workmanship. Carrie was always great over the phone and offered for me to simply bring the car back to get all of this fixed free of charge per their warranty but I moved 8 hours away to SoCal and that wasn't doable. My car is still missing the rear chrome strip and the parking sensors are done for thanks to Lito. Stay far away from this shop, they'll butcher your car.

Lito Auto Body is very helpful&kind, albeit understaffed&looking the worse for wear. I went to Lito on account of a recent collision, only to see that the parking lot (and some folks parked on the street itself) looked like it would lead to a further collision. The lot itself was incredibly small&crowded. They do have high quality customer service, and considering my stress, they do take it seriously that candies are a food group.

They have a huge bowl full of chocolates&candies of various kinds. They were considerate&helpful. If you need transportation while your vehicle is in the shop, they are more than willing to help. Unfortunately, they didn't have anybody who could do an estimate at the time. Lito could use a much larger space&larger lot. Accidents waiting to happen. Lots of them.

As a small business owner, I find that I'm very hard to please when it comes to dealing with other businesses as I hold them to a high standard. Well, Lito Auto Body completely surpassed those standards and more than exceeded my expectations! From the moment we stepped into their office, Carrie and Gigi made us feel like everything was going to be perfectly taken care of.and it was! Fantastic workmanship, friendly and efficient service, plus my vehicle was super clean and shiny when I picked it up! I can't say enough about them! I highly recommend Lito.

I had a fender bender last summer and I went to Lito Auto Body for the first time and was very satisfied with their work. Gigi and her employees were professional, fast, and friendly and they did great work on my Honda Pilot. My insurance company has worked with many times and had no problems getting my insurance company to work with them. Great people, great experience!

I am very satisfied with Lito Auto Body services - they were prompt with their reply to my online quote request within a business day for a busted Lexus side mirror. Their quote for parts and labor were half the cost of what the dealership quoted me. Lito's used actual Lexus parts too which was important to me. The parts came within 2 business days and got my car fixed very quickly! Thank you Carrie and team for the prompt reply, great customers service and quick turn-around. First I have to schedule a time to see them to look at a small dent in my car. that's is fine for me. what is not fine is make me go there and after I"m there come to me and say they can not fix my car because is from 2002. what? they asked me over the phone the model of the car, why don't they told me that by them? and seriously? can not fix a small dent in a 2002 ford? because the "sistem" doesn't read? awful service, in all senses. I if could i'd give 0.

I had a great experience with Lito Auto Body. They were able to take my car in months sooner than other shops in the area. When I dropped my car off, they had Enterprise pick me up for the rental. Carrie at the front desk kept me informed throughout the entire process of what was going on with my car and when it would be ready. They replaced a bumper on my car and it looked like it was brand new again!

The ladies at the front desk are so nice. I got rear ended and got a couple quotes from places and litos was the only one that was willing to replace the plastic cover rather than repair it. Had a few problems with the other persons insurance but at no fault of litos. They took care of speaking to Allstate on my behalf which was awesome. Best part was they covered up a previous rusty spot by my bumper with the paint they had to match my car, not to mention they detailed my car inside and out!

My 330I BMW got hit by a Motor Home on a parking Lot while I was shopping.(Hit and run )So you can imagine the damage. I'm from Southern California and have a body shop already I used for my cars minor scratches since I'm very very extremely picky. Long story short tow truck guy from AAA in Napa recommended me Litos auto repair shop and I Loved their work they matched the paint exactly to how it was looked as if nothing happened to it. So I do highly recommend! Don't think it twice. They did an awesome job.

Randy, his wife and all their great team including Carey, really make every customer feel confident that they will receive the best work and most reasonable prices. All of the team are courteous and answer any questions, comments in the most helpful way.

Iam very happy with the service of lito autobody. I own a 2015 kia optima it had been hit buy a bus. The paint matches great the guys down a lito did a great job all the way down to the detailer. And a big thx to carrie for dealing with the insurance company and rental car your awesome! My car looks like the day i bought it.

The tow truck guy recommended them after I got in a car accident that I caused. I was super shook up and had never been in a real accident before. Carrie in the office was the nicest lady ever. I wouldn't recommend Lito's Auto Body to anyone! I found them to be rude and very sleazy business people. I sent my son in to have work done on his vehicle and they totally took advantage of him. The car!s hood looked like a hammer beat it to death and the car was filthy dirty. I asked if they washed the cars like Byron's Auto Body? The lady behind the counter replied to me "why I didn't do business with Byron!s instead of them"? I will For Sure next time! Thanks
