Lithia Toyota Of Springfield

Purchased a beautiful Jeep yesterday. I was welcomed with smiles. Blake, Dennis and Oliver were wonderful to work with. They listened to what I needed and worked with me on my trade. Highly recommend Lithia Toyota. Great customer service! They made my car buying experience easy and fun.

I will always be grateful to Jason Roebuck, who literally spent an entire day helping me to get qualified to buy a new car. I was at an auto repair shop when I called him about a car. HE CAME AND PICKED ME UP. That was just the beginning. So great to know a car sales person, who is truly honest & wants to help. We covered every subject chatting that day, from Kids to Kars.

I felt like I made a new friend, a real friend in the very sense of the word. Over the past 2 years, (March 2020), our awesome leased Toyota has been like driving a dream come true. My prior vehicle was a used car, A 2002. I love all the new features & on long trips getting 44mg! This is a Toyota Corolla hatchback Nightshade Edition. Not even electric! And with Gas prices so high now. I'm very happy with my purchase

Took my 1998 Sienna to Lithia for a timing belt and water pump because they actually quoted the lowest price for the work, this after checking with several other local shops both Toyota and independent. While in the shop they told me that I needed a valve cover gasket. I was not happy spending the extra money however, the mechanic and the staff took the time to explain this necessary work so I approved it.

It took most of the day because of the tight working space in a van but it was all worth it. My van runs like a top and I am very confident in their workmanship. My much older Toyota was treated well and so was I. Highly recommend!

Found a truck on their website that seemed like a good fit. Found out my mom didn't want a long bed so Rodney found a short bed truck that she could reserve. It was a straight forward process and Rodney was on top of it, no funny business. We drove a couple of hours to pick this truck up and it was totally worth it. If I buy a Toyota I'd make the trip all over again.

Sales department was great, service department is meh, regularly could not get anyone on the phone. I would NOT recommend buying their lifetime oil plan if there is a possibility you need to cancel it. In the sales pitch they tell you you can cancel and get a pro-rated credit, but good luck. After moving out of state last year both my wife and I have left multiple messages for months and even sent in a letter of cancellation request. It's been crickets from them. Not sure if the dealer mechanical services is part of Lithia or not, but they are giving them a bad reputation.

We drove 2 hours South to the dealership. We were pleasantly surprised to see the vehicle in better condition then shown on website. Our sales associate Luis was excellent. We arrived at 2:30 and were driving off the lot and headed home at 4:00. If you want a fair, honest price and excellent customer service Lithia Toyota along with Luis have our vote.

Will was friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and didn't rush me at all, and was personable and gave me space to make decisions. Chris, the Sales Manager did his job very well, making sure I didn't go anywhere else. but nicely. Tony, in finance, was the third guy I dealt with while buying my car. He was quick, informative, and had a great sense of humor (go Navy!).

This was a big difference from another experience that I've had while buying a car in the past. These guys were fantastic, and I know I can count on them and Lithia in Springfield in the future.

Overall a great experience. Luis was very patient with me, explained very transparently the details on the car faxes and what they meant, and was not pushy at all. I also worked with Brian, and he too was very transparent and didn't once make me feel pressured to make a purchase decision. The finance manager Dennis was even more so transparent as he made it a point to tell me that he'd speak to me the same way even if my mother weren't with me to help. My sister has also purchased a car from here, and her experience was great as well. Thank you Lithia for the great experience!

Excellent service from the crew. I was able to be in an out for a routine oil and filter change in less than 30 minutes. Appreciate the prompt and professional service. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Lithia and see every reason to recommend to friends and family and of course when the need arises, to purchase with you again. Thank you!

Will was amazing! He was super patient and helpful. When I wasn't completely happy with the first set of numbers, he went back and got a better deal for me. Chris in financing worked so hard to get me better numbers, showed me my options and explained things I didn't understand. Love buying vehicles here. The team works super hard to give you a good deal and make sure you're happy!
