GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY! I went in to buy a new car and found a great Kia soul. Process was fast and found me a great car and good monthly payments despite my credit being slightly below 600 (but had to provide a 10% down payment of $1,300). Drove it off the lot and it stopped accelerating on the freeway. They towed it back, took 3 days to get the parts, and they gave me a rental car till it was fixed.

They seemed to care to make it right. Make sure you are fully covered. I received a rental car because I asked, make sure you do that if you ever have a problem. But our situation was rare as usually they don't have problems. Chris was our salesman and he is awesome.

Well five weeks and still counting for shop people to order correct parts so the can start fixing my truck bumper orderd wrong three times 36 hour total estimate for job to be finished if you like story time go to Lithia ford smoke blown right up your yep

Staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile. The atmosphere of the dealership is very comfortable and even the other clients waiting in the service department always seem relaxed. You can tell that this dealership definitely goes above and beyond to give you more of an "at home" feeling.

Really not impressed with their appointment process. It was an all around hassle as the app did not work nor did the website. It took a while to get a call back to finally get scheduled. When I went in no one really went over anything it was very short and cold experience. What I came in for and talked with the rep about was not fixed. I work with toyota dealership and have never had a bad experience. I just bought a car from ford here and this is my first appointment for the oil change since I paid for the lifetime oil changes. My mistake

I went to the Ford dealership to buy a Honda Civic. The Honda Civic had 94,000 miles and I want to get a warranty for it and they let me get 3rd party warranty for it. It made me really happy. Also, the dealership people were really nice and they work with me even though I only have a $700 deposit on a car. I would recommend this dealership to other people because They really try to make it right with a customer.

Like my car, the stereo speaker system was not working. So they set up an appointment for me to get it fixed. so this shows me that this dealer is trying to make it right with the people and not try to scan them out with a crummy car. Overall great staff and great people. Thank you for letting me buy a car from you guys.

I just purchased a new vehicle from Lithia Ford over the weekend. Since I stopped in the dealership for 3 days in a row before deciding I worked with a few different people. Originally I worked with Cliff who was extremely helpful and responsive to my many texts with questions. The final day I ended up working with Chris who is new to the area and really a sincerely nice guy.

In finance I worked with Paul who made the process painless, I didn't feel any pressure and he presented the information in a very transparent way. Best of all they had a great deal in my town and I got to spend money that impacts my community. Thanks guys!

Routine service works well but in my experience only if you call and talk to a real person. Scheduling online or leaving a message didn't work at all. Have had one problem with the car since new that still hasn't been fixed even after more than 10 attempts. I gave up out of frustration. I brought it up again yesterday and they asked me to schedule it again. We'll see if it can get fixed.
