Don't buy a car from them. The sales manager Patrick Osborn will blatantly lie to your face. They will promise you deals then fall entirely short of fulfilling their word. Takes years to get parts. Will constantly lie to you about rental cars availability. Gave my recall part away multiple times, then tried to blame it on me. Completely low ball on trade in value then jacks up the price over 300% Service is always terrible and rude.

Completely unpleasant and unprofessional to deal with. Just like Patrick Osborn they will lie to your face just because they don't want to put in work. For example. I asked for a rental car and told me there is none available for years two years to be precise I called enterprise Rent-A-Car with Patrick Osborne and they assured me that they have rental cars available the next day.

Not sure why they won't put in the effort to help people who are trying to buy a car or get their car serviced but I highly recommend going anywhere else. Kendall of Alaska is beyond professional, honest and courteous. Same with continental. Please save yourself the time and headache and shop for your new or used vehicle anywhere else. Sincerely, one highly disappointed customer.

I don't think I could have had a more pleasant and low-stress experience at a dealership. Daniel made price negotiation easy, Jared in finance didn't push too hard on warranties, and they took the time to sell all after closing. I've been to and worked in many dealerships and this one is the most customer oriented I've ever seen. They made my stressful car buying experience so much better.

After Kendall Toyota wasn't able to tell me straight when, if ever, I'd get a tacoma Lithia was there with vehicles in stock and excellent service. If I could, I'd buy my cars exclusively from them.

This review is specifically for the service department. Had an appointment scheduled 30 days in advance to replace my clockspring and passenger airbag, as per the recall. The day of my appointment, I dropped off the Jeep and was assured the work will be completed by the end of the day. A few hours later I got the call to pick up the vehicle, when I got there they told me the clockspring was never ordered so the work order wasn't done. Mistakes happen, but there was no attempt made to fix it. Zero accountability. No offer to expedite a new order or prioritize another appointment was made. Would not recommend servicing your vehicles here.

I had a very positive experience with the company. My car was stolen then recovered. There was too much damage so the insurance company totalled my car. I had a limited amount of money to work with. My dad do carfax and he found a car at lithia that met my needed. We met Daniel duke- Williams. He showed me the car. I didn't even have to test drive it.

I loved what I saw and it actually have everything I wanted in a car except for one thing but beggars can't be chosers. I absolutely love my car even though it's a used one. I will definitely shop there again if I'm ever in need of another car.

Lithia replaced the CD player in our Chrysler 300 after it had stopped working. My wife loves listening to CDs in her car so we got it replaced. They charged us $900. A bit expensive but we figured they are professionals that will give us the best service with the best equipment. That's when our troubles began. Soon our battery began draining and the car was unable to start.

We had the car towed back for diagnosis and Lithia held it for for over a month. They were unable to find the problem except to tell us that we needed a new battery. The battery had been replaced a few weeks prior and was brand new. Lithia then came back and told us that the radio was draining the battery and that the radio needed to be replaced. The radio that was connected to the CD player.

At this time they also informed us that our power steering pump mysteriously failed and that our transmission lines and casing were leaking fluid. None of these problems were evident before taking the car to Lithia. I'm willing to chalk these two incidents up to coincidence, but the fact that they were unable to find the problem with the battery drain after they worked on the CD player shook my confidence.

Also they charged us another $400 to replace the battery. Our case may be an outlier but I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone with car problems seek another shop to take their business to. I am a small business owner and I would never leave my customers with this bad of a taste in their mouths. TL'DR: Lithia ripped us off and returned our car to us in worse condition than when we brought it in.

Jared Holbrook at Lithia is amazing! If you are struggling to find a vehicle in this market you need to see him, Lithia Dodge also has a bigger range of vehicles than any of the dealerships we went to. We weren't sure we would walk out with a new vehicle Saturday and if we wouldn't have seen Jared I am not sure that we would have. He explained everything clearly, really worked with us on cost and I will definitely continue to go back and see him for any of my future purchases!

I have never had such huge problems with a service department. I've had to have multiple appointments for the same issues and have been lied to almost every time. I have been told my 4WD couldn't be fixed on a 2018 Jeep because my "tires are too big". It took me calling and getting upset to actually get it fixed, and that alone took 6 months. By the time it was finally fixed I had also had a door lock issue.

I was initially told the tech broke something else in the door while fixing it, so they needed to order parts. They never contacted me when the parts were in, then when I came to pick the vehicle up after "repair" they said there was actually nothing wrong with my door in the first place. Upon checking before we left the door was still broken and we were told "next time you have another issue bring it in and we'll fix the door at that time".

I was also told they fixed a nail in my tire at that appointment and just found out today that nail was not removed and the tire was not fixed like I was told it was. At this point it's been nothing but problems since I purchased my Jeep from them and I've been laughed at and lied to. I would not purchase another vehicle here.

They advertised paying top dollar for trades. But after speaking with my bank to figure out what my trade was worth and checking nada their offer was way too low. They did not seem interested in selling a new truck that day so it was disappointing.

Originally I left a pretty bad review because the car I bought had insane, dangerous electrical issues, but being that the dealership didn't see any of that in their inspection, they took the vehicle back and essentially forgave the loan. Cody and Zach took it upon themselves to help me through every step of this and helped me get a newer car that wasn't a death trap. Most dealerships would have probably told me "you bought it, your issue" but they rectified this entire ordeal and got me in a vehicle I don't fear driving.

Great experience buying our first vehicle, a 2019 Subaru Ascent with salesmen Michael Hiett n financial manger Jared Holbrook! Very polite n greeted at the door. We were taken care of quickly n professionally. The process took some time, but to be expected with any sale. After signing the papers and left the lot we had a phone call the next day from our salesman Michael Hiett following up to see how everything was going with our vehicle.

Very nice n kind of him to take the time to check up on us. A few days after buying the vehicle we had a dead battery one morning and got roadside assistance and got the vehicle started n brought to dealership at south Lithia dodge and right away they got the vehicle and fixed it. We waited like an hour n was back out on the road again. Everyone was courteous and professional with a few updates along the way. We recommend this dealership to our family n friends.
