We have been using Lido Auto Body for 15 years and have had many occasions to require their expert work. We have had everything from fallen trees and fender benders to full front-end work and sliding door repair. John and the team are courteous and friendly. They care about the service they provide and listen to your needs. All work has been hassle-free and never any issues dealing with insurance.

I am continually amazed at how they manage to restore our vehicles to perfect condition. While I hope not to need their help again any time soon, I'm glad there is a local shop like them around to help if another accident happens. Highly recommended!

This place provided an excellent service. A year ago i hit a deer with the front of the passenger side. I was driving slow but I live in an area where encounters with deer is business as usual. When I was in the car the impact did not seem as bad as when I got out and saw it from outside. A friend of mine recommended Lido's Auto Body. I was not sure but when I checked the reviews online gave me a good impression.

I called them up and the owner had my car towed to his place. They dealt directly with my insurance. The process was pretty smooth, I just showed up to pick up my car and pay for the deductible. My car looked like new (Nissan Rogue 2016). At the time, I was not sure about writing a review because I wanted to see if all the perfect from the outside it was as good as what it was under that.

Today I can assure that the fix was perfect!. I have not had any problem at all. I would go back to this place for the service if I ever needed. Thanks very much to the owner and staff. Very professional work!

Couldn't have asked for better service and craftsmanship. John at Lido is a true gentleman and professional. He is upfront and most of all honest. I first dealt with Lito auto body when the Honda dealership had them repaint a part of my minivan for a paint warranty problem. The were fast and super communicative about the process and the timeline. A year later again my Van had the same issue and went back to Lito. Again I found them a great company to deal with. So this week when I accidentally kissed one of those yellow parking Poles with the side of my minivan they were the 1st place I thought of going for help.

Thank you John and your professional team for the superb job replacing my broken mirror. When I found my mirror had been hit, I was so upset and knew it's not worth reporting to insurance. I didn't know where to go. Luckily, I found Lidos. I walked in without an appointment and John quickly dropped what he was doing to help me. He was able to locate a secondhand mirror which helped cut the cost.

After having a accident with my car I decided to bring it to Lido for a estimate. Right from the start John was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. John contacted my insurance company and set up the car rental for me. My car was ready on time, washed and looks absolutely fabulous! The repairs look amazing!
