Integrity and professionalism is everything! My elderly mother took her car for tire rotation a year ago to a local tire "kingdom" where she had bought her tires. They tried to tell my 90 year old mother she absolutely needed brakes immediately. She decided to bring it home and get my opinion It gave no indication it needed brakes so we waited. A year later she needed some other work done. I recommended Lex's. They took care of everything within the estimated price and within the time frame they had expected.They also looked at the brakes, measured the thickness, and told her she had twice the thickness of brake needed before changing the brakes. They could have sold us new brakes but did the right thing instead. Kingdom lost not only her brake business but our tire business. Lex's can be trusted to tell you the truth and to do it right!

Always had heard how honest Lex’s is. I had an electrical issue with my truck. They could have said I needed a new computer or alternator. Which would have cost hundreds of dollars. I wouldn’t have known better. Instead they replaced my key fob battery for $7. Problem solved. Many thanks. Highly recommend!

They did a great job in a timely manner. Charges are very reasonable. Advised of upcoming repairs that will be needed but no pressure to get repairs done that aren't immediately needed. Service: Air conditioning

I have never experienced this level of auto repair service before. Professionalism means a lot to these guys. I had an oil leak. I dropped off the truck, right there they told me it would be worked on the week after probably on Wednesday, so I drove by and my truck was up in the air on Wednesday. I got a call that the starter's bolt broke in the starter and I needed a new one, so I said okay, they didn't charge any extra labor for that.

I got my truck back, they recommended another repair should be done soon and they filled the tires up, so my truck felt awesome driving it home. I will double check it after a week of use to make sure it isn't leaking, but so far so good. I would recommend these guys.

They were great. They called several times to keep us up to date with what was happening with our car. They were honest and very friendly. Will definitely go back! Highly recommend.

From the very beginning they kept me informed as to what they were doing and what they planned on doing, all the while trying to determine the root cause of the problem. They could have done unnecessary work and not really solve the problem but they didn't. Being new to the area I have found my new car mechanic.

I went into my experience with Lex's with a dumb girl explanation about what was wrong with my car. They listened to me! They figured out my problem and fixed the car. Now, I have the smoothest ride! So sweet! Wow! What a difference it is to have an understanding and compassionate automotive shop! They took the time to explain everything. I plan on being a regular customer, even though they assured me they can't fix crazy!

This business needs to get on the same page with AAA who recommended them when my car needed towing and I was told I would get a 20% discount, not true on the complete bill. Also $268 for a coolant recovery tank and $45.00 to remove the old one seems extremely high when I could purchase same coolant recovery tank online for $138.00. Not happy with the value I received for money spent. That being said I was happy with the work they did.

I had my brakes done. Pads and rotors and they are great now. No noises and very smooth. I have used Lex's a few times and being new to the area, It has been great experiences all around. I highly recommend them Service: Brakes

I was very glad to find this shop off of 301 in Palmetto. Toyota told me I needed brakes and tires and other things for my 2019 RAV4. Lex's checked out my vehicle and let me know the brakes and car were good, I only needed tires. They ordered the tires I wanted and I was given a fair price for new tires and my vehicle was ready the same day they arrived. It's worth the 30 mile drive from my house to do honest business. If I need work in the future I'll go to Lex's.

Amazing service, I broke down on Friday and barely got it towed to the shop before closing time. Neal let me know that the tow driver was on his way and he would wait for me to make sure my Jeep was inside all weekend. Sure enough I got a text at 10 am on Monday saying they found the problem and it was ready to be picked up. Simple fix to a problem that someone else created. I don't hope for future problems, but if they happen I know who I'm gonna call. Thanks again Neal y'all are awesome!

I have a 2007 Range Rover and it is not the easiest to service or have work done on. This was the best service experience ever! Not only did they keep me informed of my vehicle status, they took detailed pics of the performed service. This is the way to run a business. The absolute best automotive repair experience and I have owned hundreds of cars (private and business).

Very disappointed. Just needed a wheel bearing pressed on. They showed no interest in my need but only said we don't have time. I asked the price and they just I don't know. Not recommended.

Extremely professional, thorough, and fairly priced. No need to take your car to a dealer.
