Leslie Car Wash

Job was not thorough. Rearview mirror, dashboard, cup holders, sub par vaccum job, no attention to details. And again, you could say "clean it yourself!" But i paid Leslie on a day/time when it was not busy at all. To miss so many things, I simply kept driving down Roosevelt until I found someone else to actually clean my car. Exterior clean was ok. Interior was a poor job.and that's where drivers live (inside their vehicles).

For that reason, I will not be back. 2 stars. I will not post pics because my pics get 100k+ views and I do not want to lambast your biz like that. You never know who your clients are-never judge a book/car by its cover.

I just finished a road trip and had dead bugs all over my windshield. I went to Leslie bc it's close and convenient. I paid $30 for my minivan. They did not do a thorough job. Still had some bugs on my windshield when they were done. Also, their service doesn't include wiping down the inside door holders. I'd rather go somewhere else and pay a bit more for better service

They ok they just don't do everything you ask or pay for. sometimes its a challenge.

The TEAM at Leslie's Car Wash took EXCELLENT care and detail on my '72 Chevelle. They ALL did a FANTASTIC job and work their tails off. Forget self washing. Leslie's does it WAY WAY BETTER! Tell them Dan sent you. They will go above and beyond.

Leslie's car wash goes above and beyond to make your car shine like it came off the lot. The hand drying done by the staff is the absolute best part of this car wash. Bring your vehicle here for the TLC it deserves. Don't forget to tip the person hand drying your vehicle, they deserve it!

Critical: Quality, Value This place sucks plan and simple. I paid $30 because it's $5 extra to have the floor Mats cleaned, but they absolutely do the least amount of work possible the inside was left in almost the same condition it started as. Budget-Truck Related: they did a bait and switch on me. I scheduled a one-way truck rental and they had me sign a contract for local. Now I have to deal with returning the truck to somewhere I will no longer live anywhere near by. Great business model Leslie, next time you have another company's rental come through, the least you can do is give that customer a call to explain why you can't honor the agreement and give them time to find an alternate solution.

You had 6 days to do so. I'd give zero stars if Google would let me. Your selfishness and lack of customer consideration has a ripple effect on more than your next business deal.

I got the full service wash. It was good, but our full service in Des Moines, Iowa makes sure they get the dried bugs off the front of the car and that the Inside of the windshield is done excellently. The inner windshield gets a slimy film on it that's hard to get off. I told the man I needed it done well (I'm old and fat!) as I couldn't reach it.

He said he had so I gave him a $10.00 tip, but as soon as I swung around to drive into the sun. smearing all over the windshield. So, I'm going to make every effort to Only drive with the Sun at my Back!

I have been a loyal customer for 18 years and today, despite being very busy 11:15 AM, the team was extraordinary. I did my usual Ultimate clean. The attention to detail was on steroids today. The vacuuming, cleaning the inside, and drying the exterior was like getting a mini detail because every nook and cranny was cleaned. Thanks for the continued quality non-chain business.

This place is terrible. We keep our car clean in between washes so it's not like we are expecting too much. The employees are lazy and the car is still dirty in/out after they are finished. I've had to come home and dust and wipe down the interior myself after paying them to do it. You'd think for close to $25 plus tip they would at least do a halfway decent job. They are centrally located and get a lot of business so I guess they figure they can hire people who don't really care and still rake in the money.

I am a current monthly unlimited customer of this carwash. The price for unlimited washes is very reasonable, the only issue is that the quality of the wash varies with each visit. The vacuuming and wash itself have always been reliably good, the issue comes after the wash. Depending on which staff member services your car after it comes out of the carwash, the quality of the wash increases or decreases.

Some staff members do an outstanding job of drying the vehicle, cleaning the windows, etc. Others simply do not do as well of a job and sometimes you will find the vehicle still wet or the windows not wiped down at all. As a customer who pays a monthly subscription fee this business is just average in my mind. It could be greatly improved by increasing the standard for what cars should look like before they are given back to a customer. There are many professional, hard working staff members so I am hopeful that this standard will improve. I will update this review if and when I see any changes.

Give this place a second chance. I normally go to Wheaton car because I think they do a better job. So I gave them a chance yesterday 2/12/2018. Paid 19.99 plus tips. Inside of my car was not done. Windows where half done paid for inside wipe down didn't get that the man that got my car after washing spent maybe 2 minutes on the inside and outside of my car. Went back for a rewash today.

That I was not changed for a little better but still not Great. I will Never return. Going back to Wheat car wash. You get what you pay for. Leslie is just wiping down your car moving on to the next for the tips.

Love the customer service I've receive from the staff here. Samie at the Desk is always very polite and helpful. I highly recommended this over a gas station car wash. The quality of service out shines the local competition every time. Spoiler alert the guys do a great job with the hand dry at the end!

It's very inconsistent. The tires on the left side were treated but not the right side. The windshield was wiped clean on the left side but not the right. So the person on the right was either not trained or just lazy. I will be checking before I give a tip I'm the future. And I tip good.
