Fantastic experience. Quality product. Dedicated to ensure we were satisfied. Lots of paperwork completed in advance to make the purchase day easy. Shout out to Sarah for working hard for us! Happy with our No Bo!

Our overall experience with Leo's Vacation Center was very good. They had exactly the camper we wanted at a great price. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and willing to help us an first time camper buyers. There were some communication problems between Leo's and the Credit Union through whom we financed the purchase, and lapses in communication in keeping us informed of those issues. In the end, the issues were resolved and we did drive away with our camper firmly in tow! I will return to Leo's for parts, service, advice, and any future camper needs.

We were recommended to Leo's from a friend and could not have been happier. Jake helped us out with choosing a bunkhouse type unit and was very helpful in picking the final model. Then when it came time to pick it up, they went through a very detailed instruction/orientation with the unit, that made everything easier to understand.

I want to say thank you to the dedicated staff at Leo's for making everything from purchase to the out the door experience seamless. Gabe was in constant contact from the beginning and was able to take care of the numerous additions i made to my RV. Will was great at explaining all the details about our Rv and didn't mind the 101 questions we threw at him during our walk thru. Marlene did a fantastic job explaining the policies and the benefits of some of the other things they offered. Justin in the parts department was very helpful in us with items we wanted to purchase and explained why a surge protector was a good idea. i also want to thank Racheal at the service department for helping me with a issue with my screen door on the RV. it worked and i didn't need to bring my RV back to the service department. i would recommend anyone looking to purchase a RV to go see the people at Leo's.

Two things, first we were in the market for an RV, and while shopping came upon Leo's. 1. Their customer service is fantastic! 2. Their selection is amazing. 3. They are honest and trustworthy. We put a deposit on an RV and ordered it. It is not Leo's fault that in the end, the company we bought from was very slow in delivering the RV. More than two months late in the end.

We decided to cancel the purchase. I have to say we were a little nervous as we put a large deposit down. But 4 days later that deposit was returned. What a great place to work with!

Service guys were great. Worked with Dj and the owner, Greg, and they were honest and helpful. I had a bad experience with another dealer, and they turned my weekend around. I made a deposit and purchase agreement, and finishing up everything this Wednesday towards processing and pickup.

Upon searching for an RV, I found that Leo's had exactly what I was searching for. They offered me a great price for my trade-in and the financing process was quick and easy. Daniel and Darren were wonderful to work with and John took the time to walk me through my new RV instructing me on how to utilize everything. He also answered all my questions. I highly recommend Leo's to anyone in the market for a new or used RV.

My wife and I were looking for a small RV camper with just the basics to pull behind our Jeep four-door. We located what we were looking for at Leo's vacation center incorporated. Once we arrived it was a very pleasant atmosphere and the gentleman showed us exactly what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to look at something bigger or something that we didn't want.

We made our purchase and any discrepancies from the factory were corrected by the personnel at Leo's vacation center. In my opinion the folks there went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. I would gladly recommend them in the future to any of my friends and family. Thanks again.

Bought a trailer in 2021, with the usual 2021 defects that it seems everyone has been experiencing. Contacted Leo's to schedule appointment for warranty repairs. Can understand there is a worker shortage, and all - but service department leaves a bit to be desired. Acted as if it was a favor to get me in. Sales was okay, basic sales as I handled my own title and tags. Folks doing the walk-through were actually quite good, and I appreciated it, so that is what earned the three stars.

Smoothest experience ever! Dana was spot-on and very accommodating in our search for the perfect RV. Most impressive, we were looking to buy used and he found us exactly what we wanted. Then, the entire team at Leo's rallied to create a seemless transaction, from financing to inspection/repairs, necessities in the shop RIGHT outside the 'closing' office, and peace of mind with a 30-day guarantee and extended protection options as we prepared to roll out. Having had bad experiences in the past, I was very critical and meticulous in checking all of the systems and structures.

We just took her for a 4 day test, and I couldn't be more pleased. Leo's matched me with my dream RV - better than I had hoped for going in - and kept the entire process simple, comfortable, and satisfying. If you're looking for a new [or used; ] rig, don't waste your time anywhere else. Go straight to Leo's Vacation Center!

We drove more than an hour and a half to see a travel trailer that my husband had seen three weeks prior. I get that the RV business is booming right now, but seriously it was like they wanted me to beg them to take my money! We were barely greeted when we arrived and they seemed wholly uninterested in showing us anything! It was the worst customer service experience we've had in MD thus far.

And their lifetime warranty means nothing, because believe me if their service is this had on the sales side, I shutter to think what a service experience would be like. We had cash in the bank from the sale of our old travel trailer and were ready to buy, but they couldn't be bothered. So we looked ourselves (saw one trailer) and left. I'd would not recommend them to anyone! Update: Left Leo's and drove to Camping World in Manassas. They were SOOOOO much better and we ended up purchasing the same trailer we saw at Leo's the same day. Sucks for them, great for us!

Don't bother buying here if you plan on getting it serviced or repaired here. They will sell you one quickly but repairs or service are a no go. The Forever Warranty they advertise requires a yearly inspection that they can ever seem to do. Just for fun, try calling the service department and see how many "weeks" it takes for them to return your call.

Leo's Vacation Center is a great place for the sale, but once the sale is completed, the experience changes. Service is terrible, called in Sep, earliest appoint in Jan. Took the RV in in Jan for service and warranty repairs, had to vehemently complain to get vehicle back for June trip and all work not completed. Vehicle batteries had been allowed to drain completely over the winter.

Some good service technicians but the service facility is set up for failure, too small for the business they do. Takes at least 4 months to get an appoint if you are lucky. Had one tech tell me the problem I was having with A/C units was impossible. Found they had taken the thermostat control units out of the new RV, apparently to troubleshoot a used RV, and didn't bother to put the new units back, but put the used units in the new RV and didn't bother to configure the jumpers properly.

I found the problem and corrected it. They were uninterested when I showed them the dirty units and refused to replace them. Problems were not corrected after the first service and it takes multiple months to get the service rescheduled. I will not be going back for follow on service or future sales.

Do Not Buy from Leo's! They sold us a brand new travel trailer this past July and it's been a nightmare. They sold us bc of the lifetime warranty but their service dept is unresponsive and overrun with repairs it's almost impossible to get an appt. If you just purchased they'll fit you in once to appease you and next time you'll wait months!

They claim issues are fixed that were not and I've had to bring it back 4 times for a shower leak that they just couldn't find. I ran the shower for slightly over a min and had a giant leak. They just don't care and now they won't even return my phone calls. So much for the "warranty"!

Leo's was very nice while we purchased the RV. After the sale they agreed to water proof the roof which they did not. Not that big of a deal. I took care of it. 6 months later I am still waiting on my title and registration. When I call they again are nice then pass me off on to someone else or tell me it's in process. It's been six months and now they says they don't know where my paperwork is. Very frustrating. The bottom line is they talk a good game, but frankly just don't really care.

They told my son that their camper would be ready in roughly 3 weeks. It's been 5 weeks and they havnt even ordered the parts for our appt that we scheduled a yr in advance. Very rude girl that answers the phone. My daughter Inlaw got hung up on.

Bought a new camper last year, and had some issues with it that should've been covered under warranty. Made an appointment to winterize the camper, and told them about the issues. When the camper was taken in to winterize and repair, they said they only had time to winterize. They said they didn't have storage space for the under 20' camper to stay during the winter for the repairs. Took it back for the warranty forever inspection with the growing list of complaints, and they said it'd take about 2 months to address the issues.

They won't allow the camper to be picked up and used during the season while they wait for parts to come in after looking at it to diagnose the complaint list. So the camper has to be out of commission for warranty repairs that could've been done during the winter. They said they could do the repairs this December when the camper is winterized again.

There is no excuse for having to wait months for an appointment, then months for the unit to be serviced, and have warranty issues ongoing for a year! They only want to sell units and do quick easy work like winterizing and summerizing units, and don't want to be bothered with anything beyond that.

My wife and I have been RVers for nearly twenty years and find it is best suited for our get-a-ways for local and cross county. We ordered a premium Thor Magnitude motor coach and recently took delivery. I went into this deal a little apprehensive because my past car buying experiences that can take the better part of day with add on pressures. I am very pleased with our experience at Leo's Vacation Center.

We arrived on schedule shortly before 11 AM and we were leaving at a quarter after one including a review of how to use the RV. Each of Leo's team members did their part. We knew exactly what we wanted. So, I recommend doing your research in advance and then working with Leo's team via email and phone. Leo's Vacation Center has all the tools in place to make purchasing an RV quick and easy.

And the folks are very customer service oriented. We took delivery during the cicada invasion. If I had to bring up a down side, it was the cicada bugs. This means, when we arrived at home, our new RV needed a serious bug cleaning. We are still falling in love with our new RV.

Leos was our first experience of many looking at motorhomes, was expecting maybe pushy fast talking salesman but everyone i met was very helpful, friendly and informative. Phil (salesman) was about as nice of a guy as you could find. Ultimately found a great deal on the internet but I would absolutely go back next time!

Shaking my head at what just happened. I'm not sure where to start but I should have picked up on it with my original phone call with Phil. Nobody likes a pushy salesman, but, you know what's worse? A salesman who appears to have little or no interest in getting your business. Web to to look at a used RV. Asked about water damage, he said he hadn't seen any.

Really Phil? You're the expert and this is the first RV I've looked at and I found the water damage. Maybe these things are selling themselves during the pandemic, but, one day they they won't be flying off the shelves. I could have gotten past the water damage, but, you gave me no confidence in your ability as a company to take care of it.

Talk about unhelpful. And, when I asked about test driving, you tell me "you can't test drive until we talk numbers". Ummm.you think I'm going to talk numbers before I drive this thing around the block? You are out of your mind. I was ready to buy an RV today Phil. If I could give you zero stars I would. Heading into the next place that wants my money. Stay safe (wearing your mask around customers would help).

Leo's vacation, lost my business. Where is the negative star option. If you don't want customers in your establishment, close your business! Front desk receptionist, clearly not in the mode for customers. I get the this pandemic causing panic. common decency, respect & human kindness is universal. Thank you kindly, for nothing.

I called the Gambrills location to inquire about getting the Maryland state inspection for my camping trailer. I was told by the Service Department that they were preparing for a local trade show and could not schedule the appointment until the middle of April. A simple show knocks their Service Department offline for two and a half months. Someone else will get my business.

Do not buy from here! My husband I bought a Starcraft Expandable. The front cap has a crack and the tents have pin holes in it! They have been trying to get the front cap for over a year! No communication with customers! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! The blame game! Run if you before you buy here!

I bought my RV from Leo's, but wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. The people that work there are great but they lack the repair facilities to even come close to the amount of repairs for the RV's they sell. This is clearly the owners fault, they have not invested in the buildings or staff needed to service the RV's they sell.

The owners have set up their service employees for failure and that's sad for both the customers and employees. It's called service after the sale and it's lacking.

Customer Service is #1, Professionalism #1, prices are out of this world and the warranty they offer is better than my cars! I can't wait to purchase here, the customer service is amazing and that alone is a + for us!

Worst RV dealership to include Holiday World and previous Craigslist rv experience. We specified and paid to hold the unit and were in contact daily with a great salesperson Philip Tucker "Phil". The unit was a 2011 Open Range 340 with a patio option. A very rare unit within the travel trailer series. The issue was that we traveled from Houston, Texas to Gambrills, Maryland.

A long trip to say the least. We arrived at the rv dealership March 16, 2017 at 2am to complete the walk through scheduled at 3pm. The unit was in disrepair that the owner/manager "Bob" sent it for auction right then and there to escape any possible liabilities when we brought up its true condition. As any RVer that has ever camp or been in a recreational vehicle, the most crucial feature in one is the structural integrity and true condition of its components.

The stock and inventory of this dealership is plague with water damage and rust. The whole time, the manager Bob did not address the issue, apologize or spoke with us. We even decided to get any other unit that had our requests features/amenities. We filtered down to two rvs so our trip would not be in vain. They informed us that they won't be able to sell us either of them given that they won't be able to prep the unit in time and we will have to wait Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and then final Tuesday evening.

It is unacceptable in every aspect. We had to commute 23 hrs back without a single apologize from Bob for the complete waste of our time. Be extremely weary on purchasing a unit from this dealership. Management does not stand by their employee' actions or products.
