My daughters car broke down while at college. Not only were they helpful, they took the car right away. They explained the issue and it was fixed in no time! Being a parent who isn't there to help their kid isn't easy but Leonard's certainly eased that! Highly recommended.

Went in because my car was making a noise when turning on. The man said it was an air filter duct that was worn out. So i had him replace it, charged me $300. Being a women im sure he knew i didnt know it was not that expensive, completely over charged me. Also the next day the car was making the same noise. Talked to a friend, and took the car in he told me it was definitely on the muffler. Brought it to Precision and they actually said it was a the gasket, they fixed it and no more noise.

He basically didn't care about helping and also over charged me. Answer to owner: yes I said a noise, ur the mechanic your supposed to find out whats the noise and try to fix it. The squealing was still there after so you didnt fix the issue and still over charged me. You basically made the engine light turn off and charged me $300.

The absolute worse mechanic I've been to. Replaced my serpentine belt due to minor squeaking. Belt completely came off after driving for a few minutes. He "fixed" his mistake after trying to say it was another issue. Once he "fixed" it he apologized for any inconvenience. Now 5 days later the belt is slipping off again. And again, he is blaming it on something else being wrong with my vehicle when I've never had any other issues with it until he touched it. Don't waste your money here.

I called them to see if they could fix my boyfriend's car and he asked what kind of car it was and I told him it was a 2005 SAAB 9-5 and he said "nope won't touch it" and hung up. Very rude.

The light came on in my carb that said service engine soon. At Leonard's it was determined my car needed a caliper. I was able to bring my car in the next day and leave it for the day to be fixed. There was no long wait time for an appointment. Service: Brakes

Always a 5. My car has 250,000, but Leonard makes it run like new. The best mechanic in town at very reasonable prices.

I recently moved into the area from Chicopee. I had an emergency brake problem with my car and my normal mechanic told me I shouldn't drive it at all. I called other garages within 2 miles of my new location and Leonard's was the first to respond to my problem. I had same day service within 5 min of calling for help! Not only did Leonard's repair my brakes but also calmed my nerves about the situation of my vehicle. I totally recommend this auto repair service center and I'm looking forward to becoming a repeat customer!

Went there for a fuel pump, guy writes me a reciept that has a 30 DAY WARRANTY FOR THE PUMP, although suspicious I give him the benefit of the doubt, 3 weeks later it failed again, I go get it done RIGHT, mechanic goes "wow he just rigged the old one to work for a few smh" for 500$,I call him and he hangs up on me, REMEBER ME?Probably does.

I needed a new left rear tire, AAA recommended Leonard's and I had my car towed. I spoke with Len who advised me he would gave to order a tire. He called me a short time later to let me know he couldn't get the same brand and asked if I was ok with a similar tire. This impressed me and I had had my car back within the time-frame he quoted. I was so happy with the service, I had the other rear tire replaced. I highly recommend Leonard's.

Great experience. I was in Springfield from out of state and had car issues. Picked Leonard's due to the reviews on Google and AAA. They were able to get me right in that morning and had me back up and running and on my way later that afternoon. Very knowledgable, pleasant to deal with and very reasonable. Knowing my situation they could have gouged me but didn't by any means. Can't say enough about my experience. Thank you!

I took my car to Leonard's because my check engine light was on for an emissions issue. I expected them to charge me up to a few hundred dollars to correct the problem. Instead they charged me nothing and educated me, in that, if your car is old enough, you will pass a MA safety inspection even if your check engine light has a code for emissions. They are very honest and helpful and I highly recommend them.

Everything you want a mechanic to be: friendly, honest, reliable, and fast. Just overall trustworthy shop. I definitely won't go anywhere else again!

Well-trained, honest technicians, with fast service and fair prices. My 14 year old Honda Accord suddenly wouldn't shift into gear, so I had to have it towed here. Len quickly diagnosed the problem and had my car fixed and back on the road within 3 hours at a very reasonable price. They've been in business 80+ years for a good reason. This is absolutely the BEST auto repair shop in Springfield!
