They replaced the side window on the work van once they finally found the right one for a 2001 express van with the flip open window. Seems to be installed fine with no issues, just hard to find for a older van now.

I can't put into words how wonderful the people are here. I am going to keep this short and brief. The repairs came out perfect and they were up front about all the repairs and updates. There ended up being some things that needed to be settled and these people were there to make everything right. Even when I got upset and angry and rude they still wanted to do what was right for me.

The worst part is it was all my mistake that I was getting aggravated about. If you want customer service, this is the auto shop for you. I don't know any other place that would treat me with respect after getting upset about my own mistake and I am not ashamed to say I was more than rude. I'm glad this is the auto shop I chose and I truly don't think I would have been treated any better than lents auto body. They care and listen and that's not something you get everywhere. This sounds like a weird review but trust the five stars. This place is worth it.

I am very impressed by how well my car was taken care of. They sent us updates throughout the process and even detailed my car inside and out when it was done. We could know be more impressed on how our car turned out after Lents fixed it. $5,000 worth of damage to the rear of our car, and it looks brand new! They did NOT use refurbished parts, they put brand new everything! We would NOT ever take our car or future cars, to anyone but Lents. I went here 5 years ago and just remembered how amazing the service was. I wish I could recommend them to everyone I know all over the country. My car got hit by another person and their insurance company tried to mail me a $700 check to forget cover the damages that they had "assessed". Lent's assessed the damage and got a real quote, started repairs immediately, took me to a nearby car rental agency that was covered by my insurance, and handled everything else from there. I eventually got my car back in pristine condition, and had none of the financial stuff to worry about. I would recommend Lent's to anyone needing repairs.

I took my older 93 Ford Explorer in with the passenger window stuck in the fully down position, the staff quickly assessed the problem and went to work helping me get it back up. Not only did they take the time to help me but they found the window motor was just bound up and were able to free it, lubricate it and send me on my way. In addition, they didn't charge me for the time they spent which amounted to about a half hour.

I felt very pleased that they were able to solve my problem, were very professional. Their shop rates are very reasonable and they made a future customer out of me should I need repair in the future. A real class act!

It's been delay after delay, and they won't even diagnose mechanical issues that happen to your car from being rear ended. I feel very cheated and ripped off and wish I would of never taken my car here. this place will not put your car back to pree loss condition. it simply won't. unless u want to pay out of pocket for something that happened to your car in the accident and the other ins accepted full liability. but this place won't fix your car properly. period. very upset. never go here.

I just had some work done on my Honda Accord and I have to say the team at Lents really took care of me. They provided a quote but also explained to me what my options were so I could decide how much money I wanted to invest in the repair. Yes, I could've spent a lot more money and just replace every damaged part, but Jim walked me through ways to save and still end up with a vast improvement.

They were very friendly, helpful, got the work done on time and gave me a ride home after drop off. I would highly recommend Lents to anyone needing repairs. They are honest, professional, and friendly. The kind of people you want to do business with.

Lents Body Shop is the best! A recycling truck bumped into the bumper of my parked car causing a fair amount of damage. I took the car to Lents and now it looks like new. Jim is extremely knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. And the support staff couldn't be more helpful. They dealt directly with the insurance company handling the claim and made all the arrangements for me to have a rental car while the repairs were being done. I hope I won't be needing car body repairs again, but if I do I'll definitely be going back to Lents!

Last year I installed new headlights and had to remove the grill to replace them and 2 of the 4 bolts that hold the grill were missing. The grill was removed to repair/replace the front bumper cover on my car.

We needed to have our wheelchair accessible van repaired following a driveway accident caused by a relative. We decided to pay for the repairs ourselves and took the van to Lent's based on a recommendation from Allstate. Because our van has specialty parts on the doors, Jim had to locate the parts back east. Once they arrived and he checked that they were the correct parts and I took our van in to the shop.

I was updated on the progress and today I picked it up. Lent's provided me with a ride from the shop to home and back to pick up the van. Everyone at the office and my ride driver were great - friendly, honest and professional. The total cost was less than the estimate because the parts and freight were less. Rather than charging us the full amount of the estimate, like so many businesses would have done, I was charged the same amount that Lent's paid, $50+ less.

Our van was spotless, cleaned and waxed inside, repairs well done and ready to go. Without doubt, this was the best experience I have ever had with any type of car repair or maintenance. Obviously, I highly recommend Lent's Auto Body!

These people are a joke. They work with insurance companies to provide the cheapest estimate possible. After someone hit my vehicle while stopped at a stop sign and smashed in the front end, I took it to Lent's for an estimate. Their estimate was about $1617. A second opinion at a well respected, well established body shop provided a detailed estimate for the REAL damages.

About $4700.00. There were several items Lent's left off their estimate including the whole FRONT END BUMPER that was destroyed. They don't care about you OR fixing your vehicle properly. If you love your car, don't take it anywhere near this place.

Huge THANK YOU to Lents Body Shop for all of the work you put into my car. James was incredibly helpful with the insurance claim process, setting me up with a rental and daily progress updates of the repairs. My 2016 Subaru crosstrek slid on ice causing it to crash into a guard rail. I was shook up by the accident but the staff at Lent's Body Shop was able to put me at ease.

Their empathy, efficiency and communication was the best I have experienced from a body shop! I will recommend them to anyone in need. My car is once again in perfect condition. Thank you again!

Getting into a car accident is guaranteed to be an awful experience. Lents and their staff really advocate for you. They go out of their way to keep you updated through the process. I can't say enough about Laurel. She is so kind and empathetic, but more than that, she fought my insurance company to guarentee I got the correct parts. She communicated with me the entire time.

I never had to check in with Lents on the status of my car, because they updated me. I hope I never get into another accident, but if I did I would only trust Lentz to repair my vehicle. Oh and they returned my car in pristine condition. I highly recommend anyone, even if you don't live in the area to take your car to Lents Auto Body.

Just picked up my car and couldn't be happier with the results! My car needed a minor aesthetic update and rather than turning down the job like the other body shops, they were able to work me in within 24 hours at a reasonable price. Exceptional customer service throughout the process and even gave me a ride home after dropping off my car in the morning. Shoutout to James who took care of me during the process!

I got hit for the 4th time in my Prius and the first three times after having the bodywork done at other shops I could always see some flaws in the work. I was very impressed with the quality of the work done by Lents, and I liked how well they stayed in touch with me regarding the progress of the work. Thanks Dawn and the team at Lents!

I want to reiterate what I saw in the other reviews, from the first initial contact I had with the front desk- she was great and very helpful. They did a fantastic job on my car. I was rear ended and my car looks newer than it did when I first got it and it's a brand new car! They even did a complimentary detail and now the interior looks brand new, and again.it's a brand new car. I'm so happy with everyone there and what they did. I definitely recommend this shop- my standards are high and they exceeded them! Great job everyone :

Very happy After the third time getting rear ended we took our 2014 Escape to Lents. Jim Mccoy took great care of our vehicle and corrected many mistakes that were made from previous repair shops. I would recommend this shop to anybody. I have previously sent a friend to him on her 2016 Mazda 3 and the work was incredible on that vehicle also. Thanks Jim & Dawn.

A few days short of a full month to fix $2000 in damages. This was after giving them a month to order parts before I dropped it off. Excuses were tossed around more than a hot potato. As a business owner in nearly the same type of work, I would be embarrassed and hold my team accountable (which never happened). The work itself was similar to the service.striving for mediocrity. Too competitive of a business to settle for this one. Keep shopping.

I had the best experience here, Corey provided the best customer service I've had in a very long time at any business. I brought my 4Runner in and had it back in less time than expected, and it was detailed inside and out. I'll use this place if I ever have to again, and I will refer my friends. Thanks guys!

We got 5+ star service from this place. A big shout out goes to Dylan. He made a very stressful situation less-so. From start to finish, he communicated with us at every step of the way. When our truck started to make some strange noise coming from under the hood a few weeks after our repair, we took it in and it was fixed immediately. After we noticed yet another noise, we took it in and Dylan took care of it right away--Apologized for the inconvenience and even drove it to our home after the work was finished. I am hoping no more problems, but if there are, we know they will help us out.

We had some work done on our MINI countryman. This was a really great experience and I was compelled to want to share. Dawn, Dylan and staff are phenomenal. Very friendly, helpful, informative and accomdating. I was initially worried because I'm very protective of my MINI. Your first impression, the building and office, is not your stereotypical dirty, greasy body shop. It's clean, the staff is dressed professionally and really welcoming.

The same can't be said for the import shop Portland MINI referred me to. The location is convenient and Hertz is just around the corner for a rental. The work itself? Just as you'd expect. You'd had no idea that there was any damage to your car. Just like new. The communication was fantastic, I got updates the entire time my car was with them. Integrity- when we picked up our car initially, Dylan noticed there was an issue with some paint that we didn't notice.

We were able to bring back the car at our convenience and they took car of it and provided us a rental. While I hope I won't need any repairs to my car again, I'm most definitely returning to Lents Bodyshop if I do.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I just got my 2016 Jeep back after having body work done and for endless reasons, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! First of all, Corey is personable, comforting, energetic, nice, and very knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, brought a tech out to check out the Jeep and made us feel SO comfortable and very well educated.

The tech guys were absolutely fantastic! My car looks brand new inside and out! Yes, they cleaned the car, too! I couldn't be happier and I'm positive I'll return when I need additional work done in the future. I did tons of research before choosing Lents. Lents offers a Lifetime Warranty for as long as I own the car as well! The tech's are magicians and Corey is equally professional and personable. Again, I couldn't be happier with the end result and the price!

I stopped in for a professional opinion regarding repairs completed by a different body shop. Both the owner and another employee greeted me. I explained my situation, and right off the back they understood I was looking for an independent opinion, and not necessary an estimate for work (e.g. they probably wouldn't make any money off me). Without hesitation the two of them took the time to look at my vehicle, almost a half-hour's time total.

They never tried to sell me anything, and they were refreshingly candid: explaining nuances of automotive painting, pointing out concerns, and recommending I return to the original shop for corrective work (under that shop's workmanship warranty). I wish I had taken the time to get a bid from Lents originally. Thanks so much for your time.

Took my brand new car with only 9000 miles, because of damage caused by another driver turning left and scraped the left back quarter panel down to the plastic. They did the work, but there were issues with the repairs they did. They took it back in and completely did it to my liking, but it should of been done that way the first time.
