We have been located in Seattle since 1979. Lee's Automotive is located at 13281 Aurora Ave N, in Seattle next to Office Depot.
Call Insurance Company to report the accident and let them know your car is at LEE'S AUTOMOTIVE. Get Claim Number from the insurance company to whom you are submitting a claim and let them know your car is with LEE'S AUTOMOTIVE. Once we receive the claim number we will handle the rest with the insurance company and keep you informed.

I just can't say enough great things about this company! I scraped my car very badly and was dreading the whole repair process. (Sure enough, I'd taken it to another auto body shop first and was told that "insurance would never cover this, " that they couldn't even start work on it for a month, and that it might take TWO months for it to be repaired).

I was very lucky to have Geico insurance because they accepted my claim online and immediately connected me to Lee's Automotive. Imagine how shocked I was when Lee's gave me an appointment that very week AND had a rental car waiting for me. They gave me an accurate estimate of 2-3 weeks for the repair and kept me updated every 10 days or so.

Front office staff Brenda and Sophia were incredibly sweet and friendly and all of my questions were answered quickly. My car now looks brand new! Oh, another thing: when I dropped off my car, the inside was a filthy mess due to muddy, shedding, huge Labs. Guess what? When I picked up the car I saw that it had been vacuumed and wiped down! I really couldn't believe it. Although I'm hoping I'll never need a body shop again, I would go back to Lee's Automotive in a heartbeat. They're spectacular.

I'll give it four stars for now and I'll change it to 5 stars depending on the write-up on the estimate I went in for today for the accident I was in the other day. I believe it was Quincy was her name who did the estimate and took all the pictures this morning she was very helpful and very nice with a professional business attitude. My car was hit while parked at Safeway. My drivers side front end was damaged. After only 6 days my car was repaired and ready for pick up. I will DEFINITELY be returning for any fUture issues. EXCELLENT WORK! Service: Body & Trim

Just not a very good place to take your car. Was told many excuses of to why they had not finished and also took almost 4x the estimation date received from when brought in originally. Updates are horrendous, you only get information on your car's fixing when you decide you phone them yourself or show up. Better off going to Caliber or CarStar if you ask me!

Recommended by my insurance company. Read the reviews. Definitely deserves its 5 star rating. Communication thorough on repairs and estimated completion date. All the lines and grooves on the car matched perfectly. Impressive! Reasonable and professional. I Highly recommend and will use them if need be in the future.

This shop is thorough and great to work with. Sophia is a peach to talk to, listens to what you're saying and has a great sense of humor! I took my truck here for an insurance claim and I would definitely take any vehicle here in the future. They also washed my truck and vacuumed. I have two dogs that plastered windows with nose drool and there is no evidence of the pups now, almost like a full detail! Love love love!

Had my bumper replaced through insurance. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service and my car looks perfect. They kept me updated, plus cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I would highly recommend and would use again.

When kids in our apartment complex decided to jump on car hoods, mine took considerable damage. I'd never had to file a claim before, let alone get auto body work done. I was beside myself. Lee's Automotive is a preferred vendor with my insurance company, and I am so incredibly thankful that I was referred to Lee's! The service was quick, the work done was incredibly clean and precise--great attention to detail--and they kept in touch with updates and completion time all along the way.

The staff is super friendly and so, so sweet. Great at theirs jobs, too! Any questions I had were quickly answered, and concerns quickly put to rest, pricing and working with my insurance policy was an absolute breeze. Luis was so kind and flexible in working with my schedule for my car drop-off and pick-up. Fingers crossed that nothing like this happens again for a good, long while. But, if it does, I feel I will be in great hands again with Lee's Automotive. Thank you for your wonderful service! :

I've had two experiences with Lee's Automotive, both great. Most recently when I had to drop off my car I was worried about rentals/how to get to work/timing of pick up with my crazy hours at the hospital, etc. When I got an email update for estimated pickup, it happened to fall during the middle of a triple. I called Kyle initially to ask if there was any way I could come pick up after work, or three days later (after my triple) and he said they were actually ahead of schedule (potentially finishing a day early) and would make it a priority to try to get my car back to me by the end of the day (my day off), even if he had to stay a little late. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about my experiences and highly recommend this location

I dropped my car off to get it fixed for a week and I came to pick it up with my gas on E and 10 miles up from the day I dropped it off. I've always heard of stories about people who works at shops are known to drive customers cars around like it's theirs when it's suppose to be there to get fixed but I didn't think it would happen to me.

I think it's very disrespectful and rude to be using a customer's car. Not only that, my car smelled bad. Please be MORE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL of people's car. You just might run into another customer that would sue you for it.

I am super pleased with the work completed by Lee's Automotive and especially to my adjuster, Brandon, who communicated every step of the process with me and actually was able to deliver my car sooner than what was expected. It was awesome that Geico sent me here as their one stop shop as I was able to drop off my car and pick up a rental at the same time. Andrea from Enterprise Rental was also very sweet and explained the entire rental process clearly to me.

And most importantly, what matters most is the body work completed by the master technicians. My car had originally arrived to the shop after being involved in a pretty bad wreck. My entire front end had to be replaced- grille, bumper, headlights, hood, the whole shabang. Obviously, I was pretty saddened to see my car in such terrible condition and worried at the same time that my car wouldn't be fixed back to its original self.

Sure enough, Lee's Automotive replaced all the parts and even washed my car inside and outside to make it sparkle and shine when I came to pick it up. I couldn't be happier with having gone with them. Thank you to all the guys at Lee's!

Highly highly recommended! My car was hit and needed to replace the back bumper. I sent it to Lee through my insurance company. The repairs took a week but they kept updating with me! Extra, it was cleaned both outside and inside.

Fast and great customer service. Debated knocking one star off because they were a bit too fast and some follow up work was needed. That said, they didn't hassle us about the additional items and really tried to take care of us.

After I hit a deer with my F150 I dropped my truck off with Lee's Automotive to have the damage repaired. They did a great job making it look like the accident never happened and even got it finished a day ahead of schedule!

My brand new Mini Cooper was hit a few weeks ago. The other driver uses Progressive insurance and they work with Lee's. I was very impressed with all of the employees. Nice and professional. My car looks like new and they vacuumed the inside too.

This place is terrible. They've promised to call me back multiple times but never have, I've been hung up on, and to top it all off, they have lied to my insurance adjuster about a replacement part coming in for the last two months. They have no customer service to speak of, they clearly have no intention of fixing my vehicle, and I am frankly shocked they are still in business. They've left my car off 100 feet of aurora unlocked with the rear end dismantled and exposed to the elements which if you don't know, is going to rust the hell out of my rear hitch. These people should be on the friggin news for how awful they are.

Had to take my car into the shop and Lee's was one of the closest GEICO ARX shops to where we live. The estimate and drop-off process was very easy. They repaired all the damage and our car look brand new again. Washing and interior cleaning of the vehicle was also a nice surprise. They do good work and want to make sure their customers drive their cars out of the shop 100% satisfied.

Car got hit and run and was side swiped in the passenger rear. I went through the Geico ARX program and it was great and super convenient. I scheduled an appointment within a week of the incident. When I got there we examined the car and explained the process. They said it would be done in a week. I also got a rental car ready for me there as soon as I was done.

After a week the car was ready and looked great. They did a great job! Only comment is that I wish they kept me updated. They said car would be done on Tuesday, but they never called or informed me it was going to be delayed and I had to call them. Other than that, great staff and a job well done.

I selected this shop to do work on my car and after multiple phone calls to confirm when my car would be ready I still showed up to find my car not ready. I understand that things come up but this was handled extremely poorly. A courtesy call would have been the least you could have done so I didn't waste my time taking time off of work for no reason. Now I have to take even more time off of work. Hopefully I never have to have collision work done again but I won't be back.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Lee's Automotive. I had my car towed to this shop. My transfer case cracked. They gave me an estimate of $3,000. I called several other auto repair shops and every other shop would only charge half of that. This place is taking advantage of people. The part alone cost $1,000 and they tried to charge $2,000 for labor.

When I tried to get my car towed to a different shop, they also tried to charge me over $100 for a restocking fee for a part I didn't order from them. I cannot believe how much they are ripping people off! This is unacceptable and frustrating. I will never take my car here again and never refer anyone to this shop.

The owner is extremely helpful and reassuring. We brought our car in for body damage and they kept us updated with each step of the repair. They finished the repairs quicker than I expected and the finished product looks perfect. They've earned a repeat customer.

UPDATE! Lee's had my SUV for 9 months. It's going on 10 that I have yet to have my car returned. My car is now at a different auto shop. I pray I will be done next week 10/8 but things are actually getting done. They had it for 2.5 weeks so far. In September the new manager called me and said I just need to come and get my car because they can't fix it! NOTHING had been done to it.

When I went to go see if for myself my car looked as if it had been stolen and stripped. An employee there told me that he was confused on why it had been there that long and Pablo(manager at time) didn't give him any specific reason. He wasn't the only employee who said that to me and I end up getting another opinion. JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE.

I was a returning customer but not I wouldn't trust them. (First post) Their communication is TERRIBLE! They literally called me once. That was 7 months ago to let me know they received my car. Every time I called, I was told I would get my car the following week or next day and never do. Pablo doesn't return calls. A part was back order, understandable. But each call there is a different story. NO FOLLOW UP! Unless Progressive is your insurance handling the claim don't go there. I was a returning customer. But not anymore

Progressive took my wife's Scion XB there to get fixed. While the body work was done fine, the driver door wouldn't open. Pablo; the owner told me it was a missing cable and ordered one. I took it back and within 5 minutes, he told me he fixed it. After driving back to work, I noticed the he filed the cable hole with black rubber glue. I called him back and asked him why he did that, and all he could say was he fixed it. This guy is an idiot. I called Progressive and told them that I refused to take my car back there. I'm not done yet as I will escalate this issue!
