Week of 6 June 2022. Experience two unrelated issues with my DP RV. The first issue resulted in being towed to a nearby campgound on a Sunday; and the second a DEF Head issue identified by the mobile service technician who responded to fix the coolant hose break. The Chassis manufacturer independently confirmed the DEF Head issue. Working with two members of the Lee Smith team was truly a pleasure. Mary who cooridnated the mobile service technician was very responsive in reaching back to me on both issues and both she and Ben (mobile service technician both times) were both very courteous, conscientious and professional. Great service from Lee Smith.

I have heard they are expensive and slow. Everything having to do with real Trucks is expensive ($1800 fan clutch, etc) so I don't think that's an issue. As far as service, everyone has been more than helpful, friendly, responsive and pleasant to work with down there. Their online parts ordering is great and they also wprk with you through email. Boyd was my most recent contact and excellent as always.

I come in for 1500 problem and magically other stuff was broken while in the shoo and they charged me 5300 to fix something that was not broken when I came in. Then had to come back the next week to fix another problem that I've never had til I came in here

Had a signed buyer agreement with this place and the management sold the truck out from underneath me in 3 days. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Dayton Shepherd is the VP and he is an arrogant, smug business person. Be careful if you choose to do business with them

We saw a box truck on their lot that we were interested in buying so we stopped and inquired about it. It was raining that day. The sales person said that they needed to fix a few things. He said that it wouldn't take long. Would we wait until these things were fixed before we took it for a test drive. He said it's raining anyway. We said yes we will wait for him to let us know when it will be ready.

We waited a few days and never heard back from him, so I called and he said it was still in the shop. That he would let us know when it was finished. We waited for a few days and we received an email from him saying that they had an Isuzu would be interested in an Isuzu instead. of the one that we wanted. I didn't reply to the email. I wait a day or so thinking he would let us know that the truck was ready, so I called him and his said that another company bought the truck before they finished fixing it. Had we had known that we would have bought it like it was.

I would have appreciated a call from him before he sold it. We feel that he sold it out from under us. We don't believe that is the way to do business. Although we were disappointed, I more angry than anything. I don't think we will ever do business with them.

Can not say enough good about this location. From beginning to end they were more than helpful. Constant excellent communication at every step of our truck repair. Zach Marks the service manager went above and beyond to help us. the repair was due to bad service from another International location, Lee-Smith fixed it right and did it quickly.

Good Parts Section, Great Hours For Parts Too! To start this out they have awesome hours here with parts closing at 9pm! It's great when you are trying to get something done and don't have to stress about getting over midday! They have a pretty huge store so lots of parts. They got me what I needed for the ok'd international truck and I just passed on the filters since they are about 35% higher for the same brand than online or at my other local parts supplier all selling Fleetguard filters. All in all a good spot when you need some factory parts. -1 star for crazy high filter prices.

Michael Olden is a credit to this company. After watching a very informative YouTube video about a Truck with a side door, I called to see if they could help me with mine. He went out of his way to share some creative ideas on installing a door on a 16' Isuzu truck, even though there was nothing in it for him. I appreciate your kindness and generosity Mike. It was a great experience. The service writers are helpful, courteous, and give estimates with honest answers about how long work will take. They have a really nice driver's lounge with amenities including showers and laundry, the furniture is super comfortable as well. Every person I interacted with was very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone who needs service to utilize this dealership. I've had to go to quite a few repair shops over the years, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had! Thank you!

I had a flashing check engine light on my V-10 Ford E350. I arrived at 10:31 Friday morning and was on the road by that afternoon. This company is extremely well managed, efficient, communicative, and above all, friendly. Mike the customer technical advisor was a wealth of knowledge, and he loved to engage his customers. Nathan demonstrated his skill with the diagnosis within 1 hour, and repaired in less than 2 hours. Not to mention, quiet but friendly. I can assure you that when I'm passing thru Chattanooga, I will make an appointment for my truck servive

Beware! Carelessness caused total burn of plug. Resulted in ruining inverter on our 40 ft. Motor home. $$$ lost!

I bought a used 2002 Winnebago Brave 34D, in 2014. I asked other RV motorhome owners for recommendations for someplace other than Camping World for preventative maintenance, and repairs. Everyone said their work is excellent but rates are pricey. So I called, that's how I met Mike Suggs, he told me he would never call to tell me they found something that needed to be repaired if it really did not need it. Mike and I have been doing business since then, their prevention maintenance ( oil change & filters ) includes overall inspection as well. That's how he discovered the rear axle brakes needed replacement, found hydraulic oil leaks in slide controls etc. Yes the rates are on the pricey side, but have never had to have anything fixed twice so far.

We are RVers and we broke down about 8 miles from their location at 530 pm on a Friday night. After a few phone calls we made it to their location. The owners are RVers and have provided some hookups for us RVers. We spent a few days waiting for them to be able to diagnose the problem, and a few more for parts to come in and get it fixed. During that time the staff made sure we were as comfortable as the situation allowed, and as inconvenienced as little as possible.

A breakdown is never fun and always so stressful. Thanks to Lee Smith it was a little less stressful. As full time RVers you always hope that if you are to breakdown it is near a facility like this. If we are ever in the area and need work they will be our first call. Randy and the rest of the service staff rocked, as well as did Matt our mechanic. Thank you so much for all the help. Had a emergency situation in our Rv on interstate 75 south. Called this service center and informed him of issue and how we were staying in our unit. He stated if we could make it in he would see us in 10 days because he was busy. Ask if he could do initial check no he reported as he stated he sent five units across the street because they had been at his place to long. For emergency help or help quickly don't waste your time calling. They don't have time for you.

Shoddy workmanship in the rv repair shop. Labor rates and parts markups are exorbitant, and scheduling is haphazard. We had an issue with the bedroom slide on our motorhome, which L-S worked on. The repair failed within days and efforts to retrieve our insurance deductable have been refused. We had to have another repair facility redo the repair, and had to pay another deductable.

As it turns out, the L-S tech (?) did not know how to access the mechanism and failed to properly tighten a vital fitting. Please be very, very careful if you choose to do business with Lee-Smith. In our opinion, an rv owner would be best served elsewhere. Update: See L-S response below. My original review stands as written. In fact, I was appalled at the offer of some credit on my next visit: can you say "Once burnt, Twice shy"?, or how about "It will be a cold day.".

I was attempting to be generous in the OP, but now I'm just disgusted by the so-called evidence of third party conversations in an effort to disguise what I believe to be inferior workmanship. I would have been extremely happy to have negotiated a compromise, and my view of the incident would have been completely different. Lee-Smith would have regained credibility as a customer oriented facility, and I wouldn't be writing this. Now I can only, and sadly, advise: "Be very, very careful".
