Had a mechanical issue as I was approaching Fredericksburg coming from King George. Ended up pulling off at the next available road and landed in their parking lot. 3:00 on a Friday before mother's day, prom flowers needed to be picked up across town by 4 and the shop closes at 5. George and his wife listened to my delema, stuck me in an open bay, corrected my issue and sent me down the road on schedule! Great people who are the epitome of what kindness is. They have Lightening McQueen, Mater, and the little blue guy outside their shop as display pieces. If that's not reason enough for you to visit then I don't know what is.

High priced dump. Loves to fail inspections for dumb reasons. Edit: the info in their response is not me but how nice of them to put someone's personal information out there. Yikes. Unless it's fabricated information which fits this company's moto completely

Excellent service. Friendly, professional, and they go that little extra bit that makes you feel better. They are 100% transparent with you, will tell you everything with no hidden fees. Work is done at a pleasant pace, it's done well, and professional. Which is also backed by a 36month/50k mile warranty. (As of October 28th 2021) Absolutely no complaints, will definitely be my go to repair shop now that my car is needing those 70kMile+/post 8 year fixups.

HONEST and competent. I took my 2006 F150 in when the AC was blowing hot air. I was convinced the compressor was bad, and that it and the condenser would have to be replaced, a $3000+ job. And if they had told me that, I wouldn't have questioned it for a second. They looked at it and called me and said, no, it was just low on refrigerant, probably due to a small leak.

They couldn't FIND a leak, though, so when they refilled the refrigerant, they added a dye and told me to come back in a month (no charge) to see if the dye reveals where the leak is. Point is, if they wanted to cheat me, they could have easily gotten away with it. Instead, I got off with a $400 repair bill. Will definitely go back next time a have car or truck problems.

Very very nice people! Came in for a state inspection and they got it done and didnt have to wait a super long time. Made conversation with me and made me feel welcome. Will always come back!
