Latuff Brothers is a family owned auto body shop that was founded in 1933 by three brothers Joe, Mike, and John. The brothers instilled a foundation of values that brought the business to thrive even in the midst of the Great Depression. A set of values that includes treating our customers and employees the way we would like to be treated ourselves, and always doing the right thing even if it's not the easiest way to do something. These core values have reverberated through the years and have helped the current owners, Peter and Michael Latuff, grow the business into what it has become today.

Here in Minnesota, it is common to get a door ding or hail damage. The good news is we can help with that! Paintless Dent Repair is a process using special tools and trained technicians to remove dents without having to use traditional repair and painting processes. This method is more cost effective and better for the environment.

Had to wait 2 extra weeks for my appointment due to them not having the painting parts. Then they said it'd be done the 8th. Which was great since I'm 37 weeks pregnant and signed my lease on the 8th. I was glad it worked out that was because i needed my van to move. Well that wasn't the case, they then said it would be done the 17th. I finally got it yesterday the 22nd.

I noticed the abs and traction lights were on. I figured it was from the car being reset because the radio settings were factory reset. I told my husband when he got home and that was not the case. He called latuff brothers and they said the lights came on 1 mile before I dropped it off. Which is completely untrue. The only lights that were on when I dropped it off were the low tire pressure and check engine. NOT the abs OR the traction.

I'm completely unsatisfied with the service I received. Now something else is wrong with my car and they're trying to deny it was because of them. I'll be getting it rescanned to exactly when the abs lights came on. I know for a fact it wasn't 1 mile before I dropped it off.

I went in to get an estimate on the hill damage that we had and the guy was very thorough. He even pointed out that my truck had two different color blues on the hood. I think that's pretty thorough. And it seemed pretty reasonable for everything he mentioned.

I brought my car to Latuff Brothers over 3 yrs ago and was pleased with their work which led me to go back recently after a fender bender. The job was done after over a month's wait (not all their fault) but this time I felt unappreciated, not valued & disrespected as a return customer. None of the shop managers who were present came up to offer any apology &to explain &show me the completed work like they & most shops usually do, pretty much got the cold shoulder, so I had to request.

When they did the initial estimate for head lights(one of several repairs)I asked if i could drive my car while waiting for the parts to arrive since the head lights worked fine & only needed brand new ones because the small pieces that secures them were broken or bent & could eventually detach sold separately. I asked for the old headlights to be saved & packed for me as I could use them as spare in the event something happened since they worked perfectly fine &also cost so much close to $2,000 a piece.

I was assured the old headlights would be saved & put in the trunk. Fast forward picking up my car upon wrk completion I didnt see the old headlights in the car & asked where they were. The person I had discussed with said he remembered me making the request to save them. He went to look for them in the back &as my fiance & I waited saw them look around the dumpster & after a long wait, came back to say they'd find out the next day from another worker where the headlights were kept & would call me.

I didn't receive a call, & there was no mention of headlights the next day when I called about balance issue so I assumed they were still working on locating the old headlights. I called the next day this time specifically inquiring about my old headlights & was told they had gone out with last weeks' trash! I was lost for words and disheartened. I know things have changed with supply issues & inadequate staffing etc. Its very important to be forthcoming with info & discuss options in case more wrk is needed so that the customer is aware & prepares for worse case scenarios.

I had the experience of meeting my nieghbor by "accident". Opened my car door at the exact moment she drove by. Sorry neighbor! Lucky no one was hurt. I told took my car to Latuff Brothers. It was done when they said it would be. And they handled everything with insurance. I told my neighbor about Latuff and she also took her car here too. My Honda CRV looks and works just like before the accident. No way to tell it was even banged up! Thank you to the entire kind crew at Latuff Brothers!

The staff is always friendly and willing to assist you. Spoke with a customer who had been bringing his vehicles there for 15+ years and said, "I won't take my vehicle anywhere else! They always do such excellent work!"

I have taken cars to Latuff Brothers several times over the years. The service and the quality of the work is consistently excellent. They went above and beyond this time getting my job squeezed into their schedule, finishing it early, and even dropping off the car for me since I was out of town. I will always use them if I need body work done in the future. Thank you!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT! I drive a car that is not common which also means the parts are less common. They were patient while I found parts, gave great advice and had consistent communication. The work is incredible. There are no signs that the car was ever damaged, they matched paint to a 15 year old car and I can not tell any difference. The entire team is thorough and SO kind.

I also thought the pricing was very fair. Considering the blow it is to see your harder-to-find car damaged to the extent it was, it was a very positive experience being in their hands.

Someone hit my bumper and quarter panel on my Honda Civic in late summer. I received four different quotes: two written and two verbal, ranging from $640 to $1,800. I let the body shops know I was paying out of pocket. I drove to Latuff Brothers to get a quote. My insurance agent said it was a reliable repair shop. Jamison took pictures and said they would get back to me. Robert called me and asked me to give them a callback.

I left a message on his voicemail, and he didn't call me back but emailed me a quote. Latuff Brothers came back at $640, and I thought it was cheap, but I never thought of looking at the details of the bid before I brought my car in. When I spoke with Jamison, I never discussed a partial fix. I picked up my car, and only the bumper was fixed. I reread the bid and realized that the bid was only for a partial fix.

So I explained to Will that there was a misunderstanding and asked if he would work with me. He said it might cost double the $640 to fix the quarter panel. He then went out and looked at my car and said he would email me a bid. He emailed me a bid for fixing only the quarter panel for over $2,500. I thought this was high and unrealistic. Will refused to work with me on this misunderstanding.

I went to 3 other places after my experience with Latuff to get bids to fix the quarter panel that ranged from $800-$1,200, which confirmed over $2,500 was too high. I wasn't looking for a free fix. I was looking for a fair price to fix what should have been fixed in the first place. Buyer beware.
