The front office staff were friendly and helpful and my opinion of Joel who I worked with both times is that he's top notch. I have used Lacey Collision Center before and they have done great work moving forward my car had some comprehension damage i took it to them because of the work they have done in the past. The adjuster (with the last name Larson) that was assigned to write the inspection claim was very unprofessional. The moment he looked at my car he told me he did not see anything work with my car when I explain how the incident happen.
His reply back was "I don't see that nothing wrong" do you still want me to do the paperwork on your car. I then asked him a concern question in regards to driving my vehicle his reply back was "you said that it was drivable and pointed at his clipboard and pointed at the paperwork that I said drivable did you not see that yes or no because that's what it says here".
Now do you still want me to do the paperwork yes or no. Reply back yes I did say that but I have concerns his reply back was I have zero knowledge of BWM again do you still want me to do the paperwork. I asked him how can you write an appraisal and no no knowledge of what's wrong with the car if you're not gonna take for a test drive or put it on the lift, his reply back was it'll be several weeks before we can actually know what's wrong with the car but at this moment I don't see nothing wrong with his car again he reply back to me do you still want me to do the paperwork.
I told the person with the last name Larson to get it over with because I was tired of hearing him repeat himself about do you still want me to do the paperwork. I wouldn't have guessed Lacey collision would allow their employees to antagonize potential customers or returning customers.

Lacey Collision did an outstanding job in getting my vehicle repaired and put back on the road again in a most expeditious way providing me with a daily update on the progress of the repair from start to finish. Amazing job as if it was not involved in an accident. Finally, completing the job and delivered my vehicle right on time as promised. I would like to extend many thanks to all the staff in providing outstanding support and customer service as they are very accommodating to respond on all my questions during my visit and welcoming to allow me to come and see the progress on the repair on my vehicle. Had a minor paint chip on bumper, took it in to Lacey collision and i am so happy i made that choice! The building is nice and clean and the staff are very understanding and professional. Every step of the way they were extremely helpful. Rental car place is on the property so everything can be done in one trip. 3 days later and my baby looked brand new. They also work directly with Geico which was a plus. Highly recommend this establishment
