Busy shop.good sign! They have been excellent in describing what is going on with my car to a non-professional like me. I actually understood what was happening with my repair! That took a little time but the mechanic was so patient with me. As a single, older woman I appreciate that more than I can say. Fair pricing and excellent service.

I took my car to a mechanic in Snohomish and they quoted me a very high price to change my alternator. I ended up calling L&B for a second opinion and they were a lot more reasonable in price so I ended up taking my car there. They went above and beyond and did a great job on my car and it runs perfect now! They even helped me get my car out of a ditch on the way to the shop! The price was great and very good service. Highly recommend and I will be going back there

Charged me for services I didn't ask for. Didn't complete the requests I made. I've had two experiences with bad communication and i will take the time to drive to a more helpful mechanic

This is my families go to auto shop, and has been for many years. My experience of them is that they are trustworthy, reliable, and very capable. Their customer service is really good. I felt very well taken care of every time I've gone there, over the years.
