Myself, My Mother and my Best Friend have all went to this location for our vehicles. Everyone is so helpful, quick and professional. Anyone that has complained on these reviews or rated this place less than 5 stars is either horrible at communication or they are incredibly hard to please. Obviously Kwik Kar is not ran by robots & they are allowed by human definition to make a mistake sometimes.
They have never messed up or done anything wrong for me or my mom or friend but I know if they did I would simply let them know and they would make it right. They aren't pushy and they don't try and get you to spend unnecessary money. Go to Kwik Kar Coppell and see for yourself! Tony, Austin & Alex are just a few of the people that work here that you can ask for and trust.

Cannot say enough good things about this Kwik Kar in Coppell! The mechanics are top-notch and truly take pride in their work and care about you and your car. I've never felt pressured to take unnecessary actions or make decisions on the spot after a multi-point inspection and I feel respected as a customer. They are quick and easy to talk to and even though it is part of a large Kwik Kar chain, it is run like a local shop.
They've driven out to me and jump started my car when I was stuck and didn't even charge extra for it. Shout-out most recently to Tony who tracked down a battery for my car so I could get it replaced that same day.

I was going on a road trip, so I wanted to get my oil and filter changed because it was due. along with a drain and fill on my transmission. along with front & rear differential and my spark plugs. they had no problem doing any of this and at a reasonable cost. I noticed a big difference driving on my road trip compared to what it was before I took my car to them. They performed the task in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. Thank you guys. I'll be back

I've gotten work done at Kwik Kar before and they always do a good job, but today I was blown away. Everyone was so kind and courteous. I needed some work done that would take a while, but they said they would make it work for me when I could get off work. They ended up completing the work in almost half the time. I was so grateful! This place is amazing! They have the best prices and service. I first found this place after not wanting to pay an outrageous price for an air filter after getting an oil change somewhere else. I purchased my own air filter, cabin air filter and headlight. They installed the air filter for free and gave me a great price on the other items. I came back to this location again for new brakes, I checked 10 other places and their price was the best and included a lifetime warranty.
