This was my first visit to Koebbe shop and I am very impressed. The owner took time to talk to me, Get the car on a lift so I could show the items I have issues with and to test drive my car to get a good idea of my issue. I got calls through the day about the progress and about the findings. I also got an alignment report showing the status of before and after alignment.
This confirmed the slight out of alignment issue I was seeing. The Car was ready way faster than i expected and was not dirtied up. First class service. A few days later I even got a thank you card for being a customer, which is a nice touch.

I was in Liberty from out of town and in a hurry to get back to work when I got a flat and needed a new tire. The Koebbe team was very kind and helpful. While other shops told me it'd be a couple hours before they could even start on my car, Koebbe Auto Tech took my car in immediately and got me back on the road as quickly as possible.

Highly recommend! Steve is trustworthy, fair, and his people are great mechanics. I have used Koebbe for everything from replacing tires to fixing my car's engine. He also goes out of his way to help people. I was out of town, my wife was stuck with a dead battery not too far away from the shop and he sent somebody over to jump the car and take it back to the shop to fix it. I'm not sure if this is something he would always do but really got me out of a bind! Again, highly recommend and definitely a place I will keep using.
