I paid $1600 for getting brakes and radiator repaired. Definitely overcharged. Not only that but this place charges $85 for diagnosis. I also had paid in cash and barely received $50 off. Don't go here. RIPOFF CROOKS

They r really attend but the work it's A1 star on minus if u ask me, they r clueless n they have no people skilks

Got a quick smog check here. The mechanic was polite and super efficient. Easy peasy.

I just love Kim's. They take excellent care of my 2006, Lexus. What I like most about Kim's is I know I can trust them and their suggestions. I always ask for suggestions since my car is so old, with so few miles. I love the way my car drives and know they will keep it in top top shape. Thank you, Kim's!

Been taking my last two vehicles here for past few years and couldn't be happier! Recently took my 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac in as it was pulling to the right. Instead of gouging me for unrelated costs, Kim charged me fifty dollars to rotate my tires and check everything out. I am happy to report all is well. All I ask for is honesty which is rare these days. I highly recommend Kim's auto.

Went in to have my ac repaired which is needed year round in socal. Spoke to Paul and explained that they needed to inspect the ac system and that diagnosis charge would go towards the repair cost. Left the car and went to work. Got a call and explained in detail the parts and labor and I told them to do the repair. Picked up the car later that day and wow the ac is blowing arctic cold and mind you this is a mid 90s model car and the ac felt like it was brand new.

Everything was reasonably priced and they have warranty in case it breaks down. Now I go there for everything and mind you I have a high mileage car but it drives like new. They are honest and will not charge you can arm and a leg. Paul is very nice and goes beyond to help you. I will go to them for all my car repairs.

I've been taking my cars to Kim's Auto for over 15 years. Very fair and reasonable pricing. They also give you a cash discount. Kim the owner is great guy that stands behind his work. I recommend Kim's Auto to all my friends and family!

Great customer service. I had two different problems with my car and I used for both Kim's car and repair. They are super fast and I got my car back the same day. The communication was also very customer friendly, so I knew exactly what was going was and what has to be fixed. Absolutely 5 star, I highly recommend the place for car problems.

I take all my cars to the Kim's. It is a family owned establishment run by father and son. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them. I once took them one of my car in which another mechanic was recommending various things on a fairly new car, Paul, the son, took a look at my car right then and there, and talked me through the reasons why I didn't need everything the other mechanic was trying to rip me off on, gave me peace of mind.

Another instance, I was having brake problems on a used truck I had just bought. I left it at the shop for them to check. Later that day I got a call telling me I would need a new wheel rotor and brake pads, I consent on the work and cost and thought that was that. A few minutes later the call me back and tell me that things were installed incorrectly and their initial diagnosis was wrong and the parts and labor is going to be less than originally quoted.

When I picked up the truck again walked me through everything, showed me the parts replaced and left me extremely happy and feeling safe in my car again. It is because of that honesty and customer service that I will continue to take my cars there
