My wife had a fender bender the other night with a deer, and they took me right in Monday and got my car estimate done and everything

Not a professional place of business at all. Had a vehicle taken there as per insurance company wanted after I saw the "highly regarded reviews and 4.9 star rating" I was promised my vehicle would be available to clear out on my next day off but instead thst didn't happen at all, they had a salvage company come take it before I got there. I would not recommend this bussiness because now I have to replace tools, some of my children's items as well medical items.

Went to Ken's Body Shop for undercoating and rustproofing. Waited about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs when they were done they washed and dried my truck to make sure there was no over spray. I was treated like I was an old customer to theirs when in fact it was the first time there. I would highly recommend them.

The only auto shop in the area that we trust and recommend. We've had general maintenance and repair work done by Ken's for years. We've been 100% satisfied every time. They're professional and honest. It's hard to find this kind of service in an auto repair shop nowadays and this company truly sets the bar high. A highly professionally run auto body shop, they do excellent work and really strive to work with their customers needs and wishes. They work quickly to get the estimate for your vehicle's repair. They are an Allstate accredited auto body shop that works closely with Allstate claims and thus makes the process much easier for the customer. They've really done right by me in the past, I trust them and I highly recommend this business for your auto body repair needs & other auto repairs. Probably the best auto body shop in the whole entire Oswego area.

I had the recent pleasure of working with this shop. They are outstanding! They were extremely thorough. My original estimate from another local shop had missed over $4,000 worth of hail damage to my vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop. Services: Paint repair, Full body wash, Car waxing

The staff was very friendly and informative. I was there to get my wife's vehicle undercoated. The only issue I had was that there were dirty hand/finger prints on the inside of my doors and back seat from the job done which I feel should have been cleaned up before turning the car back to the customer. The spots cleaned up easily thankfully. Other than that they did a fantastic job and I will return next year to continue the undercoating

This was my second experience with Ken's Body Shop, and both have been outstanding. From the quality of their work to the amazing customer service, this shop is a true jem. The repair of my truck from the accident was perfect, and the truck looks brand new again. I especially appreciate the immaculate detailing, which was the icing on the cake. Hit a deer memorial day weekend. Brought my car in to get the front end repaired. They worked with my insurance company. Such a smooth process. Couldnt be any happier. Thanks Tim for all the help.

My daughter was recently in an accident. Her truck was taken to Kens. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. They worked hand in hand with us and our insurance company. We made several calls to both Aidan and Indy as my daughter is at school in Oswego and we live several hundred miles away. Aidan and Indy both were extremely helpful and informative.

No matter why my husband called they took the time to put our minds at ease, explain what was being done and they fixed her car back to its original "new" condition. Thank you "Ken's Body Shop". We would highly recommend Ken's!

I've only been living in this area since October/November. So, when I needed some work done on my vehicle, I was unsure where to go. I selected Ken's after reading the reviews here, Facebook and Google reviews. This was a repair I paid for myself, so I can't speak to how they work with insurance companies (they were very professional with me, so it is a good indication of how they would be with insurance companies).

I thought they did a great job! The part repaired looks as good as new. I am a car lover with a unique car, so I wouldn't settle for less than the best for her. The repair was quick and the three staff members with whom I interacted were very personable and friendly. This was my first time dealing with a shop that provided regular email updates of the repair progress, and how to take care of the newly painted parts. I thought that was really cool and helpful. Thank you!

I've had body work and repairs done on two vehicles at ken's, and am incredibly happy with their service. They really care about their customers, and take lots of extra steps to ensure full satisfaction. Both times the vehicles have come back as good as or better than before and in less time than expected, with a full detail to boot. I worked with Jeff recently on a claim, and he was extremely helpful, even working up multiple tire quotes as an impromptu add-on and sending them the same day we discussed them.

My insurance company directed me towards Ken's after an accident, and I'm glad I followed their suggestion! They took me the day after the accident, and I had my car back almost a week earlier than predicted. Along the way, they kept me apprised of each update, from parts arrival to paint and detailing completion. When I picked the car back up, it looked like a brand new vehicle - not only was the damage fully repaired, but the car had been cleaned and detailed inside and out. I don't want to *have* to go back to a body shop, but if I ever do, Ken's is at the top of my list.
