Kendrick Paint And Body

As seems to be tradition in this area a deer runs into my driver side door once every 2 years. Out of the few body shops I've been too here, Kendrick's on wheeler is hands down the best. They worked with me to get my vehicle in at a reasonable date 2 months earlier than my other quote. Kept me updated all the way through and did a great job repairing my vehicle. Just like new! The people there are really pleasant and patient. Would recommend

The work done was phenomenal, my truck looks brand new, and they are a very nice bunch of people. They lose stars because the communication was absolutely pitiful. My truck was supposed to be in for a week and they ended up having it for 2 weeks-not a big deal. However, my pickup date was pushed back 3 separate times & though they said they'd call me at certain times with updates, I ended up calling for an update after said time had passed every time (except for the final day they called me to pick it up). All in all, great work! But the customer service needs some improvement.

I called Kendrick's on Wheeler Road inquiring about replacing some items on my car. It was so easy, I didn't have to go to the shop, I sent them my info by text along with pictures. I started speaking with Morgan who was so wonderful. She received all my info and between Morgan, Tina and Ashley, they had me how much it would cost for parts and labor in less than an hour I called back and made my appointment which was convenient for me.

I went there on my appointment day and time and the job was completed perfectly and quickly. Everyone was so sweet, professional and go above and beyond their job description to help me. Every time an employee walked by or into the waiting room, every single one of them said "Hello" and asked me how I was doing. When I was done, Morgan and even the technician thanked me.

I was the one thanking them. I will NEVER go to another different body and repair shop. Kendrick's on Wheeler Road won me over for life! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know! Everyone was very nice and professional. Not only did they provided great customer service, but they also made sure I was able to get my car fixed asap after the insurance company deemed my car safe to drive when it wasn't. They did an awesome job keeping me updated on the repairs being done while they had my car. I am very appreciative for them, and I highly reccomend them to anyone needing auto repairs.
