This is just a special Thank You to let you know how much I appreciate your help and work on my Toyota Avalon last week! I recently had my bumper replaced at Kelly's Auto Care and they did a great job. It took three days but they replaced the bumper, color matched it to my car, did some detail work and thoroughly cleaned out the inside of my car.

Don't waste your time or money coming here! I was in an accident and had to have my back bumper and lift gate replaced as well as my front bumper. It took 2 1/2 weeks and I had to call them to find out anything about my car. Then to top it off when I picked it up, there were 5+ new scratches on my car! The guy in charge of repairs offered no apology or explanation.

Now I have to leave my car with them again and don't know how long it'll take them. They didn't offer a rental car either even though it was their fault I have to leave it with them. I am not happy with their communication or service.

They did a very rushed repair job on my car. I had to take it back for them to redo my alignment also repair scratching on my door they recharged my insurance company for what should have been done right in the beginning. I do not recommend this place.

John is absolutely the veryvery best in Taki g care of my twio cars. My sister and husband have six cars and know one else is allowed to work on them. Kelly' has the best mechanics in Atlanta. John manages his team of experts and makes sure you care is good care of. He kis very polite and keeps you informed on everything they are doing. the waiting area is very clean and comfortable with leather furniture and huge screen t V And many snacks and drinks a.d magazines to read and.

Can't talk about the quality of their work, since I did not even receive a courtesy call back after I left a detailed message on their voicemail. I know everyone in Atlanta is busy with the rush of postponed work from Covid times. But a call back to say they couldn't see me/my car would have been appreciated. A total contrast with Kong's Body Shop Cheshire Bridge area who I reviewed separately. Peace

I went to the shop today as this was one of the places recommended by my car insurance. The staff was not very professional or friendly. When I walked into the office no one spoke to me or greeted me for the first five or so minutes that I was there. One of the men was helping a customer. There was another man at the front desk who was helping no one and instead of acknowledging me and at least saying "someone will be with you shortly" he looked at me, turned around, and walked off.

The customer that was being served left and the man at the desk tended to other things for another five or so minutes before he even acknowledged that I was there. Then he gave me a form to fill out. While I was in the middle of completing the form, I pulled out my phone to look for my claim number. The man at the desk took the sheet from me without asking if I was finished with it and proceeded to fill out the paper.

When I told him I was looking for the claim number and I would have completed the document he informed that it didn't matter but he would write the claim number anyways. I spoke with a different man who was supposed to help me schedule a time to drop off my car for repairs. He told me there were no openings within the next three weeks. He gave me a date and I told him that I needed to check my schedule to make sure that I could drop the car off on the day he told me.

He was very dismissive and told me that it did not matter and I just needed to drop the car off. I was dissatisfied with my experience so I went home and called my insurance and requested to use a different shop. I got a call from this establishment shortly after saying they received a notification that my insurance cancelled the appointment with them.

I told him that was correct and I authorized them to. He then proceeded to tell me that he was too busy and I was doing him a favor. I wish my experience was as nice as everyone else's who left a review. They might be decent technicians but they delivered disgustingly poor customer service.

This place is committing fraud. I was rear ended and needed a new bumper for 4k. Kelly's Auto Care was on the list of available auto service companies I could visit. I received my assessment and the insurance adjuster stated my car needed some extra cosmetic work (headlights, light scratches, passenger rear view mirror etc), it was about an extra 5k.

I asked Bryan if all this work was going to be included. He insisted that was the case. One week later l show up and only my bumper was fixed and but my statement was for the full 9k. I protested and showed him the insurance claim. Line item by line item. He still requested the full 9k payment and wouldn't allow me to physically leave the establishment and refused to talk to the insurance company.

I literally had to call the police and make a report, just so I could document that I wasn't a participant in insurance fraud. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this place. This place is committing fraud and everyone in the company is in on it. If you're forced to use them make sure they complete EVERYTHING on the insurance claim, read the form line item by line item. They will only fix the major damage and then charge for fixing everything.

UNPROFESSIONAL. I am truly disappointed that I had the worst experience this morning at Kelly Auto. I got in to an accident earlier this week and had arranged to get an estimate there with my insurance company yesterday. I also called yesterday to see when I should come in and was told to come in between 8am to 10am. I showed up at 9:30am in a perfectly good mood (it is Friday morning) and was looked up and down from the moment I walked in by the "manager" who was sitting behind the desk closest to the door.

The man made little eye contact with me, and stopped me halfway from filling out my form of car information. His tone was rude and he looked like he didn't want to be there. I told him my insurance had sent out info to them prior and he mumbled under his breath "I don't think so". He asked me if I was dropping my car off and I told him I couldn't until tomorrow because I couldn't get a rental today.

I just needed the estimate. He rolled his eyes and said he couldn't do anything for me. I asked him if there was a problem and told him I could go somewhere else and he told me to. I asked for a manager and he told me he was and proceeded to not tell me his name which is either Shane Miko or Bryan Lee. I politely told him that no one wants to be treated rudely especially after being in an accident and he told me I was being hyper sensitive.

I have never had such a horrible experience in car repair. Not sure if this was because I am young, a woman or because I am black but to be discrimated and treated poorly when trying to get basic customer service is not only disrespectful, but unacceptable. That employee should not be one if he is unable to talk to customers, especially is he is the "manager" like he claims. Getting in to a headache is already an inconvenience and a headache. No one wants to deal with bad attitudes and poor customer service from people who are supposed to be making it a little easier for you. I highly, highly do not recommend.

John runs a very tight auto repair shop.they have serviced seven cars in my family over the years and we trust no other. excellent service and care and get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time and their rates are fair and competitive. they are conveniently located on Howell Mill Road in Midtown just a few blocks from I-75 and the Downtown Connector. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with Automotive repair. Kelly was so fast, helpful and on it. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working out well. I can't recommend them enough! Services: Check engine light diagnostic, Transmission
