When your vehicle arrives at our facility, the first step is to draw up an initial estimate based on a preliminary visual inspection and compare it with the estimate done by your insurance company, if you have one. This shop has a great customer service team! They are easy to work with, keep updates coming as the car gets repaired. The shop is clean and organized. They do a good job with repairs! Had paint work done, ignition work, interior panels and detail work completed! Satisfied customer! Highly recommend to work with this shop for your repair needs.

Save yourself from a bad experience, look for a different shop. I took my car in for and estimate and I was told it was going to take 48 hours to have it done, never happened. Called them on the 4th day of me waiting for the estimate and I was told they were finishing it that very same day, I never received it. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I decided to get an estimate at this shop for a dent on my fender. The only reason I chose this shop was because it is close to my job and has 4.5 star reviews. I went into the shop and they asked what insurance I was using and asked me if I had an estimate which I did. However I wanted to get an estimate with them first because I had already received an estimate from a different shop and I wanted to compare the prices and the work they would do on the car at each shop.

Literally refused to give me an estimate. They said they had to go off of the insurance estimate I already have which is like half of what the other shop estimated for my repair. This makes me believe that they care more about what the insurance is going to cover rather than the quality of the work they will provide since they don't want to be transparent.

I then asked the receptionist that if I would've walked in there and said I didn't have an estimate and was going to pay out of pocket would they give me an estimate and she said YEAH PROBABLY. Literally makes no sense! Now that I'm reading the recent reviews I see everyone has the same issue with this shop.

We have used this repair shop for over a decade now. They are amazing and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend if you are interested in years of excellent service and high quality repairs.

My car got crashed and my insurance sent it here. The customer service wad good. Had a lot of communication with them and my adjuster. In the end they totaled my car.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF REPAIRS! COMPLETELY NON PROFESSIONAL They Lied about everything! They totally disrespected me! They refused to answer my questions and they never returned any of my phone calls! They completely trashed my vehicle! Tore it apart and left it outside to rust and get more damaged! The condition of my vehicle after being left with Crash Champions was a complete shock! And even though it just had a brand new engine and turbo put in it in June! I ended up taking a total loss on my vehicle! The damage they caused was just to much!

I brought my car in for estimate. I was able to schedule next day which was nice. Bianca helped me and told me I would be emailed within few hours. That was a Friday. I received nothing all day so I called to inquire, another lady answered when I called and told me that I would receive it by end of business day Monday. Still nothing Monday so I call again and was told that Bianca had been out sick Monday.

She took my name and number and told me she would have Bianca call me back. I have yet to receive call. We're going on Wednesday now. This seems to be a pattern reading the other reviews. I will not be using this place. If it takes this long to get estimate, how long would it be to fix my car? Yikes

Tried to obtain an estimate on my vehicle for body damage. After a few days passed and not receiving the estimate via email I contacted their office and was informed the database was corrupt. Then a couple hours later I received a phone call from the receptionist regarding my scheduled appointment for repairs. When I tried to explain the situation in not receiving an estimate the receptionist was unable to fully comprehend.

Then she wanted to schedule additional time for me to set-aside out of my busy schedule to meet with her when all I needed to do was drop off my keys. When she explained I needed to fill-out a couple of pieces of paper I asked why she just can't email them to me. At the conclusion, she agreed to email me the paper work, so that I may sign and return.

Everything appeared to be fine. Than, a few minutes later I received a call from Gary who informed me that his receptionist was in complete tears. I explained that nothing was said to get her upset. Nevertheless, rather than investigate the details, he declined to perform the scheduled service repairs. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It appears to me that the young, receptionist is apparently very immature and unable to conduct herself in a professional manner in dealing with customers with any issues and instead cries.

This company does not know how to properly deal with the public. I do not recommend getting repairs here unless you intend to handle your business with kid gloves. This company certainly does not put the consumer first or make the consumer a priority, which makes POOR SERVICE.

I paid out of pocket and it was expensive. But, the quality is everything I was hoping for. They were clean professional and kept me updated regularly with emails and phone calls. Making sure approval was there before each procedure. And the administrator Michelle, maybe one of the most lovely people I've ever met my life. I definitely would recommend this business.

This was generally an all around bad experience and I would not go back. 1. I brought my car in on an insurance claim and asked the first girl I spoke with to get me a detailed estimate of what was getting done before anything was worked on. I reiterated this multiple times. I also asked her to have an unrelated spot touched up (if there's paint mixed already, why not?). 2.

It was a week or so before anyone followed up with me. Apparently the two things I had asked of her had been ignored and they began working on my car anyways and had no idea I wanted anything done other than repair from the accident. 3. They responded same day with a quote for the additional repair, but I still had not gotten anything regarding what was being done to my vehicle.

I reviewed the quote for the unrelated damages and questioned the time that would be taken for a very small repair. 4. The GM (Mike) finally got back and gave me a detailed breakdown of the repairs that were to be made. At this point, it was really moot since they had already begun their work. Instead of explaining the quote that I had questioned, he gave me the following "story" (oh, and attached an image of it in case I was "inspired by this").

A giant ship's engine broke down and no one could repair it, so they hired a Mechanical #Engineer with over 40 years of experience. He inspected the engine very carefully, from top to bottom. After seeing everything, the engineer unloaded the bag and pulled out a small hammer. He knocked something gently. Soon, the engine came to life again. The engine has been fixed! 7 days later the engineer mentioned that the total cost of repairing the giant ship was $20,000 to the ship owner. "What?!" said the owner. "You did almost nothing.

Give us a detailed bill." The answer is simple: Tap with a hammer: $2 Know where to knock and how much to knock: $19,998 The importance of appreciating one's expertise and experience.because those are the results of struggles, experiments and even tears. If I do a job in 30 minutes it's because I spent 20 years learning how to do that in 30 minutes.

You owe me for the years, not the minutes. So helpful and professional. 5. The first girl, second girl (Michelle, who was very pleasant and very helpful), and Mike all confirmed that my car was to be done on April 23rd. Great. April 23rd rolls around and instead of calling or letting me know that it would be taking longer, it wasn't ready. I guess the wrong part had come in or something. whatever.

But can you tell me about it? Instead, I had to return my rental and then go without a car for an additional 5 days, which wouldn't have happened had there been some simple communication. 6. Finally got my car back and they did fine work. No complaints there. But I am upset that there was very little communication with me, my wishes were not being considered (which screwed me out of the opportunity to claim the insurance money instead of repairing the car) and the GM being unnecessarily snippy with me. In any case, I'm glad to have my car back and wish to never deal with them again.

After trying a couple of places in Federal Heights to use Root insurance, Google found Karas for me. I was extremely pleased to pull in to a very clean lot. Very easy to navigate around and well marked. Inside, it was spotless and nice smelling. I was greeted by Bianca, who was polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. I asked to see the service area, which she eagerly showed me. Again, neet, organized clean floors.just what I was looking for! Bianca had me in and out in no time!

She kept me informed and was just as quick when it was time to release my vehicle to me. My Rouge was so clean inside and out, it looked like it just left the dealer! For any body work that you need done, this is the BEST shop to trust!

I would highly recommend Karas Auto Body. I got into an accident mid October and my car sustained some significant damage. I had purchased my vehicle brand new on New Years, so it wasn't even a year old. I was nervous about the outcome, but I'm pretty sure my car runs better now than it did when brand new. They also did an amazing job with the body work. Bianca, Mike and Eric were incredibly helpful and professional.

They took care of everything with my insurance, which was one less stressful thing for me to deal with. I am grateful I found Karas Auto Body and will never take my care any where else.

My car is currently being worked on. I was rear ended and was given the option by his insurance to go anywhere. Saw their awesome reviews so I chose Karas. I was able to get in the same week I called to make the appointment and they have been SO great so far. Very communicative throughout every step of the process. Bianca has been emailing me and keeping me posted the whole time. So far I am very happy and impressed with their work!

I am in the middle of my 3rd experience with Karas. The first two times things went fairly well but this time around has not gone quite as well, They have had my car over a month and have given me 3 different dates when the work would be complete. They haven't done a very good job communicating with us and we have had to call repeatedly to get updates. Needless to say, My frustration was at a very high level when I received a call from Mike, one of the owners/managers who apologized for the issues I had experienced and ensured me they wanted to do whatever they could to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

He explained the reasons for the delays and said they didn't want to return my car until they were sure it was fixed completely. In spite of all the issues this time around, I know they do excellent and honest work on all their repairs.

After my car was hit, insurance recommended going to Karas to fix my car. Upon getting my car back, I was pleasantly surprised that it looked so good! There were no traces of damage and everything was done really well. From my experience, Karas is definitely good at fixing cars! The only concern that I had was communication between insurance and the shop.

It took insurance and Karas a while to figure things out, hence it prolonged the time my car was in the shop. All in all, things ended well and I got my car back in really great condition. If you need your car to look like it did before the damage, Karas is a great place to go.

Karas exceeded all of my expectations! I had almost $6,000 worth of hail damage. I honestly thought that there is NO way that anyone will be able to fix my car, much less make it look good again. After Karas repaired the hail damage my car literally looked better than it did when I first purchased it (pre-owned and certified). Actually, I have had Karas fix my car a second time after the hail damage was first repaired, due to a truck running a stop sign and hitting me in the side. My car still looks good! :)

I was swayed by all the good reviews online but I went in for an estimate last Thursday and still haven't been emailed the information. I've checked spam every day as well just in case. They didn't seem very interested in my business anyway once I told them it was not going through insurance. Based on the reviews perhaps they just cater to clients that they can rack up bills for through insurance so they do a great job, hence they get great reviews.not sure.and I guess I won't be finding out.

Took our Subaru in to Karas Auto Body having never used their service and could not have been more pleased! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and very professional. They had a hook-up that made the rental car I needed hassle free and ultimately the work was great! They also finished sooner than expected. I recommend this service highly!

The owner of Karas Auto Body went ABOVE and BEYOND in customer service after there was unintended damage to the interior of my car when the outer panel was being repaired due to hail damage. Mike ensured that the areas were fixed at no cost and in a timely manner. He even offered to provide transportation at no charge while repairing the damage. I definitely recommend this company due to the customer service alone. Absolutely outstanding!

Absolutely terrible! I took my truck after an accident and was told 2-3 weeks which turned into 5 weeks! Also, I picked up my truck around a week ago and already found 3 things wrong with it. My black paint has gold on it. There's missing screws. Only a matter of time till I find something else. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!
