Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Exterior work was satisfactory. The touch screen that controls most systems in the car works sporadically sometimes requiring the car to be shut off and restarted in order to change parameters. I brought my car in for storm damage that was done to my car. Not only did they fix that damage, but they found additional damage that I was unaware of and fixed that as well. I am VERY pleased with the job that they did, it was impeccable! I loved Joyce the receptionist! She was very informative and made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I would definitely go here again and tell others to go here as well. Great work!

My Camry Hybrid had been involved in an accident. I had damage to the passenger side of the front quarter panel, headlight, hood, and undercarriage. Throughout the repair process, I was kept informed of the status of the repairs being done to my vehicle. They had also arranged for a rental car so that I was driving again as soon as I dropped off my car.

When I picked up my car it was in perfect condition. You would never think that it had been in an accident. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants great service and a superior repair done to their vehicle.

I was involved in a minor collision and brought my brand new red Subaru Outback in for body work on the passenger side. I was blown away when I got the car back. It looked as if nothing had ever happened to the vehicle to begin with. Kallemeyn Collision was polite, timely, and kept me updated with what seemed daily which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this shop for any body related needs.

They didn't even charge me for a $200 part that was put on the car that went unnoticed at first. That shows great character and integrity and I definitely took notice of that. Plus, as a bonus, I have a lifetime warranty for the repairs that were done. What more could I possibly ask for? Thank you so much Kallemeyn Collision! You guys have been amazing and my car looks absolutely beautiful once again!

Though my initial experience with my estimate seemed positive, I was disappointed with everything that took place after I dropped off my car. The staff was unresponsive, and unconcerned with my requests as a consumer. They did not finish my vehicle in the time promised. They did not return calls as promised. Upon pick up of my vehicle no one cared to go over my repair with me or even thank me for my business.

After paying, I had to go back in and ask for them to kindly clean the black grease that was left all over my driver's seat and center console. I was highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I would not recommend this business and I will not return for future service.

5 stars are not enough for this business. I have had other body work performed here and each time their work has been perfect. Great staff including customer service. I think these are the best body shop men is the area for their attention to detail, knowledge, craftsmanship and doing the best work possible with no surprises. I have recommended Kallemeyn many times to others seeking collision repair.

They have many automobile manufacturer certifications for there skills in auto repair as per the manufacturers requirements. I thank everyone there for their hard work, courtesy and a job well done.

I want to give a 'shout out' to Kallemeyn Collision. I was recently in a car accident, no one was hurt, but my drivers side door to rear panel needed to be fixed. I was very impressed with their service. The employees were helpful and friendly. I was told they would need to keep the car at least 10 days to 2 weeks. Car was finished in about 8 days.

It looks fantastic and one would never know that the car was in a accident. The paint job is phenomenal. Their work is guaranteed for as long as you own the car. I would definitely recommend them.

Took my car in for a collision repair quote due to proximity to me. The guy was very detailed and talked me through everything needed to be done and why. Had a conversation with a woman when I went to schedule the repair and she was a little condescending when I asked for more details. I considered going with somebody else, but the reviews were too good.

So went through with them. The repair was completed a week and a half ahead of schedule which is great but I had gotten a rental car "paid in advanced" and was not able to get a refund. Once I got my car, they hadn't painted the inside of the door. As soon as I noticed it, they fixed it immediately, same day. Overall it was a good experience, but there's room for improvement. Time estimates need to be as accurate as possible and QC needs to be tighter.

These guys are the real deal. They communicate constantly and relentlessly. They met the deadline they promised and did it slightly under budget. Joe was my contact and I could tell he is a professional because of his attention to detail. He wanted my vehicle as perfect as I did and in the end it was. When it comes to trusting car repair of any kind I'm the biggest skeptic. Kallemeyn impressed me. Their slogan should be, We are hard to spell but easy to work with!
