If I could give 20 's I would! When two local shops made excuses about finding parts because "Honda parts are too hard to find, " the team at Kaliber took in my totaled Honda. I've received MANY compliments about how nice the car looks after Kaliber repaired it. Well done, guys. I HIGHLY recommend them. There is not a better shop in the area!

They did a wonderful job. Quick and we're done when they said. I've had other people recommend them and I'm glad I took their advice.

I'd go there again. That's really what matters right? It's not their fault my car has a "quad coat" paint. which makes it cost about quad times as much. And they are about 10% more expensive than other quotes I got - which is the sole reason for the one less star. And maybe that the loaner was less than something I would feel comfortable carrying a child in.

But it got me around. The paint job matches the rest of the car pretty well, to me, that's what matters. Just know, if you're paying out of pocket it's going to cost you a little more. If you have "fancy" paint, I'd say it's worth it. They know what their doing, and it was done on time.

They gave me an estimate on my car after I hit a Porcupine and they were very nice and friendly and I would recommend them, and if I get my car done there I will give an update of how well they fixed it.

I highly recommend this place! I was just in an accident that wasn't my fault. Threw my previous experience with this place I called them and had my car towed from Milwaukee to their shop. I didn't have to pay upfront like from other tow companies do because I didn't have full coverage on my car. This was a big deal because I was so confused as what to do.

Anyway about my previous experience. The first time I had a accident with my Scion Xb they repaired the car and I had custom work done to it. The level of detail was better than I expected and the cost was definitely lower than I expected. So if your in an accident or your looking for custom work this is the place to go to. They are also a well established buissnes in the community and I've never heard negative comments about them. Which is a lot to be said about in a small town!

Kaliber Collision has repaired several of my vehicles over the years and have always been happy with the service, price and quality of their work. The latest was the rear fender of one of my snowplow trucks. While the extent of the damage wasn't serious they made it look like it never happened in just a few days. Bill was great to deal with and kept me posted via text to the status of the work and completion time.

My van had many miles left on it. But major frame rot had rendered it unsafe for my family and it was headed for the scrap yard. As a last ditch effort, I took it to Kaliber Collision in Port Washington. Bill, the owner, took a look at it. He said they might be able to save the vehicle and suggested I drop it off the next week which I did. When they called three days later I figured they were going to tell me to come get it because it was a hopeless cause.

I was very surprised when they said to come get it because it was done! Today I picked it up and I have to say that the job is simply amazing! The frame looks stronger than the original. What's more, the repair ended up costing less than originally quoted. When does that happen in today's world? Thank you Bill & team! I HIGHLY recommend Kaliber Collision Repair. Five plus stars!
