Best car wash in Portland area, the stuff very friendly. If you have a black car don't worry about the scratches, this is the best car wash.

My first time at this car wash after using the gas station car wash on Marin for years. I thought this would be an upgrade, given that it's a dedicated wash station. The wash was very energetic and quick so I thought great at first. As I drove out of the car wash I heard something banging on the side of my car. I looked over and saw a black strip dangling, so I stopped and went to look at it and turned out that the car wash tore out the weather strip on the right side of the car's roof, and when I checked the left side strip was damaged too, though not fully torn out.

The car was also poorly cleaned, certainly worse than what I got at the gas station over the years. I went back to speak to the attendant and the manager, and they both behaved as if it's totally normal that their car wash damaged my car. They tried to tuck it in. and claimed it's normal "wear and tear." Oddly, wear & tear that didn't exist until I entered their car wash.

They offered to tape the weather strips and send me through the car wash again! I kid you not. As if I need more damage to the car. I kept telling them that I don't care much about how clean the car is but that I do expect to be reimbursed for the damage to the weather strips. They didn't even offer a simple refund. Eventually they made a report and told me someone from customer service will follow up with me. I'll see how that goes. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Beware.

Really good all around car wash. Friendly professional team working here. Moved the line briskly. No damage to my car and I've gone through the wash dozens of times. Good place!

The wash is worth 4-5 stars, especially for a drive through, but they removed the vacuums so you can't do your interior. I'm taking off stars for that because when I wash my car, I want to be able to clean out the inside too!

This is by far one of the best car washes around. The first impression was a bit shocking at first. The staff dressed in the white and black outfits with the bow ties, along with the serious manner in which they direct you into the car wash. BUT, at most car washes there is usually some unkept guy, wildly waving his hands around directing you into the wash and they never seem to get you in straight.

At Kaddy, the serious manner in which they direct you WORKS. Plus, the car wash cleaned our car perfectly, and the vacuums work well. Additionally, they had a help wanted sign posted and the income range was $17-20/hour. Seems like the owner is sharing the wealth, as the prices are no higher than anyone else, and cheaper after considering the results you get. We lived in Portland for 3 months, used this car wash multiple times while there and were extremely happy with the company.

I typically take my car to those drive-through gas station car washes because they're so quick and easy.and they do a decent job. But they don't actually do that great of a job - particularly compared to the drive-through car wash at Kaady. I'd heard from neighbors that the Kaady car wash was pretty good so I checked it out last week.

I arrived around 4 pm on a Wednesday afternoon, and it was totally empty.so a great time to get your car washed! They are super efficient in getting payment (Square card reader on an extended arm that gets right to your car window) and getting you in and out of the car wash. I was impressed with the quality of the car wash which removed nearly all of the tree sap that gets on my car (while other drive-through car washes do a much more mediocre job). The regular car wash is $10 and the premium car wash is $15.

$10 for a car wash! Probably one of the best $10 I've spent. I've been broke for most of my life and finally had a little extra money to splurge and was totally worth it.

It's a car wash. Wash is decent, sometimes needs a second pass but they are good about that and use of the vacuums are included in the price. I buy the 4 packs. Price of three separate washes.

Best place to get your car washed. I actually signed up for the monthly pass, now I get my car washed a couple times a week. I really like how you get to use the vacuum at no extra cost.

Impressed that there is a reasonably priced automated car wash just down the street where I stay. I never noticed it until I yelped, and I've driven down this road numerous times.busy San Pablo Ave. might as well get the full body underbody wash for about $15--I used to go to a shell car wash in Pinole for same price not as cleansing--and my car has been shiny clean for the past 3wks now and I leave my car outdoors! Your car deserves pampering too

Sunny day out and decided to wash my ladies car. Generally speaking, I like the self wash places. However, I stopped and paid $15 for a car wash. Wasn't very impressed. The wheels didn't get cleaned. (No surprise). The staff was friendly. Once I was able to get to the vacuums, kinda felt cramped and rushed.

Prices are average, the vacuum is nice and free if you don't want to pay for the wash. They'll give you interior wet wipes for the inside of your car if you ask them.

Always friendly. Car wash is always clean and equipment looks well maintained and I like the eco friendly soaps they use.

Pretty helpful, friendly and reliable staff: in and out quickly. Can be busy in weekends so I recommend you come here on Fridays at around 6pm. The Advanced costs $10, the premium $15 as of October 2021. I always get the Advanced and I am happy with it.

I just wanted to get word to the manager of the Barbur Blvd Kaady car wash that their employees do a fantastic job. They're always pleasant and hussle as if the business is their own. The line of cars was out to the street and the employees were literally running to make everything go smoothly. Very impressive. (I was there 9/8/2021 at 2:45 if that of any value to you.)

Good, reliable automatic car wash. Two downsides are they don't provide vacuums and the layout to dry off your car is a little tight. Otherwise, this is my go-to place in the East Bay.

The worst ever. Took my Jeep here 3 times before and manager turns me around and says I cant go through. I said Ive been here 3 times and he says I'll damage his equipment. What?! Poor Service Poor Quality because I've been here several times already with same vehicle. Only place open this late on Sunday. Ill never return with my Jeep or Car again. Absolutely poor service.

I do love this car wash and I am saddened to see that they have increased the prices so often and decreasing the quality of the wash. It used to take 1.5 minutes in the car wash now they have you in ans out within 30 seconds and not sure if that means they're more efficient or cutting corners but my car is leas clean than it used to be. I've been coming to this car wash for 7 years with all our cars.

They don't do vacuum inside the car and only offer 2 choices. $10 or $15, I think the main difference is something about clean tires/ and wax? I got the $15 and was very happy with the results, it was quick and easy. You drive up, pay, go through the wash and leave. Took less than 10 mins. It's close to the freeway, which I needed to use and dried the rest of the water off with no water marks! Def recommend this place.

I was impressed by how clean my car got! The price is fantastic. And the service is done so quickly and efficiently. Too bad they don't do interiors! I'm surprised there aren't more places like this (or maybe there are and I don't know about them). If this were closer to me I'd probably go every week or two.

I'm not afraid of driving through bubble machines. I do wonder if the "hot wax" light is really being applied. Took my son's whip for a quick exterior wash. The cashier takes your payment, an attendant points you in the right direction, and the ride begins. Yes the hot wax was applied and then jet engines blow 99% of the water off' Quick and painless!

For $15 (I always go for the ultimate wash), Kaady is a solid option if you're in a pinch and don't want to spring for a full-on hand wash. It's there for me when I don't feel like washing my car myself or paying someone else to do it, which is basically every time it's due for a wash. Don't be a fool and expect your car to come out lookin' brand new, especially if you have baked on bird or bug bidness.

The wash does a good job at getting off your typical dirt and cleaning the windows, but it definitely doesn't get everything that would require some elbow grease. Drive thru with realistic expectations and you'll be satisfied. Otherwise, opt for a hand wash!

Fast and quick service! The attendants were nice and friendly, making the line move effortless. I come frequently for all my car washing needs

I really wanted to like this place because it's so convenient. However, every time I go some part of my car ends up being broken off. This time they left my front license plate wavy and knock off a small piece of my bumper. Luckily I noticed right away and gave them a call. When I arrived they found the piece and it was easy to pop back in. My car isn't even that old, it's a 2018 model.

I always pay for the premium wash which is supposed to have extra features. My favorite part is always the orange soap (or spray?) but I only get it sometimes. Not sure why? Overall, if you're in a hurry than go for it, but if you have the time, wash yourself or go somewhere else.

Best monthly deal with an app. Get it now and wash your car all the time without worry. Use the vacuums too every week if you choose. Just like it is my own personal garage for the month.

I just got home from this car wash and noticed deep scratches and nicks, at least 4 or 5 of them, on my car. I JUST purchased this car a month ago and am obsessive about how it looks and these are brand new. : So deep the metal underneath is scratched! I tried calling and cannot get through. Management - please contact me.

I'd say the professionalism of this place is top notch. The wash was good, the dry, fantastic, but the best part is the customer experience. We felt sorta special going through which is a pleasant surprise at a car wash. Friendly staff, efficient, clean. As a bonus they have FREE vacuuming. First vacuum we tried was a dud. but the second one was better than ones I've paid for. 5 stars, we will definitely return.

This is a good cheap car wash ($10 for basic, $15 for deluxe), and I wish they had more of these all across the Bay Area. I live in South Bay and will stop by here for a car wash if I'm in the area. Normally the car washes in South Bay even for machines are anywhere from $15-25, and I usually take my car to detail plus in Sunnyvale which is a $45 hand wash.

This place obviously isn't as good as hand wash but for how much you pay, it does a very good job! Cars coming through go pretty fast at 3-4min per car and your car gets covered in a rainbow of shampoos as you're going through here.

I forgot how terrible this car wash is. Unless your vehicle has some light dust on it, do not bother coming here. My vehicle has the same bird poop on it after the car wash as had before the car wash. It's like I just gave them $15 for an "ultimate carwash" for nothing. What a rip off. Do yourself a favor and find a self car wash or go to another quality carwash.
