I would recommend this business to any Jeep owner. The service was excellent and thorough. The real time updates and communication was something I've never had before with a repair shop. I typically do all of the repairs to my vehicles, but I chose to send my Jeep Compass in to be checked out after reading the reviews they had. My Jeep was doing something I simply couldn't figure out. They didn't quit until it was properly diagnosed and running well. They were very friendly and you can tell they really care about their customers.

I try to do most repairs myself if I have the ability, but when I kicked P0441 I replaced my fuel cap, kicked code again so I changed the purge valve filter, yep kicked the code again so I had a few options to keep parts swapping or go ahead and let someone with the correct tools perform a diagnostic test. I am very glad I did because it turned out to be a loose connection on evap line. So, by letting them do the test and run some smoke it turned out to be a simple fix and it actually saved me money because the next part I would have tried replacing would have been around $300.

From the moment I scheduled, discussed what needed done, while there had them do an oil change, to picking up my Jeep, every person was professional and they did not try having me do any unneeded repairs. These guys love Jeeps and like the Jeep community they want to help other Jeepers. I know a long review but it is important to support businesses like this. I hope nothing else goes wrong for awhile but well it's a Jeep so it's nice to have these guys ready and available.

Just Jeeps did a thorough assessment of a 16 year old Wrangler which had not gotten much attention for years. Mike walk me thru which items were critical to fix for it to be safe and usable, as well as other "watch" items. They were fine with me picking and choosing what I could afford up front, and did a great job turning it around in a few days. Called to fill me in on a revision to their diagnosis on the A/C unit before going ahead. Much appreciated. I'll definitely be back and will recommend them.

2012 Jeep Wrangler JK Sport Where to begin. I took her in for a beginning overhaul and left there with an AMAZING outcome! You want them looking at and working on your auto. My Jeep had major issues some should of been taking care of at another shop I went to. Jarad kept me updated on all repairs needed and was very professional and polite the whole time. I really like the report card they do on your auto. I will be a customer for life and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle.

I had originally taken my jeep to just jeeps and more for and oil and coolant leak. The drop off process was extremely easy through their early morning and late night drop off. The following morning after i had dropped it off late the night before, I got a text message from them stating that they had received my vehicle and were going to start inspection soon.

A few hours later, I got a link sent to me, that stated what was wrong with the oil leak what was wrong with the coolant leak, as well as some other things that they would recommend fixing. The things they recommended me to fix, I had no idea needed to be fixed, but they included pictures and videos to help verify what needed to be fixed. In the text message, they also included a name, that way when you called you knew who to talk to.

Some of the things I needed to replace, I didn't know what they were, and they walked me through everything. They explained everything to me, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. they truly take pride in the work, and don't force any recommendations on you. The customer service is a 10/5 stars. The service done too my jeep is a 10/5 stars.

The handling and driving experience like i have now, I have never experienced in a lifted jeep with 34's. They will forever work on any vehicle I own. I'll be taking my Hyundai there soon as well as they also offer MORE then jeep. Thank you to the guys at Just jeeps and MORE. And thank you to Mike for making communication and service excellent!

I contacted several places to get information about repairs for a used Jeep. Most places I contacted did not answer or respond. When Jared answered the phone, I could tell they were different. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked about auto painting, and although Just Jeeps did not offer it, he told me about some other locations and gave his recommendations.

A few weeks later, I contacted Just Jeeps about a new top and step. He made recommendations and gave options based on price points. I went with his suggestions, and he nailed it. Dropping the Jeep off after hours was a breeze. The late drop-off box was well set up. The first time I was able to go in the shop was when I picked up the Jeep. The shop was clean, organized, and welcoming.

You could tell the staff cared and wanted the experience to be great. One of the parts I ordered arrived bent. Jared took the piece off his own Jeep to ensure I got the best service possible. I will absolutely be coming back to Just Jeeps and More. Thank you to everyone.

There are some good shops that work on Jeeps in the Knoxville area, but then there's the next level in service and capabilities. Just Jeeps & More works on all types of vehicles with equal enthusiasm. I had my 2018 JK's suspension, electrical, and body work completed by there technicians with a level of service that was above and beyond what one would usually expect.

The technicians were continuously updating there progress as well as being clear and concise with there explanations. The estimate I was given was fair and did not exceed the cost of the build. I was told by several Jeep owners not to look any further than Just Jeeps & More, They couldn't have been more accurate. Being a combat veteran, I was extremely proud to see they also employ local military veterans. Outstanding job gentlemen!

I brought in my 2018 stock Jeep Wrangler to do a few upgrades and from the get go, Josh was amazing. Super friendly and knowledgable, he helped me through the entire process. I had quite a bit of work done and it was all done perfectly. Highly recommend these guys. I'll be getting all work done on my Jeep from here on out at Just Jeeps.

They performed a thorough diagnostic based upon my observations then stayed in touch with my following their examination. After sharing with me the details of their findings they offered repair options for my consideration. Finally they performed the repair, in this instance a complete transmission replacement, and test drove my Jeep to ensure everything ran correctly. I am happy to say that after two weeks of driving my baby she runs as good as the day she was bought. I fully trust them with my car. Thanks Just Jeeps (& more)!

I had at least four places look at my jeep, two were independent Auto repairs and two were jeep dealerships. Nobody could re-create the problem or figure out what was going on with my jeep, maybe from pure laziness, didn't wanna deal with suspension issue or an extended warranty. I went on Facebook and a few fellow Jeepers recommended Just Jeeps.

I called and spoke to Mike and he sent me up with an appointment. Mike was great on the phone, he explained everything to me and took the time to hear what my complaint was, I never felt rushed on the phone call. My appointment was on November 19. I went in everybody was awesome, and again they took the time to listen to my concerns and before the day was over with, they had a detailed report with pictures sent to me. Luckily, I have an extended warranty so Mike was awesome with getting that to go through very quickly.

I had my jeep back in less than 3 days. The facility was clean, they had coffee, little waiting area. I absolutely will be back to have them do future repairs on my jeep and highly recommend them to anybody. Honestly, I wish I would've known about them sooner because it would've saved me countless hours, down jeep time, and aggravation trying to get for others to figure out my death wobble.

I even had videos and specifically let them know what was going on with my jeep and nothing was ever done. Thank you so much to Mike and his fellow coworkers, see you on the next repair!

Took my 06 L J in with extreme death wobble at speeds above 45. This place is first class with service, repairs, and follow up afterward to see if everything was satisfactory. It is a blessing to find a repair shop with the knowledge and experience, this one has I would highly recommend these guys to everyone, expertly if you are looking for the best I have owned this jeep since new and now will trust it to them only. Excellent place. Good crew. Nice people. Brought my 86' CJ7 in for a-lot of service and they were fast and efficient. They can do it all from steering to carburetors, fuel injection - the lot. They definitely are my jeep guys from here on out and I'll be bringing my other cars here as well. They work on all types. My guy was Mike and he took great care of us and pays attention to the details that matter when its a classic all original. Thanks guys!

I'd rate this business 10 stars if I could. The real measure of any repair shop is how they handle a mistake by one of their techs. Not only did they own up to the mistake, they also did over $700 worth of work to fix it at their own expense. Not once did they try to hide it or minimize it or blame me. It is refreshing. The lobby is very clean and comfortable.

The bathrooms are clean too. If you look into the shop area you'll see it is well kept and organized. All of these things are strong indicators of a well run service business. The service managers (Mike and Josh) are both friendly and helpful. They both remembered my name on the second visit. You won't get that icky feeling of "am I being ripped off" dealing with them.

They are straight forward and honest. I'm 100% confident my wife or daughter could take their vehicle there and get the same quote I would. They won't try to rip you off. I'm a lifetime customer now. I know my Jeep is in good hands. Also, they work on other brands, so my wife's car will be going there too for repairs.

I needed a mechanic to diagnose some weird noises my car was making. The people at JJ&more fixed it right up. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be and I haven't had to return it since. However, they suggested an oil change even though I had just had one a few hundred miles before. This was a disappointment as it made me question the integrity of the entire suggested service list.

When I need a professional to take care of my blown engine they did the job. Got me in right away and had it back in about 10 days. I think that's pretty good for a first time customer with major trouble. engines are expensive but I felt they and their prices are fair. A bit off the beaten path, but I will be back.

They did our 100k work and some other fixes. They answered all of our questions and we couldn't be happier. The price was reasonable and better than the dealership. The work was done quickly. I highly recommend these guys.
