I had my car serviced here on 2 separate occasions for the same repair. The first time for a f rough idle $700 dollars later the car still didn't run properly I returned and was too that repair was not what was needed but additional repair was! I reached out to the owner and for me being charged for a repair I didn't need he gave me a new battery.

Fast forward to today I am presently having to have the same tears done again after spending nearly $1300. I was told that Vow's are expensive period I guess my alternative is the dealership. I had hoped to find a regular mechanic for my vehicle I guess I'll have to keep looking.

Took my car in for an oil change and was told I had another oil leak for the 3rd time. Not a problem with the diagnosis but did ask for the owner to call me so we could discuss the issue of why it took 3 attempts to find it. He has yet to return my call. NOT GOOD SERVICE MIKE! Tiffany was amazing from start to end. My sunroof stopped working while it was open and I was so worried it would rain. I couldn't get an appt right away so they told me to come in and they would close it for me and set an appointment for diagnostic. I came back for my appt and the gentleman in the front office was very honest. He said that the sunroof was now working and it could be a glitch that stopped it the first time.

He said he could order a motor to be on the safe side but considering it was a new car he didn't think I needed one. He was honest and fixed my car without giving me the run around. Great service with a great staff.

Had my vehicle towed in because it stopped running. It took 2 days for them to run a diagnostic test and then tell me there was nothing wrong with the engine to cause it to stop running. During that 2 days time frame I received no calls from the company. Furthermore, there were no updates from them the entire time they had my car. I had to actively reach out several times just to continually be told they didn't know and were still working on it.

Today I went in and paid for a diagnostic bill and then picked up my car today because I was continuing to get no response from them or any updates on the status. I gave one star because this is the poorest customer service I have experienced with a mechanic. The not on time was because I had been originally told they could run diagnostics on Tuesday when the vehicle was towed in.

If there was nothing wrong then they should have just let me know that then and I could have came and picked up my car at that point instead of me waiting two days for the same answer. The not professional was because of the fact that while they had my car I revived no updates from them during the process. Love how close this is to me but will be traveling further for better service next time.

I cannot express to you how disappointed and frustrated I am with trying to do business with the shop I brought my car in for soft tub issue. First they actually were so unprofessional the gentleman at the front Desk had no knowledge of how a business should be ran and he had no idea of a Mercedes. The shop gave me a incorrect controller part number they diagnose my problem wrong they wanted to charge me $2100 for a new module the technician refused to talk to me to help me understand my issue.

I just think this shop should be rated -4 scores. I had heard great things about the shop prior to them being bought out by another company. I would hope that the new owners would take a look at who they have at the front desk and who they have in the shop. I was told that I will be called back regarding my problems and i have yet to hear anything from the owner, manager or anyone.

I am just so disappointed that I wasted my time my day and going to the shop. Please consult another shop before going to this one because I assure you you will be very disappointed as soon as you walk to the door like I was but I gave them a chance

Recently had my 2015 Mercedes Benz serviced at Johnson & Johnson. The service was fast and priced very affordable. Had the same service priced at Mercedes Benz of South Point and the price was EXTREMELY high with other services added that where not needed. Mike and Manager Micah took care of everything needed to get my car on the road again. They have gained a happy loyal customer.

It's not easy to find a trustworthy car repair shop. Obviously fixing the car is important but it's so easy to get taken for a ride with suggestions for work made by less than honest repair shops. None of that here. My experience with J & J Imports was stellar start to finish. Even though I was late for my appointment, the front desk person greeted me enthusiastically & it wasn't long before my car was back in the shop.

While I waited, I enjoyed friendly conversation with Mike, up front. After they finished the technician & Mike both discussed the car with me & once asked gave me their opinion. Both were knowledgeable & forthcoming. The personalized service I received was fabulous! I left completely satisfied with Johnson & Johnson Imports. And it wasn't a fluke. I have already been back twice with different vehicles & experienced the same great service & fair pricing each time!

I went to these guys and spoke with Mike who was friendly. I believe he did not understand one of the issues I explained to him which was a SOS malfunction. Work was done on my water pump which was fine, oil leaks were apparently done but still have an oil leak. The SOS was stated as done on my invoice but was still present when I picked up my car. Paid $2444 for all services but my service light came back on after 3 days.

The owner Micah, texted me how I was feeling about the service, I explained my displeasure and no response. A week later I started getting a transmission malfunction, I don't know if there was any relation to the work done, but I texted Micah and still no response days later. I have no confidence in these guys now and very wary to go back. May just have to go to the dealer, which I was trying to avoid in the first place. I wish I could show the text convo. Crickets!

These guys are awesome! Work was done on time. They explained everything in great detail. No pressure, just knowledge! And left all decisions to me to get work done. Money well spent! I'm in love with my car all over again! It's not sluggish any more. I'll never take my car anywhere else! Finding this shop has made the difference in me keeping my car.

I thought about getting rid of it because of the anticipate maintenance cost. Johnson and Johnson makes owning a BMW more affordable! They've been awesome every time I've been there. Many thanks!

I wanna thank johnson&johnson for fixing my valvetronic motor in my BMW X5. It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my car. We all know how these cars can be. Great people that know what they are doing on german made vehicles! Ill always recommend them to people!
